本文主要从女性主义心理学的角度重新解读了《献给爱米丽的一朵玫瑰花》,分析了爱米丽之所以具有困惑性与悲剧性意义的原因,试图补充一种以往被践踏、被压抑和被忽视了的不同的声音——女性的声音,让人们可以从女性心理和思维出发,学会构建自我,更加关注女性的心理健康与人类的心灵家园。

论美的艺术

艺术何以会是美的,这是美学史上讨论了两千多年的问题,但以往的回答都是由于缺乏辩证的眼光而陷于片面,因而不能真正揭示问题的实质。从本体论、认识论、价值论统一的理论看,人们以科学的观点和标准来衡量和评判艺术造成许多认识的误区。因此,必须重新阐发美的艺术在人的生存活动中的意义。     

对洛克在自然科学基础上构铸的认识论重新定位--对洛克认识论及自然科学基础的研究之一

真正使培根的经验论哲学成为系统的经验论体系,对18世纪法国启蒙学者、唯物论哲学家、企图走中间路线的体谟、康德及现代西方各个经验哲学流派产生影响的杰出哲学家是洛克。国内外学者对洛克哲学与自然科学之间的关系认识是不够的。人们往往认为,洛克的主要贡献和历史影响是在政治理论、经济学和教育学等社会科学方面,许多有关洛克认识论的文章或者完全忽视了二者的关系,或对此仅予以轻描淡写,这样就可能片面理解他的认识论。或者忽视他的认识论中重视理性一面,得出洛克贬低或忽视理性在认识中的作用;或者把他看成二元论者。洛克的哲学贡献不仅是英国革命的产物也是英国自然科学的产物.他对天赋观念的批判使经验论的基础更加稳固、对新科学运动起了有益的促进作用。     

论地方性知识及其局部合理性

经典认识论具有非文化中性、语境无涉和覆盖面过窄的特点。因此,有必要进一步探讨不同文化的地方性知识,扩展认识论的研究领域。首先,在认识论、文化人类学、知识社会学和科学哲学相关研究的基础上,地方性知识概念的内涵可以被概括为:它是文化的一个组成部分,具有社会-文化语境相关性和本土文化空间内嵌性等特点,以及评述和适应环境的功能。其次,从描述性辩护和规范性辩护两条途径为地方性知识的局部合理性辩护,进而表明对于它在其中产生的文化社群及其语境而言,地方性知识是能够被社群接受、满足需求、适应环境的恰当手段,而没有任何出于他文化的理由可以拒绝这种局部合理性。最后,我们提出一个面向地方性知识的跨学科研究领域:地方化认识论。     

Experiential learning in doctoral training programmes: fostering personal epistemology through collaboration

There has been increasing recognition for the need to reform doctoral training practices to foster students’ personal epistemology. This study describes the design and evaluation of a learning experience designed to help students understand the scholarly publication process. Firstly, this study discusses the design of the learning experience, describing the collaborative process of writing an interdisciplinary publication using both online and face-to-face learning. Secondly, this study evaluates the effectiveness of the learning experience by examining students’ reflections. We show that participation in the learning experience helped students to develop their academic writing proficiency, collaboration and teamwork, intercultural competence, and ability to engage in reflective practice. Importantly, we show that each student also created more individualised knowledge, gaining insight into how they and others think. This study, therefore, demonstrates that personal epistemology can be fostered through collaboration in a doctoral writing group context.

20世纪的教育发生了巨大的变化，其中最根本的变化是认识论的更新，表现为：唯理性认识论向经验认识论和建构认识论的转化；整体认识论向个体认识论的转化；接受认识论向创造认识论的转化。这些变革对教育的其他变革是基础性的根本性的，促进了相应的学生观、教育观和教育实践的改进。     

Does gender matter in computer ethics?

Computer ethics is a relatively young discipline,hence it needs time both for reflection and forexploring alternative ethical standpoints in buildingup its own theoretical framework. Feminist ethics isoffered as one such alternative particularly to informissues of equality and power. We argue that feministethics is not narrowly confined to women's issues but is an approach with wider egalitarianapplications. The rise of feminist ethics in relationto feminist theory in general is described and withinthat the work of Gilligan and others on an ethic of care. We argue for the need to connect theory toempirical evidence. Empirical studies of gender andbusiness and computer ethics are reviewed. We noteconcerns with surveying a student audience, the issueof how far questionnaires and interviews can get tothe heart of ethical beliefs and problems ofperforming statistical analyses of quantitative data.Although we recognize them, our own small surveycannot avoid all these problems. Nevertheless byrefining our scenarios we are able to offer analternative reading of a hacking problem in terms ofan ethic of care thereby pointing a way forward forfuture research in computer ethics inspired byfeminist theory.
