从体验哲学的角度探讨汉英中表示“喜悦”的转喻

体验哲学认为语言具有体验性,强调意义不是来自与外在客观世界的对应,而是来源于人类的身体体验和社会体验。情感,作为人类经验的重要组成部分,是人体经验最中心、最普遍的方面之一。而人的抽象情感在很大程度上是通过建立在人体感知基础上的转喻表达。文章通过对汉语、英语中情感范畴＂喜悦＂的分析,指出两种语言对＂喜悦＂的认知都取决于人的生理和心理活动,说明汉语、英语中表达＂喜悦＂的转喻和隐转喻方式是建立在人们体验的基础上的。

精神损害与精神损害赔偿

精神损害赔偿制度虽然在我国起步较晚，但是发展却非常迅速，几乎人人都知晓精神损害或精神损害赔偿，司法实践中的案例也是层出不穷。但在生活口语中，“精神损害”和“精神损害赔偿”往往是同时表达同一个意思，即要么是表示受到了精神损害，要么是表示需要适用精神损害赔偿制度；我们不必对大众在法律术语的使用上做过高要求，但在理论研究上剐’有必要对这两个概念进行明确的区分，以避免理论上的混乱和立法上的瑕疵。     

Mathematics: a female,male or gender‐neutral domain? A study of attitudes among students at secondary level

The aim of the current study is to investigate whether Swedish secondary school students perceive mathematics as a female, male or gender‐neutral domain. A sample of 1300 students in two age groups, 15‐ and 17‐ years, answered a questionnaire and about 50 students participated in interviews. The main part of the inquiry form consists of Who and mathematics, an attitude scale recently developed by other researchers. The results are analysed with respect to gender, school year and study programme. Gendered attitudes were found among considerable minorities. There is a marked tendency to view mathematics as a symbolically male domain: positive aspects are associated with boys and negative aspects perceived as more female. Older students hold more strongly gendered views than younger. Boys in the science programme have the strongest beliefs of mathematics as a male domain.     

Leading professional learning in an Australian secondary school through school‐university partnerships

As the limitations of one‐off and disconnected professional learning programs for teachers are recognised, there is widespread interest in building learning communities and professional learning teams within schools. When considering how to build local learning communities, school and university partnerships are seen as offering rich possibilities for transformative professional action. The social practices that generate action and participation for partnership members are then scrutinised for the legitimacy of school‐university partnerships and the contribution to enhancing teacher learning.

人文关怀是个具有生命意蕴的概念,人文关怀的实现需要生命与生命、情感与情感的融合。从情感角度思考思想政治教育人文关怀可以得出如下结论:情感是思想政治教育人文关怀的切入点;情感是构建思想政治教育人文关怀内容体系的核心;情感体验方法是思想政治教育人文关怀的主要方法。     

在新课标下如何培养学生学习数学的兴趣

中学生的数学学习兴趣对其学习数学十分重要,是学好这门功课的重要前提.在课改新形势下,我们数学教师应当注意运用多种手段和方法,通过多种渠道,培养和激发学生学习兴趣,最大限度地调动学生的学习积极性和主动性.这样才能大面积提高数学教学质量.     

Preschool teachers and classroom aides: Same context,similar perceptions of children's behaviors?

This study explored the correspondence and differences between school staff perceptions of preschool children's social skills and behavior problems. One hundred preschoolers were assessed by 14 pairs of teachers and classroom aides with the Preschool and Kindergarten Behavior Scales – 2^nd Edition (PKBS‐2 Portuguese version). Indexes of agreement and disagreement were calculated. Risk levels and item analyses of PKBS‐2 scores according to both informants' ratings were compared. A higher level of agreement was obtained for social skills scores than for behavior problems (mean correlation of .62). No statistically significant differences between informants were obtained for the risk levels, and item analyses revealed a similar pattern of behaviors that were most and least rated by both informants. Results indicate that the classroom aides' perspective on preschool assessment represents a reliable input, which justifies that they network with teachers in addressing preschoolers' social‐emotional and behavioral challenges.     

Patterns of and influences on elementary school attendance in early Victorian industrial Monmouthshire 1839–1865

Issues associated with school absenteeism have attracted considerable attention and have long been one of the focal points of government strategies for school improvement. Pupil non-attendance is not a new phenomenon and featured prominently in Her Majesty’s Inspectors’ reports from 1839. This paper outlines the patterns of and influences on elementary education in early Victorian industrial Monmouthshire during the period 1839–1865. The twin problems of irregular attendance and early withdrawal of pupils are discussed together with the limitations and unreliability of contemporary statistics. An examination of the reasons for absence is then discussed together with the remedies proposed to alleviate the problem with particular reference to the contribution of the Prize Schemes. The paper illustrates the disadvantages of basing an educational system on voluntary endeavour and enlightened self-interest and highlights the paradox that, despite the introduction of mandatory attendance, the problem is still persistent and protracted and finding definitive solutions still remains elusive.
