新能源产业发展的动力机制研究

新能源产业是一个复杂的系统,它的正常运行需要强大、稳健而持久的动力。新能源产业发展的动力因素包括技术进步、市场需求、产业链构建、政府政策和发展环境等。其中,技术进步、市场需求和产业链构建构成新能源产业发展的内部动力系统,政府政策和发展环境构成新能源产业发展的外部动力系统。内部动力系统和外部动力系统本身以及两大动力系统之间的协调运行构成新能源产业发展的动力机制。完善的动力机制是推动新能源产业健康快速发展的重要条件。

在庄子的研究中,人们多关注庄子出世思想而忽视其忧世情怀和救世精神。其实庄子具有深沉浓郁的救世情怀,主要表现为对浑浊社会的批判,关于生存出路的探索和对心灵自由的追寻,通过＂内向的心治＂来拯救社会和人民。     

Energy literacy of vocational students in Taiwan

In this study, we administered a questionnaire to 1001 vocational high school students to ascertain their literacy with regard to energy saving and carbon-emissions reduction (ESCER) and to analyze whether their literacy was affected by their gender or academic major. The data analysis produced the following conclusions: (1) behaviors pertaining to ESCER among vocational high school students should be enhanced by promoting appropriate affect rather than solely by conveying knowledge; (2) female students displayed superior knowledge and affect regarding ESCER compared with male students; and (3) students majoring in agriculture performed better than other students in terms of knowledge, affect, and behavioral aspects related to ESCER. The execution and results of this study can serve as a reference for courses or education related to this topic targeting vocational high school students to promote literacy for ESCER, thereby increasing students’ effectiveness in related issues in Taiwan.     

An analysis of school pupils’ (with low social economic status) perceptions of university,regarding programmes of study

Through its “Aim Higher Project” and “Excellence Challenge Programmes”, the UK government is investing large sums of money into widening participation so that more school leavers stay on to study for higher education (HE) courses, especially those from lower social classes and ethnic groups. Universities are increasingly developing links with local schools and creating novel ways of enhancing these relationships. Nevertheless, as the costs of attending university rise, it may be difficult to widen access especially amongst those “less wealthy” young people which universities are desperate to attract and enrol, due to the more lucrative government funding that the universities will receive. The main aim of the research is to report research findings from a case study incorporating Year 11 pupils (n = 38) from an inner city school (placed second on the Aim Higher register for the most socially disadvantaged), focusing in the main on the programme of study. This exploratory work is longitudinal with the researcher entering the Roman Catholic High School every two weeks during the academic year (over a period of nine months).     

电机节能控制技术的设计与实现

异步电动机是工业用电的主要拖动设备,实现异步电机的节能控制将有效降低系统总体功耗。本文根据交流异步电机运行过程控制特点,提出基于最小电流的工作电压控制方式,实现电机的能耗控制。重点从软、硬件两个方面进行了探讨,设计了系统的硬件主控单元结构,并就系统的基本原理以及软件的实现思路进行了介绍。

将双轴对称Fe8铁磁颗粒在难轴方向加磁场的隧穿问题,用等效势方法化简为常质量的粒子在等效势阱中运动的粒子,然后利用周期瞬子方法计算基态能级劈裂.结果表明随外场的增大,能级分裂作周期性变化.

液压系统的节能设计已成为液压技术工作者所关注的重大课题.对液压传动的节能原理进行了阐述,介绍了节能液压元件、节能回路和节能液压系统的节能技术,为液压技术工作者更好地利用能源提供了参考.     

美国大学校园的节能行动和措施

美国大学能源消费呈逐步上升的趋势,因此为应对全球温室效应的挑战,提倡大学应承担起自身所应承担的社会责任。为此,美国高等教育机构从多方面采取举措,包括树立节能减排的行动目标和行动纲领、通过LEED的认证购买能源之星产品、加强能源管理的精细化、加大新能源的科研投入等,力图构建排碳中性的绿色校园。美国大学构建绿色校园的理念和行动走在了美国政府的前面,这对我国大学进行绿色校园建设具有很大的启发意义。
