在如何实现社会主义共同富裕目标的战略部署上 ,新中国的三代领导人分别在社会主义经济建设的不同历史时期 ,开创了一条区域经济发展战略重点突破之路 :毛泽东以内地建设为重点 ,实施区域经济均衡发展战略 ;邓小平以东部沿海建设为重点 ,实施区域经济非均衡发展战略 ;江泽民以西部大开发为重点 ,实施区域经济协调发展战略。三者之间体现了我国区域经济发展的转承启合关系     

Development of a competency mapping tool for undergraduate professional degree programmes,using mechanical engineering as a case study

Mapping the curriculum of a professional degree to the associated competency standard ensures graduates have the competence to perform as professionals. Existing approaches to competence mapping vary greatly in depth, complexity, and effectiveness, and a standardised approach remains elusive. This paper describes a new mapping software tool that streamlines and standardises the competency mapping process. The available analytics facilitate ongoing programme review, management, and accreditation. The complete mapping and analysis of an Australian mechanical engineering degree programme is described as a case study. Each subject is mapped by evaluating the amount and depth of competence development present. Combining subject results then enables highly detailed programme level analysis. The mapping process is designed to be administratively light, with aspects of professional development embedded in the software. The effective competence mapping described in this paper enables quantification of learning within a professional degree programme, and provides a mechanism for holistic programme improvement.

韩国的现代化发展经历了开始、高潮和平稳三个阶段,积累了一定的经验和教训,针对我国现代化发展的问题也有一定的借鉴意义,本文从政府与市场的关系、政府和企业的关系、出口贸易和国际市场的关系、生产和科研的关系等四个方面总结出了韩国现代化发展历程对中国现代化的借鉴意义。     

中学教师职业压力调查分析

教育学、心理学、工效学、医学等多学科的研究均发现职业压力已成为一种严重影响人的身心健康和工作、生活质量的社会流行病。教师，尤其是中学教师，由于其职业的特殊性，压力过大或过于持久，不仅会严重损害他们的身心健康，还会影响到他们的学生——青少年的健康成长。这里运用自编的中学教师职业压力问卷，对428名城市普通中学教师的职业压力现状进行了调查研究和分析。

工业化和城市化是中国走向现代化的必经之路，两者协调发展才能到达现代化发展的彼岸。比较国内外工业化与城市化的历史实践，从中获取有益的经验和教训，在今后的实践中遵循其规律，走工业化与城市化协调发展之路。     

“I learn for a job promotion!”: the role of outcome-focused career goals in motivating distance learners to learn

Outcome-focused career goals are concerned about studying for tangible career benefits. To what extent do these goals motivate distance learners to learn? Using a mixed-method design, Study 1 found that career-focused learners, when compared with noncareer-focused counterparts, had a propensity to endorse outcome-focused career goals, use surface strategies, value their learning, and achieve better course results. Interview findings showed that career-focused learners used a strategic approach to ensure the timely completion of tasks and examination preparation. Study 2 located two groups of career-focused learners (autonomous and controlled) who endorsed outcome-focused career goals, alongside a noncareer-focused group. MANOVA analyses found that autonomous and noncareer-focused learners had engaged learning patterns. Although controlled learners were less engaged in learning, they achieved better results. It was concluded that outcome-focused career goals are significant sources of motivation for distance learners, despite being extrinsic to learning.

遵义务川自然环境极其适宜野生百合的生长繁殖，为此百合的品种多，数量大。营养丰富。由于大投族采集、加工及自然生态的破坏，野生百合资源受到了严重的威协。为了改变务川野生百合生物资源现状，必须限制对野生百合的直接采集利用，加快野生百合的品系繁育和人工栽培，开发百合鳞茎及花的经济价值，使务川野生百合的开发利用走向可持续的新经济发展时期。     

Reading Rescue: A follow-up on effectiveness of an intervention for struggling readers

The authors examined whether Reading Rescue continues to be an effective literacy intervention and factors that impact its effectiveness. Data were collected on 143 first-grade students, tutored by 104 tutors at 38 schools. There was significant growth on all foundational skills (ps?ps?d?=?1.62 sight words, d?=?1.68 oral reading/comprehension). Student-level factors of Individualized Education Program status, program completion, number of session, and invented spelling; tutor-level factors of sessions delivered and years of experience; school level factors of school size and percentage of language minority students all predicted grade-level passage or word reading (all ps?2007 Ehri, L. Efforts should focus on ensuring program completion and increasing program exposure in neediest schools.

历史文化资源,特别是物质文化资源是不可再生的资源,一旦破坏就无法挽回。在新农村建设的进程中如何采取切实有效的措施,对遗留的历史文化资源进行全面、系统地保护,使宝贵的历史文化资源不仅在新农村建设中免遭破坏,而且能够发挥独特的价值和作用并为新农村建设服务,是摆在新农村规划者和建设者面前的一个现实而又紧迫的问题,必须谨慎地面对,认真探索解决的对策。
