利用多种教育资源 创设优秀班级文化

创建优秀班级文化,要强化班主任的自身素质,根据学生特点开展多种教育活动,还要综合学校、家庭、社会的力量共同进行。     

基于和谐视角探讨高职院校学生管理模式

构建和谐高校对构建社会主义和谐社会具有至关重要的作用。高职类学生与普通院校的学生在管理上既有相似性又有自己的特性。因此,积极探索高职院校学生的管理模式日益引起我们的重视。我在多年的工作实践中总结了一套由“专业辅导员-综合导师-学生代理班主任”组成的全方位管理模式,该套模式既有利于加强学生的日常管理,也有利于学生自身的全面发展。建立专业辅导员、综合导师、学生代理班主任的和谐关系,也有利于实现和谐高校的全面构建。     

夜郎“套头葬”式的彝文献考释

贵州省赫章县可乐考古发掘出土的夜郎时期的独特文物,曾经轰动考古学界和民族学界,其用铜鼓套头的特殊葬式,无论是葬式还是其族属问题,至今仍然是学界争论不休的一个巨大谜团.本文从彝族古代文献中关于葬式的有关记录来作一个考释,认为这是彝族古代酋长兼布摩的彝人首领的一种葬式.     

‘They call me headmaster’: Malawian and Australian women leaders

This article explores commonalities in the lives and work of women head teachers in Malawian secondary schools and women principals in Australian Lutheran schools. In both Australia and Malawi women are under-represented in school leadership and often appointed to complex schools and communities. We commence with a brief discussion of Malawi and Australia’s political and educational histories which have much in common, before outlining current selection policies for school leadership. The second part of the article explores women leaders’ initial and ongoing challenges in relation to their school systems, daily work and domestic lives. The final section focuses on their perspectives of current strategies to address women’s under-representation as leaders in their respective school systems. Notwithstanding the stark contrast in socio-economic contexts, we highlight enduring transnational inequalities in women leaders’ lives and work in Malawian secondary and Australian Lutheran schools.     

Turning heads: The impact of political reform on the professional role,identity and recruitment of head teachers in Wales

This article considers the professional work, identity and recruitment of head teachers (HTs) in Wales. Drawing on the sociology of professions, the article illustrates how intensive educational policy reform post‐2011 has restricted HTs’ professional agency and re‐orientated the head teacher role towards organisational professionalism. Drawing on semi‐structured interviews (n=30) with both head and deputy head teachers, the article argues that issues with the recruitment and retention of HTs in Wales can, in part, be explained by the promotion of managerial and technicist approaches to professional practice. This role reconfiguration is the result of myriad and, at times, overlapping accountability mechanisms. The article illustrates how these changes to HT professional roles and identity are more intense within a small education system where HTs had, traditionally, enjoyed an elite professional status. To ameliorate these issues, the article proposes policy initiatives which the Welsh Government could introduce to foster the agency of HTs within a revised professional framework for educational leadership in Wales.     

班主任专业化发展的路径选择

班主任专业化是班主任应该具备一定的专业道德和理念、专业知识、专业能力以及自我专业发展的意识和能力,成为具有专业知识、专业技能、专业道德的专业工作者.班主任专业化是个复杂的发展过程,需要多方面因素的综合促进.既要求班主任自身积极从事科研,也需要社会和学校做出相应的努力.在班主任专业化发展中,体制建设是前提,职前培养与职后培训是保障,自我发展是核心,班主任成长是根本.     

曹著高续《红楼梦》的铁证——贾雨村续娶娇杏时的初仕背景异叙引发的思考

曹著高续《红楼梦》是新红学派的一大功绩,近年多遭异议。贾雨村初仕时续娶娇杏事件叙述的前后不一为书中自证。他首次被革职前经历的两种说法均不合曹公原意。其实情是：贾雨村中进士后先当一任知县而后擢升知府,赴任途中巧遇娇杏续娶为妾,不到一年被革职于知府任上,前后任官凡5年。高鹗续写雨村作知县时便娶娇杏是错断。历代步其后尘者甚众,以讹传讹,积重难返．此宗牵涉到贾府及诸多人物、事件的发展空间无法链接,甚至被误解为曹公未及审改的舛错或败笔,由此可知高鹗暨后学辈与曹雪芹之间的巨大差距。这种前后不榫合恰恰铸成了曾著高续《红楼梦》难以销匿的铁证。     

风雨同行任重道远——关于技师学院班主任工作的一些心得体会

技师学院是一种类型比较特殊的学校,它是在技工学校的基础上发展起来的,它的办学性质和办学模式既不同于普通高校,又不同于高职院校,以技能教育为主。这给我们技师学院的班主任工作带来了一定的难度。本文结合自己从事班主任工作的经验,分别从学生的思想、意识和行为三方面入手．阐述了班主任工作的一些方法。班主任作为学生求学道路上的同行者,应不断改进方法,完善管理机制．为技师学院的德育工作贡献自己的力量。     

浅析我国中小学班主任工作的独立性发展

班主任是中小学生全面发展的中坚力量,对学生品行、生活与学习的全面发展至关重要。然而,当前我国中小学班主任工作仍存在严重的不足。本文从班主任专业发展的时代需求入手,反思中小学班主任的角色内涵,提出中小学班主任工作的独立性发展模式。
