充分整合校友资源探索高校毕业生就业工作新途径

当前,大学毕业生就业已经成为一个备受社会各界关注的热点问题。严峻的就业形势使得当今大学生面临着巨大的就业压力。作为高校要充分考虑并利用各种资源来为毕业生就业创造条件,而校友资源就是高校资源中的一笔重要无形财富。本文试图对校友资源在高校毕业生工作中的作用进行探讨,并就如何利用校友资源促进高校毕业生就业工作提出建议。

Proactive personality and cross-cultural adjustment: Roles of social media usage and cultural intelligence

Proactive personality has been theoretically defined as a natural disposition that determines the manner in which an individual responds to social environmental changes. However, in cross-cultural context, knowledge about the role of proactive personality and its boundary conditions in expatriate cross-cultural adjustment remains limited. To address the gaps, this study aims to investigate whether and how proactive personality accounts for variance phenomena in expatriate cross-cultural adjustment with intervention of boundary conditions. A survey was conducted in three public universities in China, and 247 informative responses were obtained for hypothesis testing analysis. Results reveal that proactive personality contributes to expatriate cross-cultural adjustment. This contribution occurs through the conduit of cultural intelligence (CQ). CQ partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and academic adjustment but fully mediates that between proactive personality and social adjustment. Moreover, social media usage for gathering information negatively influences the relationship between proactive personality and CQ. Implications and future research directions are discussed as well.

交叉科学成果影响力研究:使用数据与引用数据视角

随着交叉科学研究在促进社会发展重大综合性问题解决方面的优势逐渐凸显,越来越多的国家对交叉科学研究给予高度的重视与支持,如何对交叉科学的研究成果进行有效的鉴定与评估也成为科技管理部门亟待解决的重要问题。本文在传统引文指标的基础上,引入PLoS官方平台的使用数据(html浏览、xml下载及pdf下载)作为补充,综合评价交叉科学研究成果的影响力情况。以2009-2013年发表在开源期刊PLoS Computational Biology的研究论文为例,研究结果表明:(1)学科交叉水平与论文影响力之间存在一定的正向关系,学科交叉水平高的论文,对应的使用数据与引用数据要明显高于学科交叉水平较低的论文;(2)论文的使用数据与引用数据相互促进,在引用数据达到峰值时,对应的使用数据也会随之出现一定的回升;(3)学科交叉程度对使用数据与引用数据之间的相关关系也有较为显著的影响。本文从使用数据和引用数据两个维度探索交叉科学研究成果的影响力,为当前交叉科学研究成果影响力的评价提供了新的借鉴与参考。     

COUNTER5规范解析与特征分析

[目的/意义]针对数字资源不断扩充，经费投入持续走高的现状，使用效益评估的重要作用日益彰显。COUNTER规范在十余年间始终致力于统计标准的研究与完善。[方法/过程]第五版现已发布，通过对比现行第四版规范，总结其在文档格式、资源类型、元素类型、报告属性及适用范畴等方面的新特征，并进行初步解析。[结果/结论] COUNTER5版本更新已有元素，增加计量维度，提升定制需求的灵活度，实现报告整体的简化和明晰，将更好地为资源供求利益相关者的规范管理及利益维护提供保障。提前了解与学习最新版本，将有助于图书馆更好地开展资源采购与评估相关工作。     

Multilingual opinion mining on YouTube – A convolutional N-gram BiLSTM word embedding

Opinion mining in a multilingual and multi-domain environment as YouTube requires models to be robust across domains as well as languages, and not to rely on linguistic resources (e.g. syntactic parsers, POS-taggers, pre-defined dictionaries) which are not always available in many languages. In this work, we i) proposed a convolutional N-gram BiLSTM (CoNBiLSTM) word embedding which represents a word with semantic and contextual information in short and long distance periods; ii) applied CoNBiLSTM word embedding for predicting the type of a comment, its polarity sentiment (positive, neutral or negative) and whether the sentiment is directed toward the product or video; iii) evaluated the efficiency of our model on the SenTube dataset, which contains comments from two domains (i.e. automobile, tablet) and two languages (i.e. English, Italian). According to the experimental results, CoNBiLSTM generally outperforms the approach using SVM with shallow syntactic structures (STRUCT) – the current state-of-the-art sentiment analysis on the SenTube dataset. In addition, our model achieves more robustness across domains than the STRUCT (e.g. 7.47% of the difference in performance between the two domains for our model vs. 18.8% for the STRUCT)

能抵抗RQP分析的密写技术

A new steganographic approach for 24-bit color images that can resist the RQP(raw-quick-pairs)steganalysis is described.The technique is based on modification of color triplets such that the existing color palette is not excessively expanded or even reduced.In this way,numbers of unique colors and pairs of close-colors in the image do not rise significantly.This invalidates the RQP analysis.Experimental results are presented to support the argument.     

基于词向量的汉日通用汉字词语义计量研究方法探索

中日现代语言通用汉字词各义项在两种语言中的使用情况一直是学界关注的难题。基于高频中日同形词的研究结果表明,利用BERT词向量技术对日语目标词义项统计的平均准确率达到了90%,最高达到97%;对汉语目标词义项统计的平均准确率达到了88.3%,最高也达到97%,利用词向量技术对中日汉字词汇语义开展计量研究具备可行性。同时研究还发现,传统词典义项设立的科学性、例句规范性和句长等因素都会对基于词向量的语义分析产生影响。
