吕颐浩与南宋初年的经济改革

吕颐浩从酒税等商税入手，进行经济改革。他将经制钱扩展到了南宋占有的绝大部分地区，加大对私盐的打击。始终把增税和打击的对象固定在商官身上。吕颐浩的经济措施对之后的南宋经济影响深远，其财政措施具有积极意义，值得肯定。     

‘He is the Vagabond that Hath No Habitation in the Lord’: The Representation of Quakerism as Vagrancy in Interregnum England,c. 1650–1660

This article examines the printed representation, and prosecutorial characterisation, of the movements, actions and motivations of early Quakers as vagrant. It argues that the prevalence and power of representing (and subsequently treating) early Quakers as vagrants is an understudied aspect of the social and cultural history of the Society of Friends, particularly in Interregnum England. As evidence, it interrogates a furious pamphlet debate between mid-century religious writers and preachers, who devoted much time and ink to painting Quakers as mendacious vagabonds, and Quaker ‘First Publishers’, who responded at length and in a striking way to these accusations. The article concludes that these images of Quakerism as a form of ‘spiritual vagrancy’ created historically significant echoes in English and Atlantic culture.     

我国企业体育文化质量预警研究

摘要：以我国企业体育文化质量预警为研究对象,运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国企业体育文化质量预警的基础、质量建设情况和质量建设过程中存在的关键问题以及我国企业体育文化质量预警机制建设的策略等4个方面所涉及的我国企业体育文化发展与其企业体育文化核心竞争力等问题运用数学模型的形式进行定量、定性分析,得出主要结论：1）我国企业体育文化建设过程中的力量、体育文化效用、体育文化核心竞争力等都表现为较弱,各个企业的发展很不平衡,与其经济基础有着密切关系。2）我国企业体育文化在企业的影响力不足,而企业领导和企业体育管理者及其有关专家对目前的企业体育文化状况基本认同,基层体育工作者和参与者意见不尽统一,存在着较大的问题与危机,必须引起高度重视。3）我国企业体育文化的教育与培训情况不佳,导致对其文化的理解不够深入,身在中国企业体育文化环境之中,却无法准确表达其企业体育文化的内涵等问题,是除了领导不重视以外,教育培训工作薄弱是关键,影响了企业体育文化的传播与发展,也影响着我国企业文化建设及其企业经济效益与社会效益。4）我国企业体育文化质量预警策略是更新理念策略、加大投入策略和培训策略,从而保护和发展我国企业体育文化。这项研究对提示、提醒、发掘、完善我国企业体育文化建设具有引导、警示、促进作用,对进一步发挥企业体育文化建设对增加企业经济效益和社会效益起到积极的推动作用。     

Researching up and across in physical education and sport pedagogy: methodological lessons learned from an intergenerational narrative inquiry

Of issue in this paper are the ways in which different forms of narrative may be of value in undertaking research in potentially thorny situations. The project that inspired this paper saw 30 Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy (PESP) Early Career Academics (ECAs) from more than 20 universities across Australasia, North America and Europe, provide narrative accounts of their ongoing academic experiences. From these stories, three letters seeking advice and guidance from leaders in the field were constructed. Following further feedback from the ECAs, the 3 letters were sent to 11 professors in the PESP field with a request to respond, also in letter form. The composite letters and the professorial responses were then the subject of a symposium at an international PESP conference. While the larger project engages with questions of being and becoming an academic in the neoliberal university, this paper is primarily concerned with methodological issues, including our steps and missteps with narrative, inquiry and the field. More specifically, the focus is on narrative as both the method and phenomena of study. As such, we consider issues associated with using dialogue as data, the provocation of participants, as well as both the presentation and representation of data and the relative power of the participants. In doing so, we critically engage with issues of anonymity (or lack thereof), the practice of ‘researching up’ and finally reach the conclusion that the careful approach to data generation, treatment and presentation necessitated by this project, should be a more regular feature of all qualitative inquiry.     

Revel,Riot and Rebellion and The Social History of Politics

ABSTRACT

This article considers the ties between soldiers and civilian life in First World War Britain. Previous assumptions about soldierly alienation and disillusionment from civilian society have been questioned in recent years. This article adds to this discussion by examining the part played by National War Aims Committee propaganda in fostering links between soldiers and the home front. Representation of civilian activities, community, rurality and domesticity offered reassurance that Britain remained largely the same as soldiers remembered. The involvement of soldiers as propagandists also shows that attitudes cannot be deduced solely from the perspective of literary depictions of alienation.     

The Power and Function of Images in Northern Europe During the Migration Period

ABSTRACT

In the fifth and early sixth centuries, numerous objects in northern Europe were decorated in a particularly consistent visual style (‘Germanic Animal Style I’). This article argues that we should treat these images not simply as representations of cultural notions, but as an active part in the process of creating a shared elite identity, formed during a particular period of historical crisis.     

回顾与反思：新中国初期工资福利制度研究述论

工资福利关系人们的生活水平与质量,然综观新中国工资福利制度研究,多从经济学视角出发探讨现实相关问题,而关于新中国初期工资福利制度专题研究十分有限,且主要集中在供给制及人民公社分配制度等几方面,缺乏对这一阶段工资福利制度建设的整体关注,特别是福利制度研究尤为缺乏。此外,资料搜集整理、区域性及比较研究等方面亦存在不足,需要积极转换视角、加强学科之间融合、不断扩大研究内容,以推动这一问题研究的发展与深入。     

论早年毛泽东对近代国民性改造思想内在矛盾之思考

在近代国民性改造思想中始终着存在民族性保存与时代性转换之间的内在矛盾,近代思想家们意识到这一矛盾的存在,但在他们那里没有得到很好的解决.早年毛泽东在接受梁启超的新民思想后,经历三个阶段,对解决这一内在矛盾进行了逐步深入地探讨,初步形成他自己解决这一矛盾的基本思路.     

A Minority within a Minority? Social Justice for Traveller and Roma Children in ECEC

This article discusses recent policy developments in Europe regarding Roma and Traveller integration and Early Childhood Provision. After a long history of oppression, Roma issues have recently become prominent on the EU policy agenda. The article discusses how these relate to developments in other areas of policy: the European children's rights agenda and the recognition that early childhood education and care is a key policy tool to combat social exclusion. It gives background information on Roma and Travellers in Europe and discusses the consequences of subsuming the various communities under one umbrella term: Roma. The EU Commission is concerned with responses from Member States to the European Framework for National Roma Integration Strategies. The article argues that in order to address Roma children's experience from a holistic perspective, social justice and equality need to be key elements of early childhood education and care provision and training. The European policy developments that frame the article are examined from a local vantage point: the experiences of Traveller and Roma children in Ireland and the Irish Preschool Education Initiative for Children from Minority Communities.
