山东省会城市群经济圈科技投入与产出评价体系研究

通过构建科技创新体系评价指标,研究山东省会城市群经济圈科技投入与发展现状。运用熵值法确定指标 权重,对科技创新的核心因素进行深入分析,结合聚类分析法对经济圈内各地市的科技投入与产出情况进行比较评价 和分类研究,并给出提升经济圈科技投入与产出水平的对策建议。

审计要为国有企业改革和发展服务，首先要将服务的观念和意识贯穿于整个审计监督的全过程；其次，审计要在观念、内容和重点、对象和范围、方法等方面实现转变；最后提出审计服务的具体措施：一、转变观点．以全新思维开展工作；二、不断开拓审计工作新领域；三、明确国家审计、内部审计的职责．发挥其功能；四、执行审计法规，实现审计工作的制度化和规范化；五、进一步改进审计方法。     

“Sport for Development” in developing countries: The case of the Vilas Olímpicas do Rio de Janeiro

The benefits of sport for general social outcomes has permeated sport policy in Brazil since the beginning of the twentieth century, but recently the jargon of “development through sport” is more overtly informing public policy and government action in this field. Despite increased uptake of the positive discourse of “sport as a development tool”, the reality for government-funded and -run “sport for development” programs is one far removed from enjoying the attention and financial investment needed to reach their stated development goals. This paper focuses on one such program: the Vilas Olímpicas do Rio de Janeiro. When analysing the specific matters associated with the management of this program three themes were identified that encapsulate the main issues that emerged during the analysis: partnerships, conflicting aims, and community involvement. These themes are analysed in light of the literature that discusses the application of “sport for development” programs worldwide and we conclude with some questions on the applicability of well-defined frameworks and approaches to such programs when these programs themselves tend to operate in very ill-defined and unstable environments.     

Alterations in autonomic cardiac modulation in response to normobaric hypoxia

Purpose: The present study aimed to determine if autonomic cardiac modulation was influenced by acute exposure to normobaric hypoxia. Method: Ten healthy male lowland dwellers completed five block-randomised single-blinded, crossed-over acute exposures to a normobaric hypoxic environment, each separated by 24 hours’ recovery (20.3%, 17.4%, 14.5%, 12.0% and 9.8% F_IO₂). Supine recordings were made of arterial oxygen saturation and electrocardiogram (ECG). RR intervals from the ECG trace were analysed for time (SDNN, lnrMSSD), frequency (lnVLF, lnLF, lnHF, lnTP, LFnu, and HFnu), and nonlinear (DFA-α1 and SampEn) heart rate variability components. Results: A significant reduction in arterial SaO₂ occurred with reduced F_IO₂, along with a rise in heart rate (Cohen’s d?=?1.16, 95% Confidence Interval [2.64–6.46]), significant at 9.8% F_IO₂. A decrease in autonomic cardiac modulation was also found as shown by a statistically significant (at 9.8% F_IO₂) decrease in lnTP (d?=?1.84 [1.74–1.94]), and SampEn (d?=?0.98 [0.83–1.12]) and an increase in DFA-α₁ (d?=?0.72 [0.60–0.84]) from normoxia at 9.8% F_IO₂. Conclusion: The decrease in variability indicated a reduction in autonomic cardiac modulation. There appears to be a threshold ～9.8% F_IO₂ (～6000?m equiv.), below which significant alterations in autonomic control occur.

非晶团簇Au19的熔化特征研究

介绍了分子动力学的基本原理和计算过程,模拟了Au19团簇从类固相到类液相的相变过程.将所得的数据绘制成图线,并进行了分析与讨论,结果发现Au19这种不规则的非晶团簇的熔化过程是分步完成的:首先是外层某些不稳定原子开始熔化,其次是其他外层原子也随能量的升高熔化,最后是随能量的不断升高,中心原子也完成了熔化过程,整个体系完成从类固相到类液相的相变过程.由此可以看出,Au19的熔化过程是分步完成的,有别于晶体团簇和其他结构规则的非晶团簇,是一个比较特殊的过程.     

Reducing students’ carbon footprints using personal carbon footprint management system based on environmental behavioural theory and persuasive technology

This study applied environmental behavioural theories to develop a personal carbon footprint management system and used persuasive technology to implement it. The system serves as an educational system to improve the determinants of students’ low-carbon behaviours, to promote low-carbon concepts and to facilitate their carbon management. To assess the validity of the system, high school students were chosen to participate in an experiment, the results of which reveal (1) the system has significant and positive short-term and relatively long-term effects on the reduction of their self-reported carbon footprint, (2) the system significantly improves their carbon footprint awareness and perceived behavioural control (PBC), and it also promotes behavioural subjective norms, (3) reduction of their self-reported carbon footprint is significantly correlated to PBC, carbon footprint awareness and attitude and (4) PBC is the most critical determinant of carbon reduction. Suggestions are accordingly made.
