创新人才培养与家庭教育

良好的家庭教育既是造就创新人才的必要条件,也是培养创新人才的重要保证。家庭教育要能够促进创新人才培养,必须树立创新观念,营造创新氛围;培养创新意识,激发创新热情;丰富教育内容,创新教育方法;训练创新思维,提高创新能力;磨砺创新意志,养成创新品质。     

建立非缴费性的老年津贴--农村养老保障的一个选择性方案

目前,中国大多数农民收入低且没有固定的收入来源,加之政府和集体缴费主体的缺位,造成农村社会养老保险发展缓慢甚至出现倒退。农村社会养老保险的实践已证明,在农村开展养老保险还不具备条件。本文提出的建议是,从社会保险退回社会救助,以非缴费性的老年津贴方案代替现行的以缴费为资格的养老保险制度。     

“四在农家”创建活动对乡村体育文化发展的影响研究

在"四在农家"建设过程中,如何促进乡村体育文化的发展,是对新农村体育文化建设的新课题。我们在对新农村进行物质文明和精神文明建设的同时,还要注重农村体育建设给予经济上的投入,改善农村体育活动的环境,丰富体育活动的内容;加强农村社区体育的组织建设,挖掘整理当地的体育特色文化项目,丰富农村农民的体育文化生活,满足农村农民物质文明和精神文明建设发展的需要。     

河南省城市家庭体育消费发展对策研究

文章主要运用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对河南省城市家庭的体育消费状况进行分析,发现尚存在一些问题,并根据存在的问题,提出要加大对体育功能的宣传力度,促进市民树立更有深意的体育消费动机;引导市民进行参与型体育消费;广泛开展多种形式的体育比赛,提高全民健身活动的影响力;提供不同档次的体育服务,开拓河南省体育市场。     

明星基金暂停申购是否加剧了溢出效应?——对我国开放式基金家族的实证研究

本文深入研究我国基金家族打造明星基金及暂停申购明星基金的行为与动机.将2005年一季度至2009年二季度共18期所有开放式股票型及偏股型基金的前期业绩进行相对及绝对排序,分别构建所有基金与大家族基金组合并持有,对比研究发现,大家族内部相对排序前期业绩好的基金具有业绩持续性,且内部业绩差距要大于外部.这说明大基金家族通过基金业绩持续性打造明星基金.采用固定效应的面板数据进一步实证发现暂停申购明星基金会给基金家族以及家族旗下其他基金带来更多的净现金流入,从而加剧了溢出效应.     

Disrespecting teacher: The decline in social standing of teachers in Cape Town,South Africa

This paper examines the declining levels of respect for teachers in two communities in Cape Town, South Africa. Education has been identified as a key area of reform and redress, but a critical skills shortage and under-resourced schools are hindering progress. Data from current and former teachers illustrate how the social and institutional capital of education is being replaced by a focus on economic capital, undermining the prestige of teaching as a career. These problems reflect trends elsewhere in the world and require action to prevent further shortages in education.     

Early childhood intervention: possibilities and prospects for professionals, families and children

In March 2005, Barry Carpenter, OBE, Chief Executive and Director of Research at Sunfield, an education and residential care centre for children with severe and complex learning needs, gave his inaugural professional lecture at University College Worcester. This article is based on that lecture. In it, Barry Carpenter reviews international trends in early childhood intervention and relates these to changing patterns of childhood disability, family needs, practitioner-led service development and Government policy initiatives. He describes a political climate in the UK which is ripe for the development of a nationally cohesive programme of early childhood intervention and proposes a number of key factors hat are crucial to the consolidation of the plethora of initiatives that have taken place in the UK in recent years. These include: early interventions that are delivered from the point of diagnosis; practice that is transdisciplinary; and high quality training for professionals. At the heart of this process, however, must be the voice of the family - guiding, informing, sharing, engaging. The key to successful early childhood intervention, Barry Carpenter argues, is responsivity - to society, to its families, but most of all to its children.     

我国家庭体育及其研究进展

综合论述从家庭体育的内涵、家庭体育的功能及家庭体育的现状等方面研究我国有关家庭体育已有的成果,认为我国家庭体育研究存在界定范围不明确、未能紧跟时代发展、忽略经济欠发达地区等问题,预测家庭体育的发展趋势,并根据分析提出相应的建议.     

乌鲁木齐市经营性体育健身场馆消费群体现状的调查研究

体育消费作为体育产业中的重要内容,对体育事业的发展具有特殊的作用。从目前的研究现状来看,针对乌鲁木齐市家庭体育消费的研究很少。对新疆维吾尔自治区来说,乌鲁木齐作为首府其城市居民的具体消费水平和结构对整个自治区具有直接的影响作用。本论文将乌鲁木齐市汉族和维吾尔族家庭作为研究对象,目的是通过研究结果找出其中存在的问题和原因,并提出相应的意见和建议,以期为新疆体育职能部门制定相关的适合少数民族地区发展的政策,为促进乌鲁木齐市的体育消费市场向着健康有序的方向发展提供有益的参考。
