以白骨壤果实(即榄钱果)为主要原料,加工成甜酥榄钱果和五香榄钱果.结合感观评定指标,从配料、油炸温度、油炸时间等方面进行正交试验,确定甜酥榄和五香榄钱果二种最佳工艺方案,同时进行理化指标检测.结果表明,加工后的甜酥榄和五香榄二种钱果的粗脂肪质量分数分别为0.725%和136%、可溶性总糖质量分数分别为65.27%和51.40%、过氧化值分别为0.072%和0.051%,加工后的甜酥榄钱果和五香榄钱果食品粗脂肪含量、可溶性总糖含量都增加,过氧化值均未超过标准值0.25 g/100 g.  相似文献

基于大面积柔性阵列压力传感器,采用分层设计、内销连接结构,研制了可移动式数字跑道及其系统软件.通过实时采集足底压力分布和三维测力平台信息,实现了人体运动的运动学和动力学信息同步获取与实时反馈的研究设想.系统具有多机同步驱动接口,能够与高速影像、表面肌电等设备同步运行并集成分析.经实际测试与应用表明,系统性能稳定.数据测试精确算法合理,评价体系建立合理有效.  相似文献

 有关消费者创新性与新产品采用行为的关系研究发现两者的结论并不一致,但这种不一致关系背后的原因探讨和每种关系存在的条件研究却明显不足。文章试图在消费者创新性结构的基础上探讨影响两者关系的调节机制。结论表明,只有认知创新性才与新产品的实际采用正向相关,而感知创新性只与新产品的创新性信息搜寻正向相关;创新性消费者的社会沟通与学习、对新产品的风险感知以及新产品的创新性属性对感知创新者和认知创新者的新产品创新性行为具有不同程度的调节作用。上述结论不仅在一定程度上弥补了以往研究的不足,进一步完善了现有的消费者创新性和新产品采用理论,而且还为新产品的营销实践提供新的理论支持。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The restoration of the Roman building of the third-fourth century CE called Minerva Medica, in Rome, highlighted a problem concerning the choice of the color of the bricks for integration. Current conservation practice in Italy favours a restoration that as much as possible is consistent with the original but leaves some visible differences to a careful observer. Color measurement is usually performed using portable spectrocolorimeters that provide the reflectance spectrum and also colorimetric parameters such as L* a* b*, h* L* C*, RGB, etc. In other sectors, such as for olive oils, for wines, and also for the colors of commercial products, sensory panels are used to provide results of difference/similarity and are known to be similar to observations made by consumers. In this study, data from a top quality spectrocolorimeter and from a sensory panel are compared. Twenty non-professional people were involved in the comparison between seven restoration bricks and three ancient Roman bricks from the studied site. Observations took place in a room with controlled lighting, and each observer filled out a sensory card using about 2000 known comparison colors. Comparison of the results was carried out with graphic methods and by means of cluster analysis. The results show that the sensory panel could be a useful alternative to colorimetry, while cluster analysis allowed a significant response to questions posed by conservation professionals, and was confirmed by other graphic-statistical methods.  相似文献

Sensory integration (SI) therapy is a controversial intervention used in intervention for children with disabilities that is popular in the United States. Little is known about the use of SI therapy for children with disabilities in educational centres in developing nations such as Malaysia. Supervisors and teachers from seven educational intervention centres in city-centre areas in Malaysia were interviewed on their use of SI therapy. Occupational therapists were found to have a major influence on the decision to use SI therapy by the interviewees. It was also found that SI therapy was implemented in a limited manner in these centres and that one of the primary factors that motivated teachers to use SI therapy was the perception that students’ behaviours were associated with sensory stimulation. Implications for evidence-based decision-making in developing countries are discussed.  相似文献

文章对语言中的形容词感觉隐喻现象进行系统的梳理,并从认知角度总结出:1.人们往往通过较为直接的感官感受来理解和描述抽象的事物和经历;2.形容词感觉隐喻存在联觉现象并有一定的规律。对五大感觉中的形容词概念隐喻的分析,探明了人体直接的物理知觉与对抽象事物的体验和理解之间的深层联系,并且进一步证实,人类通过隐喻来认知世界,遵照从简单到复杂的规律进行思维活动。  相似文献

诗词的翻译是一项浩大的工程,不仅要考虑诗词的内容,因为诗词特殊的形式结构,还要考虑到诗词的风格、意境和韵律等方面的因素。苏轼的《江城子》虽短,但却表达了作者丰富的情感世界。从许渊冲、杨宪益和汉学家Burton Watson的译文对比中,三个译者的译本均忠实于原词,都注重对词的音韵风格和意境的翻译,译文具有音韵美和意境美。相比许和杨,Burton Watson更倾向于直译,许和杨更注重词意境的翻译,更能让读者领会到这首词所要表达的悲切和思念。  相似文献

In 2010, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reported a 1600% increase in the number of individuals between the ages of 6 and 22 years with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Knowledge about educational interventions for children with ASD is substantial; however, less is known about the design of supportive classroom environments where they learn. ASD experts believe that the early years in school, namely preschool through 6th grade, are critical in reaching children and establishing a foundation for their life‐long learning and general well‐being. In context of the human ecosystem theory that models the interaction between people and the natural, social and designed environments, this literature review of refereed sources (2000–2012) documented findings about interventions, that is, design criteria (DC) for incorporation into the physical classroom environment used by children with ASD. The majority of the studies was exploratory and presented DC that subsequently were not tested. Due to research method and/or sampling design, efficacy, reliability and validity of findings varied. Limited research (19 articles, 1 conference proceeding) addressing classroom DC leaves designers, teachers and school administrators substantially reliant on anecdotal information in terms of creating optimal learning environments to support inclusion of children with ASD. Additional research is needed to examine this critical design/human behaviour relationship via identification of evidence‐based DC to guide classroom design solutions that support learning by children with ASD.  相似文献
