网络文化与高校图书馆德育教育

网络文化是现代科学技术发展的结晶，对大学生的成长有着重要的影响作用，它既可以使大学生从中获取新的知识，丰富业余生活，也能够对其产生诸多负面影响。高校图书馆应发挥自身优势，真正使互联网成为图书馆对大学生进行德育教育的重要阵地。

亚里士多德认为万物以善为目的，最高的善是幸福，幸福是合于德性的现实活动，最大的幸福是思辨。

"五四"时期陈独秀的伦理思想颇具特色,与时代脉搏一起跳动,同政治思想紧密相连.主要体现在:以进化论为思想武器,对封建伦理道德进行猛烈抨击;从经济关系探讨道德观念转变的必然性;主张个人的完全发展,积极要求自我解放;热烈歌颂功利主义,强调个人幸福与社会利益相一致.其思想主题、思想内容、思想方法具有重要的历史价值和现实启迪.     

A model for making decisions about ethical dilemmas in student assessment

In this mixed-methods study we investigated the development of a generalized ethics decision-making model that can be applied in considering ethical dilemmas related to student assessment. For the study, we developed five scenarios that describe ethical dilemmas associated with student assessment. Survey participants (i.e., educators) completed an online survey to express their decision-making process when faced with ethical dilemmas relating to student assessment. Based on the literature and the educators’ written responses to the scenarios, elements to consider in an ethics decision-making model related to student assessment include the following: (1) the critical incident giving rise to the ethical dilemma; (2) identification of the conflict elements; (3) decisions about the ethicality of the elements; (4) justification of the decisions; (5) implications; and (6) alternative suggestions. This model offers guidance to educators in considering the dimensions of an ethical dilemma in assessment prior to making a decision.

新颁布的《普通高级中学语课程标准》强调了语教育的人性。利用中学言教学,充分发挥中国古代学这一民族瑰宝在人素质中的影响是加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设、提高学生人素质的有效途径之一。     

东西方家族企业“不同质”伦理动因之比较

家族企业的繁衍，在东西方各有其伦理动因，分属不同的文化。其伦理动因在家族企业的存在、发展之中，无论是作用的范围还是作用的程度均有较大差别，在对家族企业伦理动因现代价值的探讨中，涉及东西方家族企业伦理动因之比较就在所难免。不能以“叛离家庭”（或“以家为本”）与否，作为衡量东西方家族企业伦理动因差异的唯一标准和作为是否具有“优秀的文化基因”的判别标准。以“家为本位”特征的作为当代中国家族企业繁衍主要伦理动因的儒家家族主义，并不一定就不具有优秀的“文化基因”，而只具有否定的价值。     

跨文化传播下学校德育的多元文化整合与构建

跨化传播成为人们思想和化价值观相互整合的重要形式。学校德育在跨化传播下呈现出主化与亚化、教师主体指导性与学生主体辨别性以及学校德育目标的一维性与实践的多维性的矛盾等问题。要解决这一系列问题，整体构建学校德育的新体系，除了处理好德育目标、内容、途径、方法、管理、评价六个系统外，还应加强网络德育的建设，开展丰富的实践活动，优化德育环境。     

Positive teacher–student relationships go beyond the classroom,problematic ones stay inside

The authors voice teachers' perceptions of their interpersonal experiences with students in both positive and problematic relationships. Interview data from 28 teachers were examined by coding utterances on teacher and student interactions. Results indicate that teachers defined the quality of the relationship mostly by the level of communion (friendly vs. hostile), instead of by the level of agency (in control vs. powerless). Analyses of mentioned teacher and student behavior show a friendly interactional pattern for positive relationships and a hostile pattern for problematic ones. In teachers' perceptions, positive and problematic relationships also differed in context where encounters take place and topic of talk. Contrary to interactions in problematic relationships, encounters in positive relationships were mostly situated outside the classroom context and conversations during these encounters covered a wide range of topics. Implications for teacher education programs are discussed.     

网络伦理困惑探析

网络技术的迅速发展在给人类带来众多机遇和福祉的同时 ,也对社会伦理产生了冲击和挑战。处理网络空间与物理空间、信息共享与产权保护、个人隐私与社会监督、通讯自由与社会责任、全球化与民族性的关系 ,存在诸多伦理困惑和道德冲突。必须大力加强网络道德建设的研究 ,帮助人们作出正确的行为选择。目前 ,应确立和强调以下伦理原则 :为人类共同利益原则、关怀人性原则、公正原则、自主原则、责任原则和自律原则     

中国电影史上的伦理情节剧传统

郑正秋、蔡楚生、谢晋等电影艺术家在半个多世纪以来的中国银幕上,属于在不同时代的政治、文化环境应运而生的电影巨匠,其作品主要以伦理道德为叙事内容,以戏剧性的伦理冲突建构故事情节,以善恶对立的类型化人物为道德化身,以社会关系伦理化和伦理关系社会化、政治化等不同的审美视角,映射了中国人民经历过的不同时代变迁的“世纪沧桑”,他们所开拓和发展的中国伦理情节剧电影传统,在中西文化的交汇中,形成了十分清晰的发展轨迹,在叙事传统、文化意义和美学特征等方面具有厚实的内涵,构成了一种一脉相承的、很有影响的文化现象。
