生物质资源减碳化利用需求及影响机理实证研究——基于SEM模型分析方法和TAM理论分析框架

与先前主要研究生物质资源文献不同的是,本文首先提出了“生物质资源减碳化利用”这一概念,并引入TAM理论分析框架,应用SEM模型分析方法,从微观农户视角探讨其对生物质资源减碳化利用需求及影响机理.本文证实了感知有用性、感知易用性和便利条件对农户生物质资源减碳化利用需求具有经济意义上的显著影响,其标准化路径系数分别为0.060、0.213、0.141,社会影响则通过感知易用性的中介作用而对农户生物质资源减碳化利用需求产生间接的正向影响.本文同时还发现,便利条件、感知易用性对感知有用性具有显著正向影响.这意味着,突破既有限定,发挥生物质资源减碳化利用的福利效应,需政府、农户共同努力.     

教学科研型大学的学术权力制度建设研究

教学研究型大学作为高等教育大众化进程的中坚力量,学术权力配置及相应的制度建设深刻影响着办学目标的实现。教学研究型大学的核心内涵主要表征为研究性教学及因校制宜开展基础研究和应用研究,在现实中教学研究型大学对学术权力制度有着自身的内在需求。通过整体考察、抽象大学学术权力的制度架构与运行规则,分析我国教学研究型大学的现实运行状况,初构其制度架构及运行机制为在学院一级实行教授会基础上的院长负责制;在校一级实行校长领导下的＂校务委员会＂和＂大学评议会＂共治型权力架构及其运行机制;同时辅之由内而外的学术权力制度文化认知框架。     

Ethical Responses to the Covid-19 Pandemic: Implications for the Ethos and Practice of Anatomy as a Health Science Discipline

The move of much anatomy teaching online in response to the Covid-19 pandemic has been successfully implemented within very short time frames. This has necessitated a high degree of dependence upon the use of digitized cadaveric resources, has entailed immense workload demands on staff, and has disrupted students' studies. These educational exigencies have been accompanied by ethical uncertainties for a discipline centered on study of the dead human body. An ethical framework for anatomy is suggested based on the principles of equal concern and respect, minimization of harm, fairness, and reciprocity, in which all staff and students are to be treated with respect and as moral equals. A series of ethical obligations are proposed as a means of maintaining the ethos of anatomy, coping with the suspension of body donation, providing adequate resources, and responding to increased dependence upon external providers. Good academic practice raises more general obligations stemming from the welfare of students, the increased workload of staff, and checking on online assessment and invigilation. As anatomists respond to the educational and ethical lessons prompted by this pandemic, they should plan for future disruptions to normal work patterns by adopting a sustainable and equitable course of action.     

Recommendation content matters! Exploring the impact of the recommendation content on consumer decisions from the means-end chain perspective

Consumers increasingly rely on social media to obtain product information. The vlog, a new kind of social medium, has been adopted by sellers to connect with consumers. Through this platform, sellers can cooperate with vloggers to recommend products or services to consumers. Extending beyond the previous perspective that consumers’ perceptions and behaviors are influenced by vloggers’ attributes, we herein investigate the influence of recommendation content. Drawing on the means-end chain framework, this paper investigates how the attributes of recommendation content affect consumers’ intention to adopt (i.e., follow) the recommendation. Data collected from 513 respondents provides support for the proposed influences. The results indicate that source credibility, content diagnosticity, and content serendipity drive consumers’ recommendation adoption intention. This research contributes to the literature on rec-vlog marketing by clarifying the significant role of recommendation content. Implications are discussed regarding these findings.     

The role of cultural pressures and group favouritism in shaping Syrian refugees’ identity in the Jordanian work environment

This study seeks to understand the cultural inclusion/exclusion practices that Syrian refugees encounter in the Jordanian work environment, explore whether an ingroup (Jordanian) over outgroup (Syrian refugees) favouritism exists and how such favouritism reshapes Syrian refugees’ social identity in this new environment. Drawing on qualitative-semi structured interviews with 12 Syrian refugees in Jordan, the study highlights different multi-layered cultural exclusion/inclusion practices that Syrian refugees in Jordan face. Through a combined underpinning of social identity theory (SIT) (Tajfel & Turner, 1979) and the acculturation framework (Arends-Tóth & van de Vijver, 2006), the study reports how these practices re-shape Syrian refugees’ identity around vocational skills. We go beyond the basic types of discrimination against refugees (e.g., gender, race, religion) to highlight economic and legal restrictions as important promoters of cultural exclusion despite the strong cultural cohesion factors. This highlights the significant role of community and societal practices that can go beyond cultural differences between groups, and extend our understanding of SIT.

企业流程再造缺乏完善的心智模式的指引是再造失败的重要原因。从企业进行流程再造的原因和影响流程再造的因素两方面出发,分析心智模式对流程再造的重要性,构建心智模式和流程再造之间内在联系的框架模型;分析了需要进行流程再造的企业心智模式存在的缺陷;提出了优化企业心智模式的措施。

基于现实中项目运作存在失败现象的普遍性,通过分析失败的决定性要素以及从失败中学习的障碍,提出识别失败——分析失败——记录并学习失败三步骤循环从失败中学习的过程,并对海尔“人单合一”战略模式与从失败中学习环节的匹配性进行了分析。     

三江源区生态移民权益保护的法律框架体系

三江源区生态移民是当前加强生态建设、构建和谐社会重要的政策措施.在生态移民工作中,应当加大移民社会的制度建设.因为,法律在推进生态治理及生态移民乃至经济创新发展中具有不可替代的作用.当前,移民问题在现有国家法律层面上还没有专门的源头法.因此,政府首先应当面对移民民众的权益,依照国家基本法律制度处理好生态治理与移民安置的关系,不断制定完善生态移民及其权益保障方面的行政法规.
