高校学生评教中存在的伦理问题与对策

我国目前关于学生评教的研究主要集中于科学性和有效性方面,如评教指标体系设计、结果处理方法、评教的背景特征以及影响力等,而对于评教制度和实践中的伦理问题却很少关注。现实中,学生评教在评教功能、指标、主体、方法和结果处理等诸多方面还存在着伦理缺失的现象。高校应遵循以人为本的伦理价值取向,从构建公正的评教制度、保障应有的教学自由、营造民主的评教氛围、追求和谐的评教关系等方面,追寻伦理价值在学生评教中的现实意义。     

论儒家传统荣辱观及其价值导向

儒家思想是中华民族传统道德文化的重要组成部分,儒家传统荣辱观在仁爱、德教、修养、诚信、责任、践履等方面给我们留下了宝贵的精神财富。在构建社会主义核心价值体系的今天,汲取儒家传统荣辱观的精华并将其作为我们的价值导向,对加强社会主义思想道德建设有着积极的现实意义。     

麦金太尔的德性论对我国道德建设的启示

麦金太尔认为现代西方世界出现了深刻的道德危机,而这种道德危机就在于自启蒙运动以来,抛弃了亚里士多德的伦理思想。走出这种困境的出路就在于回到亚里士多德的目的论。而麦金太尔的德性论对于当代中国的道德建设,更是提供了十分有益的启示。     

论康德道德哲学中的“至善”

在《实践理性批判》的辩证论中,康德提出"至善"的概念。"至善"实质是康德解决"德福关系"的核心理念。在现实世界,"德福关系"并非一致;相反,二者之间存在二律背反。为解决"德福关系"的一致,即寻求"至善"的实现,康德引出自由、灵魂不朽、上帝三大"公设",使其道德哲学最终通往宗教神学。     

乐教三论

乐教是教师素质的表现,也是教学追求的目标;是党和人民对教师的殷切希望,也是时代赋予教师的神圣使命。新形势下,人民教师实现乐教必须在三个方面提高认识,即勤奋是乐教的必由之路、明德是乐教的力量之源、精熟是乐教的看家之宝。在提高认识的基础上身体力行,就一定能成为受学生爱戴、让人民满意的教师。     

EPIC: a framework for using video games in ethics education

Ethics education can potentially be supplemented through the use of video games. This article proposes a novel framework (Ethics Practice and Implementation Categorization [EPIC] Framework), which helps educators choose games to be used for ethics education purposes. The EPIC Framework is derived from a number of classic moral development, learning, and ethical decision-making models, including frameworks and theories associated with games and ethics, as well as prior empirical and theoretical research literature. The EPIC Framework consists of seven ethics education goals (e.g., building ethical awareness, practicing reflection, and enhancing character), and 12 strategies associated with ethics education, which are also present in video games (e.g., role-play, modeling, and simulation). Each of the framework’s categories is described in detail, and the limitations of the framework are also discussed.     

Educating for Good Work: From Research to Practice

ABSTRACT

Launched in 1995, the GoodWork Project is a long-term, multi-site effort to understand the nature of good work across the professional landscape and to promote its achievement by relevant groups of students and professionals. In this essay, the authors review the goals and methods of the initial research project and its most salient findings. They describe the GoodWork Toolkit, a versatile instrument that consists of actual dilemmas faced by professionals, along with exercises designed to make the issues salient to those who use the Toolkit. Introduced as well is a system of classification of the dilemmas, in terms of their applicability across the professional landscape; and a review of the range of educational settings in which GoodWork materials have been utilized.     

常识性实践观念——超越亚里士多德和麦金太尔的思路

近年来,随着良品伦理学的强势复兴,亚里士多德和麦金太尔的实践观念在当代道德哲学论域颇受重视且影响广泛。但实际上,他们的实践观念都偏离了人们的常识,从而流于偏狭,其实践价值也要大打折扣。我们需要发展一种常识性的实践观念。属人的良品成于常识性实践,而不是亚里士多德和麦金太尔理解的实践。     

Living,learning, loving: Constructing a new ethics of integration in education

The paper positions education and learning in the context of Gilles Deleuze's ethico-political philosophy oriented to becoming-other amidst experiences and events. Deleuze's unorthodox affective epistemology is inseparable from ethics in terms of real-life consequences at the level of practice. The paper presents the critical and clinical analysis of experiential events as texts comprising a mode of the informal pedagogy in terms of creating new concepts, meanings, and values for experience. The logic of sense foregrounds ethical evaluations of experience with regard to multiple directions we might take in novel situations, which disrupt common sense with problems that do not yet yield answers as univocal and unidirectional solutions. The paper conceptualizes a model of the new ethics of integration as a follow-up to the ethics of care in education informed by the relational self-other dynamics and moral interdependence.     

论教师专业精神的内涵

本文针对目前教师评价中过多注重教师业绩而忽略教师内在精神的问题,提出教师专业精神的概念,认为教师专业精神是体现优秀教师素养的重要方面。尽管专业精神具有内隐特性,本文试图通过构建教师专业精神的三个发展层次,即教师专业认同、教师美德和教师使命,对教师专业精神的内涵作出阐释,旨在理解教师工作的丰富性和挖掘教师发展的内在动因,探索教师在其专业发展生涯中自我完善的可能性和方法。
