人际情报网络分析是企业竞争情报研究的重要内容,个人人际情报网络分析是其中一种重要分析类型,它尤其适合于中小企业行动者。本文在前期研究“基于结构洞理论的个人人际网络分析系统研究”基础之上,选取一个中小企业为研究对象,利用所开发的分析系统,对该企业行动者的个人人际情报网络进行了分析,并提出了若干利用和调整其人际情报网络的建议。实践证明,对中小企业行动者实施个人人际情报网络分析,有利于行动者理清和调控自身人际情报网络,同时也是我们将竞争情报研究成果应用于企业实践的有益尝试。  相似文献

In the responses to the original article, the necessity of adopting an embodied approach in the study of the mind instead of the traditional symbolic approach in classical cognitive psychology is assumed. However, as soon as the nature of that embodied mind and its relationship to explicit representations mediated by semiotic cultural devices is delved into, that consensus gives way to significant criticism and discrepancies. Without wishing to end the debate, but rather open or ignite it, this article seeks to respond to some these observations, grouping them into four sections: (1) the acceptance of the body as a representational device; (2) the risk of incurring a new dualism when differentiating an embodied and implicit mind from a symbolic and explicit one; (3) the transformation processes of mental representations and functions in development as well as in instruction; and (4) the implications of these reflections on the relationships among mind, brain and culture.  相似文献

Research in physics education indicates that the use of multiple representations in teaching and learning helps students become better problem-solvers. We report on a study to investigate students' difficulties in solving mechanics problems presented in multiple representations. We conducted teaching/learning interviews with 20 students in a first-semester calculus-based physics course which covered introductory classical mechanics. Each student was interviewed four times during the semester, each time after they had completed an exam in the course. During these interviews, students were asked to solve a problem they had seen in the exam, followed by problems that differed in the type of representation from the exam problems. Students were provided verbal hints to solve the new problems. We discuss the common difficulties students encountered when attempting to solve problems in different representations and some common themes in students' performance.  相似文献

Learning to be a competent language user may be the most complex task human beings undertake, yet the one most taken for granted. This paper examines a song spontaneously created and sung by a 44-month-old child. The song, an element of bath-time play, weaves a chapter in her ongoing self-narrative, disclosing not only her sense of herself as a developing person, but also revealing her struggle with this development. Examination of the relation of the structure and functions of the song demonstrates that it is a variation of egocentric speech clearly connected to her thinking and not merely a tuneful accompaniment to her imaginative play. Early childhood educators and care-givers often witness similar episodes of language use among children engrossed in play in school settings. Observation of the form and content of such language use can provide the early childhood teacher or caregiver with information about a child's language development, sense of self, and readiness for formal and informal literacy experiences, which presume a developing facility and competence in thinking through language.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The rise in LGBT-themed novels in Indonesia over the last decade demonstrates the sea-change in social attitudes and the public presence of sexual and gender minorities in Indonesia. The genre emerges from the popularity of sexually-charged novels by female authors such as Ayu Utami and Djenar Maesa Ayu. However, many novels were criticised for the supposed westernisation of Indonesian culture that threatens the national identity and moral disposition of its readers. This article explores the underlying themes of these criticisms—nationhood, cultural authenticity, and morality—and juxtaposes them with the claims of cultural authenticity and legitimacy made by gay and lesbi Indonesians. Representations of “traditional” homoeroticisms in the novel Mairil by Syarifuddin bring these lines of arguments together and synthesise a discursive space where cultural and national authenticities are “queered.” It is my contention that religious and traditional elements that foster same-sex practices offer a key to queer legitimacy for Indonesian sexual minorities.  相似文献

拟采用迁移范式,以事件相关电位(ERP)成分N2、P3作为主要指标,结合不同迁移方式和不同学习"方式"探讨学习者的知识表征方式的差异。结果发现:内隐组和外显组被试在习得了一定的序列知识后,相对于标准序列的反应时,效应器迁移序列的反应时明显变慢;在脑电数据中,以N2的平均波幅作为指标,不管是内隐组还是外显组,标准序列与刺激迁移序列不存在区别,而与效应器迁移序列却差异显著。对于P3的平均波幅的分析得出:在内隐组,标准序列与效应器迁移序列不存在区别;而在外显组,两者却差异显著。该结果说明:效应器水平的编码机制是参与序列知识的学习的;且相对于知觉编码,不管以何种"方式"学习,效应器编码起的作用都要更大。  相似文献

This article focuses on the reforms in the field of vocational education, as well as on representations related to work, in Argentina during Perón’s political leadership. In the framework of far-reaching economic reforms and social transformations, while in the position of secretary of labour (1943–1945) Perón started a vocational education system, which grew notably during his presidency (1946–1952 and 1952–1955). At the same time, his government not only defined the worker as the protagonist of its policy but deliberately constructed and broadly disseminated positive representations of manual work, the worker, the apprentice and his training that were aimed at replacing older ones. After Perón’s overthrow in 1955, the succeeding governments brought the political centrality of the worker to an end and repressed all symbology related to him. In the following years, the vocational education system created during the Peronist era gradually fell apart.

This article analyses the relationship between these phenomena. It assumes that vocational education is not just shaped by economic demands or technological development. It rather believes that, as the analysis of the Peronist case shows, social representations related to work and education can also play an important role, supporting, hindering or impeding the establishment or development of specific vocational education models.  相似文献
