Reading and rereading 'Shrek'

This article presents the findings of a small-scale research project which aimed to enable young people to reflect on their childhood responses to the popular films, 'Shrek' and 'Shrek 2'. During the project the participants develop new readings of the films in the light of their own recent experiences both of life and of other texts. The research draws on reader response theories to describe the complex readings of the films made by two young women from Rotherham. These readings include an engagement with an element of the films' narrative structure, the relationship dilemma between the main characters. There was also clearly recollection of enjoyment of the animation style, the humour and the fairytale intertextuality of the film. However, the strongest response was based on more recent experiences and involved considerable empathy with the characters. This has important implications for both educational research and classroom practice. This paper argues for an increased recognition of the significance of children and young people's engagements with popular children's films as integral to their development as readers and creators of narrative texts.

中国本土类型片的形成——以灾难（战争）片为例

本文以具有中国本土化特征的灾难（战争）片为例,论述中国电影的类型化进程。以新世纪十年以来中国电影的高速发展和类型特征日渐明显为背景,在传统的将中国电影划分为主旋律片、商业片、艺术片的＂三分法＂的基础上,努力探索一种能概括新时期中国电影已经出现或将要出现的新的类型特征的电影类型划分体系。

二向色比是测定分子取向的关键参量,本文利用电磁波理论推导了Langmuir-Blodgett膜中分子在随机取向模式、单轴取向模式和双轴取向模式等情况下偏振吸收二向色比与分子轴取向角之间的关系。

Amazons,Vampires and Daredevils: Athletic Women in Silent Films

The first two decades of the twentieth century are considered a golden age for sport, but these years were also a time when female daredevils, lady swashbucklers and athletic heroines were surprisingly common. Although they are virtually forgotten today, muscular women stars were a worldwide phenomenon. The first of these female daredevils was Pearl White who put her athletic abilities on display in weekly serials where she continually rescued herself from improbable scrapes by using her own strength and wits. Other intrepid females in Europe soon showed off their own brand of cliffhanging: Frenchwomen Musidora and Josette Andriot, the Danish daredevil Emilie Sannom and the ‘mastodontic’ Italian Astrea all demonstrated their muscular and thespian skills in popular cinematic entertainments during the silent era. These mighty ladies helped to expand the vocabulary of what it meant to be strong and sporty and feminine at the same time. Unfortunately, this enjoyment of female strength and independence all came to an end when sound came to the movies in 1929. By the early 1930s, the era of athletic female stars had come to an end and a more traditional form of femininity caused the disappearance of these forgotten Amazons of the silent screen.     

薄膜收卷张力控制动力学分析

在薄膜收卷机中张力控制的难点在于张力和薄膜的线速度要保持在一个恒定的值,薄膜速度的变化会导致薄膜表面化学物质分布不均匀,不同的张力也会使薄膜产生折皱、断面不齐,这会直接影响整个生产线的生产。本文分析了薄膜张力产生的原因并对收卷时薄膜所受的张力进行动力学分析,得出收卷薄膜张力与薄膜运动速度及卷径的关系,最后提出一套保持薄膜所受张力恒定的张力系统补偿策略。

利用Thomson Data Analyzer及专利信息服务平台等工具,从专利年度申请趋势、专利法律状态、专利申请来源地、专利技术-功效分析等方面,对我国CIGS薄膜太阳电池专利技术的现状、竞争格局和发展趋势进行了分析,揭示了我国在CIGS薄膜太阳电池技术领域中面临的知识产权风险。     

视觉再现的理论与文本

对视觉再现符号的理论与实践进行了开拓性的探索,在对再现理论的源流的梳理中,提出从符号学角度将再现观念与西方当代哲学和美学理论中的＂凝视＂相联系,从文本与语境角度分析其理论意义与价值。符号机制则是切入的特有角度,从电影符号与绘画角度来看,这一机制的形成具有意义阐释的特性。文章结合以伦勃朗绘画为题材的电影符号表达分析了符号机制的形态,展示了文本特性。
