建构主义:实践的反思

从建构主义的理论建构入手进行分析与反思的论述近年来不断见诸教育杂志,然而建构主义并非仅停留于理论层面,其于实践层面亦有自己的主张.本文在分析建构主义意涵的基础上,从平等的师生关系与建构式教学两个方面对建构主义展开实践的反思,并进而指出建构主义实践的未来前景.     

How to avoid reputation damage in financial restatement? The role of investor relations management

In order to examine the effects of avoiding reputation damage by investor relations management under certain corporate governance structures and mechanisms, samples of 1120 listed companies are used to research the influence on financial restatements by corporate governance. Then the moderating effects of investor relations management on financial restatements are analyzed. The result is that the more dispersed the equity, the higher the probability of financial restatements will be (This includes the government-controlled companies). Also the higher the proportion of independent directors and the higher the level of investor relations management, the lower the probability of financial restatements will be. Furthermore, as a moderating variable, investor relations management can eliminate the negative effects of corporate governance, enhance the effect of independent directors and reduce the probability of financial restatement.     

Improving interpersonal relations in the college classroom: An empirical investigation

The effect of small interpersonal discussion groups on student interpersonal relations was examined. A Group Psychology class with small interpersonal groups was compared to two other similar-level psychology classes with more traditional formats. One of these controls (a placebo group) had small, academically oriented discussion groups, and the other (a standard control group) was a medium-sized lecture class. TotalN was 258. The quality of within-class interpersonal relations for the experimental group exceeded that of the controls on all dependent variables. These effects, however, did not extend to behavior outside the class. This finding was supported by the results of a two-year follow-up (N=74).     

高校劳动关系的变化与工会维权机制的创新

与社会主义市场经济体制相适应，我国高等院校的用人机制逐步转换，进而高校劳动关系发生了深刻的变化．教职工的维权需求也发生变化。这对工会维权提出了依法维权、全方位维权、主动维权、柔性维权等新要求。适应这种新要求，文章提出必须在思想观念、维权内容、规范保障、维权手段、维权载体、维权队伍和组织体制等方面进行创新。

企业资源在母子公司网络系统中的扩散效应分析

本文首先对企业资源关系与母子公司进行了描述与界定，分析了基于资源关系的母子公司性质，通过对企业资源扩散机理的分析，明确了提高相互间资源的匹配性、位差以及提高扩散资源携带信息的完整性与健全资源扩散机制有利于提高母子公司间资源的扩散价值，从而提高母子公司管理的价值创造力。     

萨达特时期美国对埃及援助的效果与背景

美国对埃及的援助是萨达特时期埃美关系的一个重要内容。到萨达特统治末期,埃及已成为仅次于以色列的第二大美国对外援助的受援国。但美援的经济效果不佳,政治性是其主要目的。美国之所以向埃及提供巨额援助,主要意图有三:其一,支持埃及与以色列实现和平;其二,使埃及成为美国中东战略体系的有机组成部分;其三,对美国经济有利。但同时美援对埃及也产生了许多消极影响:一方面使埃及背上了沉重的债务负担;另一方面加剧了埃及社会矛盾。此外还损害了埃及主权。     

A fair game – the neoliberal (re)organisation of social and relational practices in local school settings

Abstract

In this article, we use data from ethnography-inspired studies of eight Swedish schools. We describe and analyse how a number of neoliberal-inspired economic and political processes have (re)organised social and relational practices in local school settings. There is an increased focus on individuality in the everyday working lives of teachers, where result-centred practices, relations and professional identities have replaced notions of equality and compensatory interventions. In our study, the teachers describe an increasing focus on performativity, competition and hierarchisation. We use fairness as a lens for illuminating these changes in social relations, changes in the organisation of teachers’ practices, and teachers’ struggles with these changes. The purpose of this study is to analyse how the current reforms are enacted and how they affect the working lives of teachers, and thereby to contribute to the current discussion on how the last decades of political and administrative changes have affected educational practice.
