世界一流体育学科建设的中国理路

摘要：建设世界一流体育学科是高等教育强国建设的必要内容和重要支撑。为切实把握高等教育强国建设的时代机遇,促动体育学科提质发展。运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,以ARWU、QS世界大学学术排名的一流学科和国际知名体育大学的学科为参照和对象,围绕着“什么是世界一流体育学科,世界一流体育学科建设什么,怎么建设”的线索,对世界一流体育学科的建设进行了理论探讨。研究表明,世界一流体育学科是指具有一流体育科学研究和一流体育人才培养的学科。世界一流体育学科建设主要包括适应性的学科方向、相宜性的学科组织、卓异性的学科生源、适宜性的学科制度建设4个方面。我国建设世界一流体育学科：应以组建国家顶级学术团队为抓手,学科升级和细化,加强体育学科方向的顶层引领和基层实践细化;实施学科、专业、课程一体化建设为突破,加强学术人才培养;以大学基层体育学术组织的自组织能力建设为重点,增强学术组织的学术产出能力;以“四学”为主题主线,加强建设世界一流体育学科的制度创新。     

高等数学教学中关于学生解题思维的反思

通过在高等数学教学过程中对学生一些解题思维的反思,得到求00型幂指函数在x趋向于x0时的极限,及判别交错级数、正项级数收敛性,求一阶可分离变量微分方程解法新的见解,可促进教学效果的提高.     

基于高频链技术的逆变电源设计

文章设计实现了一种基于ARM7的高频链逆变电源.首先介绍逆变电源采用高频链逆变技术的优势,然后具体针对100 VA高频链逆变电源进行主电路和控制方案的设计,最后给出相应的仿真波形,证明了该逆变电源具有良好的性能.     

From absent to active voices: securing disability equality within higher education

This article discusses the representation and participation of disabled students in the development of higher education policy and provision within the UK, at both a national and institutional level. Findings are drawn from a doctoral study, which identified the importance of student participation in securing equality and inclusion. Power relationships and established boundaries are explored to ascertain how vocal disabled students are in these processes. Questions are addressed in terms of the genuineness and effectiveness of participatory approaches, identifying those barriers that are likely to impede the process. These include the influence of dominant ideology, professional expertise and attitudes towards the capability of disabled students. All are important when considering the increased rights of disabled people.     

Teacher Appraisal,Professional Development and School Improvement: a case study

The paper argues that in respect of the day‐to‐day work activities required in being a headteacher, and in the work relationships involved in running schools, the occupational culture of headship has changed fundamentally. Using the accounts of 20 headteachers, interviewed in respect of their career histories in 1990 and followed up by means of a postal questionnaire in 1992, the paper illustrates the changes experienced and identified by this group of heads. It is argued that a new headteacher is required; that aspects of educational leadership have diminished dramatically in the work culture of headship.     

China's recruitment of African university students: policy efficacy and unintended outcomes

This article explores how Sino-African relations are affected by the growing number of Africans who pursue higher education in China. China actively recruits African university students in order to increase soft power and generate income from the export of education services. Semi-structured interviews with African university students suggest that China fails to reach these policy objectives because the students are disappointed with the quality of the education they receive. However, the students engage in trade and contribute to the fast-growing export of Chinese products to African markets, thereby reinforcing the ties between China and Africa in unintended ways.     

Planning,re-bordering and setting times: a comparative analysis of European and Latin American ‘education spaces’

The article compares educational regionalisation in Europe and Latin America. This analysis unveils the influence of three social phenomena in the two case studies, namely power, fields of activity and knowledge. Mostly, it focuses on the initiatives led by the European Union and the Organisation of Ibero-American States in order to implement large strategic, multi-government educational plans in each continent. The actions of international political players, the theories (or ‘ontologies’) embedded in these devices and the consequences for sub-national politics are observed.     

建立健全以保持廉洁为核心的权力监督体系

建设廉洁政治最重要的就是廉洁权力运作,从而必须以保持“廉洁”为中心,建立健全权力监督体系。其一,要着眼廉洁分权,强化权力资源配置的监督;其二,坚持廉洁“亮岗”,强化招聘岗位竞聘的监督;其三。要规范廉洁授权,强化岗位应聘人员选任的监督;其四,要健全廉洁运权,强化权力运作程序的监督;其五,要立足廉洁用权,强化权力具体作为的监督;其六,要完善廉洁管权,强化权力运行全程的监督。     

基于改进阵面推进法的三维网格生成算法研究

针对三维网格生成技术问题,结合波前推进法生成了非结构化背景网格,并使用对角交换以及邻域技术消除畸形三角形单元,改善了三角形网格质量.在阵面推进过程中,通过右手准则确定空间阵面推进方向,利用有效性检查和辅助性检查,校正了阵面相交、包含和穿透等异常问题,生成了非结构四面体网格.使用队列数据结构存储方式,节省了计算内存,提高了网格生成效率,实现了三维网格划分软件(TDGGSLZH)的开发,并通过算例验证了三维网格生成算法的有效性和通用性.
