重庆医科大学口腔实习生情绪智力与冲突管理方式的调查研究

目的:调查重庆医科大学口腔实习生情绪智力和冲突管理方式现状,并分析其情绪智力和冲突处理模式的关系。方法:采用黄氏和罗氏情绪智力量表及荷兰式测试问卷(遇到冲突时的对策)在我校口腔实习生中进行问卷调查,最终对调查结果进行统计学分析。统计分析采用SPSS 22.0软件包进行。结果:共回收有效问卷162份。我校口腔实习生整体情绪智力水平为中等水平;使用频率最高的冲突管理方式是压制,最不常使用的冲突管理方式是解决问题;冲突管理方式与情绪智力水平有关,情绪智力水平高的实习生更倾向于科学地处理冲突。结论:我校口腔实习生的冲突管理方式需要进行科学的引导,管理水平需要提高。

党的十六届四中全会提出:加强党的执政能力建设以改革和完善党的领导体制和工作机制为重点。党的十七大提出继续加强党的执政能力建设和先进性建设,以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程。毛泽东是当代中华民族能够走向世界的第一个伟大代表。他对共产党的领导体制和工作机制进行了艰辛的探索,其中民主集中制原则、集体领导制度、中央与地方的关系等都给我们留下了宝贵财富,对于我们加强党的执政能力建设,保持党的先进性留下了诸多启示。

Structural marginalisation,othering and casual relief teacher subjectivities

Produced through market relations of neoliberal managerialism, teacher subjectivities are becoming progressively commodified. With the increasing casualisation of the teaching workforce, the well-being and status of casual relief teachers (CRTs) can be seen as an area of concern, at risk of ‘flexploitation’. More than just a convenient labour pool, CRTs operate on the margins of school communities, a space fraught with a range of issues. In many instances, CRTs experience less job satisfaction; less rapport with students and colleagues and less access to school information, professional development, resources and teaching materials. This article draws on a positioning theory to frame the discursive production of CRT selves within the neoliberal milieu. It offers a detailed analysis of collective biographies that explore narrative formations of casual teaching. Schooling discourse is replete with metaphorical language that frames teacher positioning, and a range of existing metaphors in CRT literature highlight their vulnerability in particular. Rather than offering an analysis that addresses casual teacher performance as a problem to be solved, this article proposes that the relationship between ‘structural marginalisation and the ‘othering’ that CRTs can experience is associated with the politics of market-related performativity.

Ancestral Voices—‘Since Time Everlasting Beyond’: Kipling and the Invention of the Time-Slip Story

In this study of Kipling's Puck books, I attempt to clarify the enduring characteristics of the time-slip story as he and E. Nesbit invented it and also to determine his own distinctive contribution to the genre. Although his formal procedures were not influential, his genius lies in showing us the mere uncounted folk of history, not the big players of E. Nesbit's stories. As a conservative democrat, he shows what treasures are hid on one's own hearth and doorstep, so to speak, so that you do not have to venture far to find magic. For Kipling, that magic resides in the common culture of England, the surviving traditional ways, which catastrophic changes over two thousand years had not greatly altered. The magic is traced to the nature of the land itself, a place deeply enchanted and manifest in the merry supernaturalism that G. K. Chesterton saw in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.     

Adapting an Interprofessional Training Model for Social Work Field Placements: An Answer for Better Mental Health Care Outreach for Older Adults in Primary Care

Professional shortages of geriatrically trained social workers pose a barrier to mental health care for older adults. Integrating graduate social work interns into primary care settings may increase the availability of trained social workers. However, few studies provide guidance on how to develop an interprofessional healthcare placement focused on the needs of older adults. This article discusses a model training program created by a psychology department (with input from social work faculty) that can be adapted by schools of social work. Client outcomes (n = 47) indicate significant improvement when using this model.     

试论创业教育的现状与对策

大学生渴望创业教育,但是我国目前只有9所高校在试行创业教育,其他学校的创业教育还没有开始。因此,构建创业教育体系是创业教育进课堂的前提,建设师资队伍是创业教育进课堂的关键。创业教育既是技能教育,又是素质教育,它是一项系统工程。     

民族地区城市社区中老年居民生活的困境、社区工作中存在的问题及对策

随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断提高,各社区的高龄老人、空巢老人、"三无老人"和退休人员也越来越多,这些中老年居民已逐渐成为社会中的一个弱势群体。他们的生活现状不仅与社区工作密切相关,还牵动着社会上许多家庭的幸福。为此,选取宁夏回族自治区银川市兴庆区、金凤区、西夏区的部分社区中老年居民为研究对象进行了问卷调查,同时对这些社区的工作人员进行了深度访谈。文章在分析民族地区城市社区中老年居民生活困境的基础上,结合对社区工作中存在问题的调查分析,从促进各民族交往交流交融、提高民族地区城市社区中老年居民生活质量的视角,提出强化社区工作管理、提升社区工作效率、增强"社区"中老年居民幸福感的相关对策。
