由古汉语词汇研究看语言符号的任意性

乾嘉学者的“因声求义”动摇不了索绪尔关于语言符号任意性的论断;《荀子.正名》提出的“约定俗成”也无法佐证索绪尔的论断。无论是对索绪尔观点进行证实还是证伪,我们都不能只站在极其接近却又并非语言符号本质的层面上,而应该直接切入到语言形式与概念意义结合的那个间隙之中去。     

国内外老年人互联网使用行为研究述评

[目的/意义]在老龄化社会和信息化社会同时到来的时代背景下,研究老年人互联网使用情况,一方面可以为开发老年服务产业提供理论依据,另一方面也为满足老年人生活需要,改善老年人生活质量提供有价值的建议。[方法/过程]基于老年人互联网使用行为,讨论研究中涉及的互联网服务内容和类型,在此基础上对老年人互联网使用的价值研究和影响因素研究成果进行系统梳理与述评。[结果/结论]老年人使用互联网对提升生活幸福感、降低孤独感、提高社区归属感以及增强认知能力有一定的作用;在使用动机和接受因素方面,感知有用性、感知易用性、自我效能、结果预期和一些构成因素会影响老年人使用互联网的意愿与行为。未来研究可以聚焦在提供更符合老年人需求的互联网服务、根据具体互联网使用内容分析对老年人产生的价值、挖掘老年人特有的互联网使用影响因素、探讨新型互联网环境中如何促进老年人使用网络服务4个领域,形成有针对性的理论创新与建议。     

Ebrary电子图书使用情况分析——以上海交通大学为例

电子图书资源是现代图书馆馆藏资源中不可或缺的一部分,现在许多高校图书馆都购买了大量的中文电子图书和部分外文电子图书。文章对上海交通大学Ebrary电子图书使用情况做出详细分析,分别从总体使用数据、月度使用统计、学科主题、单本图书、图书出版年份五个方面分析具体使用情况,并结合上海交通大学学科特点,总结出外文电子图书的使用规律,为提高外文电子书利用率、外文图书采购和馆藏结构配置提供依据。     

浅析散打王争霸赛中大级别选手腿法的应用

对2001年散打王争霸赛共计306局的比赛场次进行统计分析，着重研究了大级别选手腿法的运用。结果发现：腿法是运动员的主要得分手段，但大级别运动员腿法较为薄弱；其中侧踹腿技术薄弱，效果不佳；横踢腿技术运用稍好，但速度不够，应进一步提高；蹬腿运用较少，效果也差；膝法虽有一定的运用，但成功率不高。

一种多粒度Web使用数据收集方法

提出一种多粒度的用户行为数据收集方法,该方法以可配置的插件形式嵌入服务器端收集数据。实验证明,该方法能提高Web使用挖掘的数据质量,简化Web使用挖掘预处理工作,并为后续挖掘工作提供多种粒度的信息,从而为分析Web用户的行为提供优质数据源。     

温州市区全民健身路径现状分析与对策研究

通过文献查阅法、问卷调查法、观察法等对温州市区三个城区的全民健身路径现状进行了调查研究,显示三个城区健身路径的环境设置、布局安排等方面符合社区居民需求,在健身路径使用、管理现状等方面仍存在不足.通过对以上方面的分析,并对健身路径设置、使用、管理现状存在的一些问题提出建设性的建议,引导社区居民进行健身路径锻炼,促进温州市社区体育的良好发展,推动温州市全民健身运动的开展.     

The “80/20 Rule” and Core Journals

This column examines the 80/20 rule, also termed a Pareto distribution, and explains these terms' historical origins. The column focuses on this pattern in the use of print serials, downloads from electronic databases, and citations to journals. The rule's relationship to Bradford's Law is explored, and some of the research pertaining to the 80/20 rule is reviewed. The pattern's utility for defining the core collection and serials collection management is discussed, whereas a number of limitations are pointed out. Some questions for further research are suggested. It is concluded that the 80/20 ratio (80% of use is derived from 20% of the titles), when found as an approximate pattern, is a valid method for determining the core concept in journal collection management.     

Analysis of synonymous codon usage and evolution of begomoviruses

Begomoviruses are single-stranded DNA viruses and cause severe diseases in major crop plants worldwide. Based on current gcnomc sequcncc analyses, we found that synonymous codon usagc variations in the protein-coding genes of begomoviruses arc mainly influenced by mutation bias. Base composition analysis suggested that the codon usage bias of AV1 and BV1 genes is significant and their expressions are high. Fourteen codons were determined as translational optimal ones according to the comparison of codon usage pattcms bctwccn highly and lowly expressed genes. Interestingly the codon usagcs bctwccn bego moviruses from thc Old and the New Worlds are apparently different, which supports the idea that the bipartite bcgomoviruses of the New World might originate from bipartite ones of the Old World, whereas the latter evolve from the Old World monopartite begomoviruses.
