广西中职德育教育的研究与实践

随着社会结构的变化,现阶段企业对专业型和综合素质强的人才需求越来越大。中职是一个专门培养专业型人才的地方,而中职中的班主任则担负着对学生进行德育教育、帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,使得学生能够成为综合素质强的实用性人才的重任。下面笔者结合自己多年的中职班主任的管理经验,分析了在中职德育教育中班主任的重要性,并给出了班主任在中职德育教育工作中的有效途径和措施。     

石盘汉墓画像石断代分析

石盘汉墓彩绘画像石的发现,改变了晋陕两地画像石艺术形式的传统观念,再次拓展了对中国汉代画像石艺术全貌的认识。对该墓葬较为确切的纪年判断,关系到对该地区画像石风格特征、演变规律的研究,也关系到汉代彩绘画像石在中国古代美术发展过程中的位置等问题的研究。石盘墓的断代,其发掘报告中说得较为宽泛,＂约在东汉桓帝、灵帝之间＂。运用图像语言比较的方式进行分析,该墓画像石的图像结构与造型特征,均与桓帝和平元年画像石相去甚远,而与灵帝建宁四年、熹平四年时相近。因此,石盘墓的完成年代应该就在175年前后的数年之间。     

Factors influencing a secondary school physical education teacher’s role as a pastoral head of year

ABSTRACT

Utilising the occupational socialisation theoretical framework, this United Kingdom based case study explored how a secondary school physical education teacher fulfilled the head of year role and what childhood, university and on-the-job experiences influenced execution of this role. Data were collected from interviews, lesson observations and a self-reflective journal. Inductive data analysis and constant comparison identified that the participant attempted to be an ‘administrative finisher’ and ‘empower’ staff, parents and pupils. These aims were influenced by the de-prioritisation of physical education, a desire to retain control of administrative situations, and the influence of past and present teachers. To overcome the issues that the dual roles of head of year and subject teacher present, it is recommended that a ‘timetabled’ period at the beginning and/or end of the day be utilised for important head of year tasks, and greater formal responsibility is given to the assistant head of year. The findings of this study suggest further research possibilities. Firstly, there is a need to examine the influence of teaching other subjects whilst undertaking the head of year role. Secondly, investigating the impact of childhood and university socialisation upon teachers’ fulfilment of other pastoral and/or leadership roles such as head of department, deputy head or head teacher appears warranted.

Prediction equation for head volume of Japanese young adults

Accurate measurement of head volume is indispensable for precise assessments of body composition determined by hydrostatic weighing without head submersion. The purpose of this study was to establish a prediction equation for head volume measured by the immersion method from multiple regression analysis using head parameters (head circumference, head length, head breadth, neck girth and head thickness) as independent variables. The participants were 106 Japanese young adults (55 males and 51 females) aged 17?–?27 years. Intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) for each head parameter and head volume in males and females were very high (ICC = 0.993?–?0.999, 0.992?–?0.998). Head circumference was closely related to head volume measured by the immersion method (r = 0.719, 0.861, P <?0.05), and was the most important parameter for the prediction equation in both sexes. Head breadth was related poorly (r = 0.475, 0.500, P <?0.05) and showed a small individual difference. It was, therefore, excluded from the independent variables. The prediction equation for males was predicted head volume = 122.10X ₁ + 106.19X ₃ + 37.16X ₄ - 89.46X ₅ - 4754.93, R = 0.909, SEE = 121.75?ml, and that for females was predicted head volume = 213.83X ₁ + 45.24X ₃ + 36.85X ₄ - 74.34X ₅ - 8912.43, R = 0.913, SEE = 136.26?ml (where X ₁ = head circumference, X ₃ = head length, X ₄ = neck girth, X ₅ = head thickness, and SEE = standard error of the estimate). The limits of agreement for predicted and measured head volume were –?234.5 to 234.1?ml for males, and ??261.0 to 261.0?ml for females. In cross-validation groups of both sexes, there were no significant differences between measured head volume and predicted head volume. The correlation coefficients between measured head volume and predicted head volume in males and females were 0.894 and 0.908, respectively. The predicted head volume from prediction equations was considered to have high reliability and validity.
