红色文化资源是我国的革命精神载体,承载着重要的教育功能。但是,在红色文化资源开发中出现了过度商业化行为:如以经济指标导向的破坏性开发;在旅游业中的红色文化产品的完全商品化;影视网络的娱乐恶搞红色经典等。针对种种现象,文章深刻剖析其根源与危害,进而提出强化红色文化资源的保护意识、加强立法监督、规范从业行为、现代演绎红色经典等适度商业化开发的建议。  相似文献

Abstract

We build on research connecting teaching assignments to teacher effectiveness by examining the characteristics of secondary grades mathematics teachers with more course preparations—both the unique number of courses taught and courses never taught before—and by assessing whether additional course preparations predict teacher value-added. Regarding teacher characteristics, we find a mixed pattern of results. Both better and less well-credentialed teachers have more course preparations. Teachers with higher lagged value-added are assigned to fewer course preparations. Regarding teacher effectiveness, results from teacher fixed-effect models show that additional course preparations are negatively and significantly associated with value-added estimates. Further analyses indicate that teachers’ number of new course preparations fully explain the negative results for total number of course preparations. That is, when teachers have to plan for, learn the content of, and teach a course for the first time, it adversely influences their effectiveness. Our results are slightly smaller than findings from recent teaching assignment studies but take on practical significance given the frequency with which teachers have a new course preparation.  相似文献

Abstract

Introductory Microeconomics as offered by the University of South Africa (Unisa) is a compulsory module for a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Accountancy or a Bachelor of Administration degree. Success or failure in Introductory Microeconomics directly impacts on the number of years students take to complete their degrees, and eventually also on the throughput subsidy to Unisa.

A number of exceptional institutional rules and regulations impact on the teaching of Introductory Microeconomics at Unisa, as an open and distance learning (ODL) institution. Unlike many residential institutions, Unisa does not require Mathematics at school level for registration for Introductory Microeconomics. This article reports on research done at Unisa to determine how student success in Introductory Microeconomics is influenced by variables such as race, home language, whether the students passed mathematics at matriculation level, matriculation exemption1 1. Matriculation (“matric”): In South Africa, the final school exit certificate, which is awarded with or without university exemption (“endorsement”). , gender and the passing of assignments. Although this research confirms previous research that home language and age do impact on student success, it finds that the successful passing of assignments has the greatest impact on student success.  相似文献

The authors examined how the regular use of Monte Carlo Quizzes, learning logs, or non-random quizzes impacted student completion of assigned reading and preparedness for class. A questionnaire was used to gather data on student perceptions and self-reported reading behavior in response to each of the methods over the course of a semester. Results suggested that students in classes that used the learning log method were more motivated to complete readings, felt better able to contribute to class discussions, and were more likely to recommend the assessment method than students in classes that used the other methods.  相似文献

The authors explore how and to what extent students use their textbooks. Data was collected through a survey regarding when reading is primarily done, how the textbook is used for studying, and which specific study strategies the students used. The results indicate that students know it is important to read, know the professor expects them to read, and know it will impact their grade, yet most students still do not read the textbook. The use of fiction and autobiography in social science course work has been shown to enhance students' learning experience. Using the novel PUSH, by Sapphire, we designed a curriculum supplement for the social work course, human behavior and the social environment (HBSE) that encourages students to integrate course content in an innovative way and enables them to apply the material to life-like situations. The HBSE supplement allows students to explore poignant and problematic issues that push them past intrapersonal and interpersonal limits. Classes are infused with energy and the critical consciousness of the students. Final projects are a systematic case study of a chosen character (or characters) in the book and are a testament to student critical thinking and creativity. 马尔科夫过程模型已经广泛地应用于系统可靠性评价中。基于马尔科夫模型系统关键因素分析方法被讨论,重点讨论了状态转移概率和状态可靠性灵敏度分析两种途径。给出系统可靠性差分概念后,提出了通过状态转移概率和状态可靠性增量分析系统可靠性差分的方法,具体分析了各个增量的选择条件。在上述讨论的基础上,给出系统关键因素数据挖掘算法。为了展示和验证算法的可行性和正确性,对乒乓球比赛制胜关进因素进行分析,实验结果表明提出的算法具有正确性和可行性。  相似文献
