The Effect of Structural Parameters on The Compression Resilience of Uncut Woven Pile Fabrics

If an uncut woven pile fabric is to be subjected to compressive load in use its compression resilience performance becomes very crucial.In order to optimize the extent of recovery in fabric thickness when the applied force is removed,thirteen uncut woven pile fabric samples were woven and tested on KES-G5 Hand Type Compression Tester (small compress Hammer).The results show that the above parameters influence compression resilience property of the uncut woven pile fabrics,and the structural factors have a more pronounced effect as compared to effect of fibre and yarn type.

基于VB基础上的织物CAD软件开发

针对织物设计时工作量大、周期长的问题,利用VB程序编制了织物组织的计算机辅助设计软件．利用该软件不仅可以快速地绘制织物的基本组织,还可以通过改变经纱或纬纱的排列顺序来形成各种不同的变化组织,并能够准确、快速地绘出织物的上机图．采用该软件可减少设计人员的工作量,缩短产品设计周期．     

Prediction of Buckling of Plain Knitted Fabric Sheets Subjected to Simple Shear in Wale Direction

Knitted fabric is very different from woven fabric due to its more complicated knitting structures. The buckling of knitted fabric sheets subjected to simple shear in the wale direction is investigated analytically in consideration of the large deformation of fabric sheet in critical configuration. The theory on instability of finite deformation is applied to the analysis. All the stress boundary conditions of knitted fabric sheet are satisfied. An equation to determine the buckling direction angle is derived. It is shown that there are two possible buckling modes, flexural mode and barreling mode. The buckling condition equations for the flexural mode and barreling mode are also obtained respectively. Numerical illustrations reveal that only the flexural mode can actually occur and the barreling mode cannot, which agrees with the experimental observations. For a permitted buckling mode on margin boundaries, the critical value of shear amount and the buckling direction angle can be determined.

受沿经向简单剪切的织物屈曲分析

分析了织物受沿经向简单剪切时的屈曲 ,得到确定织物屈曲方向 (屈曲波的方向 )的方程 ,该方程表明织物屈曲方向与临界剪切值有关 .还证明了织物受沿经向简单剪切时会发生离面屈曲 ,并且只存在一种屈曲模态——弯曲屈曲模态 ,得到了该屈曲模态的屈曲条件及屈曲条件曲线 .     

基于约束神经网络的三维织物模拟算法

针对在进行复杂织物建模过程中,会遇到织物组织无序移动,造成建模效果不好等问题,提出了基于约束神经网络的三维织物运动建模方法。通过分析织物运作中特征点运动的对应关系,构造了一个可用于对织物形变进行准确估计的约束神经网络,添加可以对三维织物运动参数进行控制的约束关系,完成复杂无序运动下的三维织物计算机模拟。实验结果表明,本文的方法能够较好地模拟三维织物,取得了较好的效果。
