传统汉语语法对英语写作教学的负面影响

怎样教中国学生写好英语作文一直是困扰中国教师的一个问题。针对这一问题,笔者对传统汉语语法给英语写作教学带来的负面影响进行了探讨;并提出在英语写作教学实践中比较英汉两种语言的特点;用新的现代语言学理论系统功能语法的指导写作教学。

汉英根词引申义的对比有三种情况 :一、引申方式相同且引申义重合现象 ;二、引申义可理解甚至相似 ;三、引申义不可理解。一是由于汉英思维一致性造成的 ,二是思维一致性和词义民族性相互制约的结果 ,三才是词义民族性发挥得淋漓尽致的地方     

The school's role in encouraging behaviour for learning outside the classroom that supports learning within. A response to the ‘Every Child Matters’ and Extended Schools initiatives

Extended schools have an important role to play in a society that is undergoing significant change. This article moves beyond the normal ‘extended schools are a good thing’ rhetoric. It points out the risks of ‘bolt on’ policy initiatives, especially with regard to ‘pupils at risk’ and argues against the superficial adoption of such policy. In a compelling and often personalised account, Jeff Lewis argues that a positive emphasis must be placed on the opportunities that extended schools can offer, and these considerations are linked with wider discussions about the nature of inclusion.

在FoxBASE的结构描述文件的基础上，提出它可以带有除反映库结构特性参数的4个字段外的附加字段，利用结构描述文件和附加字段修改数据库结构的基本思想方法，给出实例程序及结果。

本文引入Fuzzy—区间分布数及其扩张加法运算,并在此基础上,研究区间拟概率及量和伪度量之间的关系,从而为进一步讨论普通拟概率度量空间提供另一有效方法。     

Black-white IQ discrepancies may be related to differences in hemisphericity

WPPSI and McCarthy Scales subtests were ranked by members of the National Academy of Neuropsychology according to relative reliance on left-cerebral-hemisphere function. Pairs of blacks and whites matched for a variety of demographic variables were administered the WPPSI (132 pairs) and the McCarthy Scales (148 pairs). Difference scores were calculated, in standard score units, for each WPPSI and McCarthy subtest. A pattern of positive correlation occurred between the size of black-white differences and the judged degree of left-hemisphere involvement in the task, suggesting that black-white IQ discrepancies may be partially explained by differences in hemisphericity.
