我国青年编辑组织承诺研究

组织承诺是组织行为的一个重要领域。青年编辑的组织承诺就是青年编辑愿意为单位付出心力,并希望留在单位服务的意念。我国青年编辑组织承诺结构模型的维度主要包括：感情承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺、机会承诺和理想承诺5个维度。青年编辑应当通过做好职业规划、发挥个人优势、提高职业素养与研究能力等来提高组织承诺。     

学习满意度评价指标体系的建立与灰色综合评价

采用调查统计法,参照教育部组织的高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估指标体系,建立了高职学生学习满意度评价指标体系并以宁波职业技术学院为例探讨了运用灰色系统理论进行测评的方法。     

论大学教师专业发展的途径

大学教师的专业化发展是高校教师资源开发和学科建设的核心内容,它在保障和提升大学教育质量方面发挥了重要作用。各国大学教师专业发展的内容、程度和实现途径虽不尽相同,但也存在诸多相通之处。本文主要从学术研究、学位课程学习、教学实践和国际教育交流四个方面,论析当今大学教师专业发展的途径及其作用。     

浅谈高校青年教师师德建设

高校青年教师是教师队伍中的一支生力军。加强青年教师师德建设，提高他们的师德修养，显得尤为重要。青年教师队伍其整体和主流是好的，但在师德建设中目前仍存在一些问题。要采取有力措施，加强师德教育，重视师德修养，加强师德培训，完善师德规范，不断提高青年教师的师德水平。     

Establishing a Center to Support Faculty Research

This article describes the establishment in fall 2002 of a School of Education Research Center designed to support faculty in increasing productivity and quality in research. Details are provided about center goals, services, staffing, space, resources, and logistics during the first year of operation. In addition, data are shared about faculty usage of the Center, the level of faculty satisfaction with center services in the first year, and initial increases in faculty productivity. The article concludes with plans for continued data collection to monitor the impact of the Center, a discussion of lessons learned at this point in the Center's development, and possibilities for the evolution of the Center. All authors are at the University of Colorado, Denver. Laura Goodwin, Ph.D., University of Colorado at Boulder, is Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs and continues to serve as a Faculty Research Associate. Elizabeth Kozleski, Ed.D., University of Northern Colorado, is the Associate Dean for Research in the School of Education. Lynn Rhodes, Ed.D., Indiana University, is the Dean of the School of Education. Rodney Muth, Ph.D., Claremont Graduate School, is a professor of Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies in the school and chaired the Research Center Advisory Board. Kim Kennedy White, M.A., University of Oregon, was the original School of Education Research Center Coordinator and was responsible for collecting most of the data included in this study.     

高水平综合型大学教师资源的柔性管理对策探讨

高校教师是文化素质高、独立性较强的教师群体,因此研究高校教师资源的柔性管理有着重要的理论与应用价值.通过分析综合型大学教师资源的特性,探讨了柔性管理的内涵与特征,论证了高水平大学运用柔性管理理念管理教师资源的可行性与必要性,并针对国内高校管理的问题与现状提出了我国建立高水平、综合型大学的高校教师资源柔性化管理对策.     

Reflectors as online extraverts?

Increasingly, online learning is perceived as an effective method of instruction. Much recent educational research has focused on examining the purposes and situations for which online education is best suited. In this paper, students enrolled in two online courses are compared with their peers enrolled in equivalent classroom‐based courses to investigate aspects of the relationship between learning style and mode of delivery. Student satisfaction measures are taken from participants in both modes of delivery and compared with student learning style. Feedback from the ‘Reflector’ learning style demonstrates higher satisfaction levels with the online mode of delivery compared with their matched counterparts following equivalent classroom‐based courses. Therefore, whilst ‘Reflectors’ might be regarded as Introverts in the traditional classroom setting, the additional time for reflection offered by online delivery makes this group more likely to contribute to online discussion, report higher satisfaction levels and generally behave more like online Extraverts.     

新时期我国中学教育改革及教师队伍建设

以素质教育为核心的教育体制改革,是我国中学教育改革的战略重点。但在从传统的应试教育向素质教育转变的过程中,我们的教师队伍却面临着极大的挑战。如何正视教师队伍中存在的问题,建设一支适应新时代要求的、高素质的教师队伍,是实现这一改革的关键环节。本文从素质教育对教师队伍的要求、我国中学教学教师队伍存在的问题以及解决这些问题的思路三个方面阐述了笔者对这一问题的思考。     

A very English revolution: the impacts of co-residence at the University of Oxford

ABSTRACT

This paper examines the impacts of co-residence (admitting women to men’s colleges and men to women’s colleges) at the University of Oxford beginning in the 1970s. Co-residence increased the representation of women undergraduates at Oxford to near parity with men; the representation of women in academic positions rose but not as substantially as that of women undergraduates and postgraduates and today women comprise still only a third of academics in the colleges of the university; the fellowships of the former female colleges became genuinely mixed, the fellowships of the former male colleges more slowly; women are less likely to be appointed head of a former men’s college than are men to be appointed head of a former women’s college; the quality of Oxford undergraduates rose with the increased number of female undergraduates; and the quality of undergraduates in the former male colleges rose at the expense of the female colleges.
