论江泽民对邓小平发展观的丰富和发展

发展是解决中国所有问题的关键。江泽民在建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中，坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，在发展的地位、发展的内涵、发展的途径、发展的动力、发展的战略、发展的布局等几个方面丰富和发展了邓小平的发展理论。     

Building Research Competencies in Canadian Academic Libraries: The CARL Librarians' Research Institute

This article overviews work by the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) to build the workforce competencies and capacity of academic librarians in respect of librarian research skills. CARL's Librarians' Research Institute (LRI) is reviewed and evaluated as a case study example of strategic and collaborative workforce capacity building. The CARL LRI offers a model for possible replication by others seeking to build workforce competencies and capacity through collaborative action.     

The Public Library System as an Element in the 2007 and 2015 Electoral Programs of Spain's Political Parties in the Region of Castilla-La Mancha

To assess the relevance of the Public Library System in the political agenda, programs presented by the Political Parties competing in Regional and Local elections in the Spanish Region of Castilla-La Mancha were analyzed and the proposals about these library institutions were identified.

All Regional programs were collected and also an ample sample from the Municipalities for the 2007 and 2015 elections, trying to find the differences influenced by the impact of the financial crisis and recession on the public-library policies.

The conclusion arrived at was that, although the Public Libraries may be reasonably present in the studied programs, there is a low awareness by the Political Parties of the main problems.     

英国广播公司(BBC)动态语义出版模式研究

[目的/意义]动态语义出版是BBC提出的新兴出版模式,已成功应用到体育、新闻等多个领域。通过对动态语义出版模式进行研究,为动态数字出版的发展提供思路。[方法/过程]在论述动态语义出版内涵和架构的基础上,从基础架构、应用环境、出版模式、作用效果4个维度对比分析动态语义出版与一般数字出版。[结果/结论]BBC动态语义出版模式在系统架构具有一定的创新性,其动态性、语义性和互动性有利于进一步提升科研人员的知识发现与创新效率。     

台湾宋诗研究的现况和展望

探讨五十年来台湾宋诗研究之五项现况,包括：研究基地,以台湾大学、师范大学、成功大学、东吴大学为主;研究学,为毕业于上述四校之老、中、青三代学人;研究选题,较集中于大家名家作品之考察,选择诗话笔记作学位论尤多;研究方法,大多采用归纳法、分析法,间有运用比较学、科际整合法;学术专刊,以成功大学主编《宋代学研究丛刊》、津出版社发行宋诗专最为大宗。复就目前研究现况之优长或缺失作检讨,提出展望意见,以策励来兹,自勉勉人。     

A study on the effects of education welfare action zone policy in Korea

This study was designed to analyze the effects of the support programs provided in education welfare action zones. Education welfare action zone policy came into effect by government from 2003 to guarantee actual educational opportunity to disadvantaged children in urban areas by providing educational, cultural, and welfare service. Education welfare action zones were selected in low-income group area in the metropolis. In this regard, both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods were used to ascertain the effects of the program. The qualitative analysis included a preliminary examination of conditions prior to the actual commencement of the program, which was then followed by an investigation of specific schools used, as case studies in order to identify the changes that had taken place during the program’s implementation process, and the program’s effect. Meanwhile, a quantitative analysis was employed to verify the actual changes that took place in several different aspects, changes that were revealed by the case studies.     

对中式英语的换位思考

中式英语由于受汉语表达方式的影响,大多不符合英语表达习惯,因而一向被人们认为是对纯正英语的扭曲。其实受习惯性的华语表达的影响是产生中式英语的原因。实际上,中式英语的出现有其客观必然性,而且在一定意义上对现代英语的发展起着积极的推动作用。

党的十七大报告提出“中国特色社会主义理论体系”的科学命题,为我们党今后举什么旗、走什么路提供了坚实的理论依据。它对中国特色社会主义理论体系的概括和阐发,标志着我们党对中国特色社会主义理论的认识更加科学、更加完备、更加深刻,达到了一个新的历史高度。
