刘少奇与知识分子的阶级属性问题

在知识分子阶级属性的问题上,刘少奇既有伟大的贡献,又有令人遗憾的不足。在中共的历届领导人中,刘少奇不但第一个提出旧社会的绝大多数知识分子属于“工钱劳动者”,本来就是“工人阶级的一部分”;而且第一个提出对知识分子不能从思想上划分阶级。但是他的这些正确主张,并没有在党的高层领导中形成共识。而他自己则不仅没有坚持,反而认同了毛泽东的错误。

"教无定法、教必有法"。本文从纲要信号图示的本质含义及其特点、教学理论依据及其运用,以及其在成人教育课堂教学中的运用等方面进行了探讨和论述。该法虽不是万能的教学方法,但它是多种教学方法的综合运用,有很多优点,容易掌握,便于使用,值得推广。     

A review of research on Project STAR and path ahead

Understanding the effects of class size reduction (CSR) has been an enduring issue in education. For the past 3 decades, Project STAR has stimulated research and policy discussions regarding the effects of CSR on a variety of outcomes. Schanzenbach (2007) reviewed STAR studies and concluded that small classes improved student academic outcomes. Since her review, however, some research has challenged this conclusion. This paper reviews these recent challenges, comparing past and recent studies. This review is considered together with studies on large-scale CSR policies in the US and CSR studies outside the US. We conclude by suggesting a direction for future research.     

中美教育比较的新视角: 小班化教育 (CSR)境况、焦点论争及方略

“小班化教育”是当今美国所实施的最热门、最有争议的一项教育改革措施，被称为“教学领域的一场革命”。我国当前也正积极探寻小班化教育改革理论与实践。虽然两国在经济文化各方面存在差异．但在小班化教育改革中有许多值得比较研究之处。也产生了一些令人关注的问题，分析与思考这些问题．对我国小班化教育的开展具有一定的积极意义。     

社会课教学与小学生适应社会生活能力的调查分析

本文从社会课教学实际出发,对北京学生进行了调查.作出了实事求是的分析,并提出了思考和建议.     

Modeling Predictors of Latent Classes in Regression Mixture Models

The purpose of this study is to provide guidance on a process for including latent class predictors in regression mixture models. We first examine the performance of current practice for using the 1-step and 3-step approaches where the direct covariate effect on the outcome is omitted. None of the approaches show adequate estimates of model parameters. Given that Step 1 of the 3-step approach shows adequate results in class enumeration, we suggest using an alternative approach: (a) decide the number of latent classes without predictors of latent classes, and (b) bring the latent class predictors into the model with the inclusion of hypothesized direct covariate effects. Our simulations show that this approach leads to good estimates for all model parameters. The proposed approach is demonstrated by using empirical data to examine the differential effects of family resources on students’ academic achievement outcome. Implications of the study are discussed.
