诚信就是诚实守信，是为人处世的基本准则，是维系人与人之间关系的基础，是关系到民族兴旺、国家富强、家庭幸福的大事，也是人的生命。     

马克思《1844年经济学哲学手稿》对高校思想道德教育的启示

本文在阐释马克思《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中伦理道德思想的基础上,分析了它对新时期高校伦理道德教育所具有重要启发价值。     

传统人治方略的二维向度及差异

儒家德治与法家法治实属传统人治。儒家德治笃信“为政在人”重在人之“德”上,其人治思想显然;而法家法治实属君下法治,其不彻底性使它最终倒向了人治。儒、法人治方略在人性前提、哲学依据、理论基础、对象考量等方面的诸多不同,为当代治国提供了众多启示。     

所罗门的德性论经济伦理思想评议

罗伯特·C·所罗门成功地建构了德性经济伦理学。他以亚里士多德的德性论看待商业活动，通过提出有关商业美德的理论，使人们能够更加准确地认识到商业活动的真实的应有的面貌：诚实、公平、信任、坚韧等基本的商业美德和友善、荣誉、忠诚、廉耻等企业自身的美德，从而成功地将德性伦理与经济活动相结合。在德性论经济伦理学看来，商业美德有助于普遍向善，能够带来商业利益，使商业交易成为可能，也使商业的运行更有效率、更为成功；但美德有效地作用于商业活动需要具备实践、需要个体改变商业无道德的观念、需要尊重美德的社会环境以及相关的制度安排等条件。德性论的经济伦理能使人们正确地理解商业中的竞争、自我利益、文化差异以及经济伦理中的规范伦理的价值。     

Policies of global English tests: test-takers’ perspectives on the IELTS retake policy

Globalized English proficiency tests such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) are increasingly playing the role of gatekeepers in a globalizing world. Although the use of the IELTS as a ‘policy tool’ for making decisions in the areas of study, work and migration impacts on test-takers' lives and life chances, not much is known about its own policy and policy logic. With the growing call for listening to test-takers' voices, specific policy aspects of the test have recently been scrutinized. This article seeks to contribute to this area by drawing on test-takers' perspectives on the IELTS retake policy and developing an understanding of how policies of global English tests are perceived, interpreted and given new meanings by its key stakeholders. Although the truth-value of the emic views of test-takers may be debated, their experiences and perceptions problematize the reliability claims of the testing agency by locating commercial motives at the center of their policy and thereby raising theoretical, professional and ethical questions.     

从科学技术的发展看道德教育

当前,科学技术以空前的速度发展,它的各种功能也得到极大的发挥。但物质财富丰富了,却出现了道德沦丧、价值观的迷惘。德育就其本质来说,是面向未来的,具有超越的本质,应当成为驾驭经济科技的力量。因而,当我们审视科学技术的社会功能时,要注意并发挥它的正面作用,正视并抑制它的负面影响。这体现了人类对科学技术发展的一种反思,开始思考道德重建的必要性。     

CHARACTER, CIVIC RENEWAL AND SERVICE LEARNING FOR DEMOCRATIC CITIZENSHIP IN HIGHER EDUCATION

ABSTRACT:  This article explores the civic republican conception of citizenship underlying the Labour government's programme of civil renewal and the introduction of education for democratic citizenship. It considers the importance of the cultivation of civic virtue through political participation for such developments and it reviews the research into how service learning linked to character education can lead to the civic virtue of duty or social responsibility.     

行政行为选择的伦理困境及其化解

在公共行政的实践中,学者们往往是从“外控”即法律制度和“内控”即伦理道德这两个维度来研究行政行为选择的伦理困境的化解。然而,为什么在现实中还会存在诸如贪污腐败、玩忽职守等问题呢?正是基于对这些问题的思考,认为有必要在利用这两种方法的同时寻找“非控制”手段。     

梁漱溟的道德人生及其对我国当前道德建设的启示

梁漱溟的道德人生是个体的也是社会的,是文化的也是哲学的,是古典的也是近现代的,具有个体与社会相融生的群己二维主线,哲学致思的文化路径以及阳刚乾动、奋往前行的价值内核等特质。梁漱溟的道德人生启示我们,当前我国的道德建设可从以下三个维度加以思考:道德的实效性及其哲学维度的理论自洽;儒家道德思想与时代精神的结合;个体道德困境自我突破所应具备的道德理性。     

What troubles early childhood educators in New Zealand: a 20-year cross-sectional study of ethical difficulties in early childhood practice

For more than 20 years, the New Zealand early childhood (EC) sector has had guidance about how to deal with situations of ethical difficulty in daily practice through the ECE Code of Ethics. This paper reports on three surveys undertaken at 10-year intervals that sought to understand EC educators’ experiences of such situations, and how they addressed them within their EC settings. An analysis of educators’ stories of ethically troubling situations from the three data-sets traced shifts and similarities in the content reported, and in how educators responded to these challenges over the two-decade period. We situate this analysis alongside changes in the New Zealand ECE policy context during the same time frame. We argue that a connection exists between the reported situations and teachers’ responses to them, and changes within the policy and professional context of daily EC practice.
