农村基础教育应适当体现农村特色

农村学生身心的全面发展和社会的发展都需要农村基础教育适当培养学生具有与农村相关的基本素养,同时适当开发、利用农村得天独厚的教育资源,也有助于学生各方面素养发展。因此,农村基础教育应该在政府有关部门和其他方面力量的支持之下,通过自身积极的、创造性的工作,适当地、有效地开发利用农村的教育资源,从而有效地促进学生身心的全面发展,促进其与农村相关的基本素养的养成,使农村基础教育的改革与发展既符合教育改革与发展的一般要求,又在其培养目标、教育内容与教育方式等方面适当地体现农村的特色。

法国将学校作为信息社会的基石，在中小学和高等教育中大力发展应用信息与通讯技术，特别在国家宏观主导，国家开发信息资源，设置信息与通讯技术证书，制定教育中信息与通讯技术的法制规范等方面体现了法国教育信息化的基本战略与特点。

经济全球化，中国加入WTO，教育必然与国 妆轨，开放的教育市场必将引起观念的进一步解放，中国的教育将面临新的发展空间，在竞争中寻工机遇，积极开拓国际市场在发展中应对挑战，必须学会利用国际规则，利用教育国际化的开放原创，充分挖掘多种教育资源，激活教育机制，培养应用性国际人才，积极开拓国内、国际两个市场，以务实的态度推进中国教育国际化向深层次发展。

美国20世纪60至80年代的教育机会均等运动在教育公平理论与实践的发展史中占有重要地位.该运动显示出美国教育机会均等有四个方面的含义：机会的平等、结果的平等、能力的平等和选择的平等,反映出教育机会均等的含义是一个从简单到复杂的发展历程;实现教育机会均等的基本策略有补偿教育政策与学校选择制度两种.鉴于我国实现教育公平的现状与经济实力,现阶段实现教育公平的策略要以补偿措施为主,同时需要做出教育制度创新.     

Reshaping the Nordic education model in an era of efficiency. Changes in the comprehensive school project in Denmark,Norway, and Sweden since the millennium

The Nordic Education Model was an important part of the social democratic welfare state for many years in the second half of the 20th century. Since the millennium, transnational agencies have drawn education from the realm of politics into a global market place by advocating strategies such as efficiency, competition, decentralisation, governing by detailed objectives, control, privatisation, and profile schools. This article gives brief accounts of major trends in current school development policies, discourses, and practices in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden since the millennium, and explores how the values of the Nordic model are affected by the new policies. It is argued that the Nordic model still exists as the predominant system for the large majority of Scandinavian children at a national level, but that a number of new technologies aiming to increase the efficiency of teaching and learning are gradually undermining the main values of the Nordic model.     

地方高职院校人才培养目标定位的理论基础——以番禺职业技术学院为例

人才培养目标是各级各类学校依据教育目的的总体要求和不同类型教育的性质任务,对受教育者提出的特定的规格标准。地方高职院校在确立人才培养目标时,哲学层面必须以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说为指导;心理学层面必须充分认识到人的智能的多元性;教育学层面必须遵循我国社会主义教育的基本价值观和目的观,并在实践中体现高职教育的高等性、职业性、地方性的属性特点。番禺职业技术学院结合自身特点,把人才培养目标定位为培养"一技之长 综合素质"的高技能人才,这一定位充分彰显了番禺职业技术学院的办学特色。     

Revisiting Bourdieu: alternative educational systems in the light of the theory of social and cultural reproduction

The paper reflects upon the principles and practice of an alternative educational system operating in rural Mexico in the light of Bourdieu’s theory of cultural and social reproduction. Bourdieu’s theory seeks to explain processes of reproduction of power relations within schools and society; whereas alternative educational systems seek to expand educational access in deprived areas in order to counteract processes of social inequality. The paper argues that, although Bourdieu’s theory does not fully explain the gradual inclusion of more people from disadvantaged backgrounds into education through alternative educational systems, processes of social reproduction in deprived communities still occur mainly because of lack of state support after primary school level, and a shortage of better infrastructure and opportunities for this sector of the population. Since the widespread upward educational and class mobility of the rural poor has not yet been achieved, the paper concludes that the processes of cultural and social reproduction continue despite the introduction of alternative educational systems.
