通过对《孟子·梁惠王》篇章中记载的衅钟祭品的选择来展开讨论,"不忍"之心的萌发需要触"景"生情,也就是亲眼见到觳觫的牛而产生恻隐之心而不忍杀之,齐宣王"以羊易牛"从而解决这一问题。"不忍"之心进而扩充成为恻隐、羞恶、辞让、是非的"四心",成为实行"仁政"的理论依据。为了涵养本心孟子还提出了"求放心"来保存本然的"善端"。

探讨姓氏及其蕴含的文化内涵是社会历史研究的重要内容。发家于西晋时的武威阴氏,凭借武力知名于天下,五胡十六国时期更是频频亮相于政治文化舞台,在当时社会上具有重要影响。通过追溯武威阴氏渊源,考证其历史人物及作为,总结其家族特征和社会影响,考述了两晋南北朝以及汉唐时期的武威阴氏。     

Not just another evaluation: a comparative study of four educational quality projects at Swedish universities

In this study, four recent self-initiated educational quality projects at Swedish universities are compared and analyzed. The article focuses on how the universities have handled the tension between external demands and internal norms. The aim is to contribute to an improved understanding of quality management in contemporary universities. On the one hand, the projects are found to be built on similar rationales associated with accountability, reputation building and strategic management. This is interpreted as a response to the shared external policy context. They are also found to mirror similar ambitions regarding raising the status of education. On the other hand, the projects are found to differ considerably in their actual design, methodology, implementation, stakeholders and outcomes. This is interpreted as an active adaptation to the unique internal academic norms and cultures that exist in each university.     

Neoliberalism,education and the integration of ICT in schools. A critical reading

This article explores a contemporary perspective of education that aims to radically re-construct schools through the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT). Through the analysis of key texts produced by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, leading ICT industries, and international educational researchers, the article looks at the apparently neutral and desirable regime of truth surrounding education, where concrete problems are created and certain solutions provided. The findings discuss how the integration of ICT in schools is embedded in a perspective of education based on: new modalities of soft government, the centrality of a self-regulated and entrepreneur learner, and the representation of schools as flexible, autonomous and non-hierarchical environments organised around non-standardised modalities of public ‘accountability’.

我国农村土地制度改革的新变化

随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和利率市场化改革的稳步推进,金融宏观调控从偏重运用数量型工具向更多运用价格型工具转变。借助货币政策规则理论和计量经济方法,对现阶段我国货币政策框架由数量型调控向价格型调控转变的可行性及路径做一系统分析。得出:价格型货币政策工具的调控绩效总体上要优于数量性货币政策工具;实现数量型调控向价格型调控转变,应进一步增强货币政策独立性和透明度,加快金融市场发展,推进利率市场化及人民币汇率生成机制改革。
