溶瘤病毒在肿瘤治疗中的动力学性质研究

文章研究了一个利用溶瘤病毒治疗肿瘤的数学模型的动力学性质,得到此模型最多存在三个平衡点,并分析了每个平衡点的定性性质,所得结论给出了没有感染病毒和感染病毒的肿瘤细胞的数量变化规律,对治疗方案中参数的控制有一定的意义。

类风湿关节炎（Ｒｈｅｕｍａｔｉｏｄ　Ａｒｔｈｒｉｔｉｓ，ＲＡ）是一种原因不明的自身免疫性疾病，致残率高，严重影响病人的生活质量和预期生命，因此一直是世界范围内研究热．近年来由于分子生物学及免疫学的发展，也使风湿病的研究有了很大进展 大量研究表明，细胞因子在ＲＡ免疫反应中起到了重要作用．由此而产生的细胞因子生物治疗不仅为ＲＡ的治疗开辟了新的途径同时也将成为２１世纪的发展趋势．     

Examining environmental learning experiences at an earth education summer camp

Many barriers restrict children’s access to nature resulting in negative consequences, including a lack of opportunities to learn and engage with the natural environment. Fortunately, environmental education programs offer participants an opportunity to counteract these challenges. While the benefits of environmental education as measured by pre-determined outcomes are well documented, research focused on participants’ perceptions and preferences related to their environmental learning experiences continues to be under-represented in the literature. Using a pre-/post-test survey approach, this study aimed to explore how an earth education summer camp, Sunship Earth ^TM, contributed to participants environmental learning experiences. Results suggest that Sunship Earth ^TM provides children with various EL opportunities that help to increase their understanding of some ecological concepts. Results also suggest that this learning experience may have helped to broaden participants’ understanding of environmental issues and actions, as well as enhance feelings of care, interest, and responsibility towards the environment.

生态系统理论侧重于将个体置身于社会和家庭中进行治疗 ,这种治疗方法改变了传统的以个体为主的治疗模式。本文将探测生态系统家庭咨询和治疗建立的基础 ,以及生态系统认识论的典型应用 ,它们对于夫妻家庭咨询和治疗或生态治疗计划都产生深远的影响。     

关于免疫抑制冲击治疗百草枯中毒的安全性和有效性评价系统回顾和荟萃分析（英文）

目的:评估免疫抑制冲击治疗百草枯中毒患者的安全性和有效性.创新点:报告了在百草枯中毒的患者中,使用免疫抑制冲击治疗的效果,确定了其是否会增加患者发生肝炎和肾衰的风险.方法:我们检索了截止于2018年6月,发表在PubMed,EMBASE和Cochrane三个数据库中关于免疫抑制冲击治疗百草枯中毒患者的文献.经过筛选,最终有7篇文献符合纳入标准,总共426位病人,并采用RevMan软件进行数据分析.结论:对纳入的7篇文献进行荟萃分析,发现使用免疫抑制冲击治疗能够有效的降低百草枯中毒患者的死亡率,而且是相对安全的,不会增加患者发生肝炎或者肾衰的发生率.部分文献报道一些患者出现了白细胞减少,但都在停药后1~2周内恢复正常.另外,文献还报道了两例非致死性的脓毒症,这可能是免疫抑制治疗造成的免疫功能低下引起的.     

College in the media: the relationship between repeated exposure and college expectations

Media consumption can influence viewer perceptions and attitudes. Recent research on media’s effect on college students has failed to address gender differences. Using Mere Repeated Exposure Theory (traditionally used in marketing research), this study aims to answer three research questions regarding college media consumption and college perceptions: What types of fictional college media do college students consume? How does college media consumption differ by gender? How does fictional college media consumption relate to perceived college expectations? Results suggest that college students who consume high amounts of fictional college media are more likely to have positive attitudes towards partying and socializing in college. High consumers of college media, however, do not believe that college media influences their college perceptions. Men are more likely to socialize in college and are more aware than women that college media influences their college perceptions. Women are more likely to believe that college is difficult regardless of media consumption.     

Effectiveness of Brief DBT-informed Group Therapy on Psychological Resilience: A Preliminary Naturalistic Study

This naturalistic study was designed to examine the effectiveness of a 4-week skill-based group therapy that focuses on building resilience. The group, informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT; Linehan, 1993, 2015), targets general clients at college counseling centers and emphasizes mindfulness as a coping strategy to stress, cognitive rigidity, emotion dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties. Results indicated that group members showed clinically significant improvement in psychological resilience and general mental health at the conclusion of group therapy. Implications are discussed.     

理情治疗技术的课堂操作

银苓Ⅰ号对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾损害的改善作用

研究中药复方银苓Ⅰ号对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾损害的改善作用。小鼠自由饮用0．2％醋酸铅溶液造模，实验组分别予银苓Ⅰ号和EDTANa2Ca治疗，监测治疗后血液、肝、肾铅含量。并利用透射电镜技术观察肝、肾细胞的超微结构。结果表明：银苓I号可显著降低血铅和肝、肾铅含量，明显减轻肝、肾细胞的超微结构损害。说明中药复方银苓Ⅰ号对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾损害具有改善作用。
