我国学生体能下降原因及对策研究

采用自编学生体能下降原因的调查问卷,对学生、家长和体育教师进行调查。结果表明,学生体能下降有社会、学校、家庭等诸多方面原因。进行了体能下降原因和体能提高对策的分析探讨,并提出建议,为提高学生体能、增进学生的体质健康水平、更好地为体育教学改革服务,为学生健康服务。     

健美操运动在高职校园文化建设中的作用

健美操运动作为高职体育教学中不可或缺的一部分,把健身、音乐、表演、娱乐,以及社交融于一体,将以自己独特的艺术魅力为高职校园文化建设做出巨大的贡献。     

动感单车对人体心肺功能影响的实验研究

动感单车作为一项流行的健身运动项目,已经成为健身俱乐部的必备项目,深受广大健身者的喜爱。为了研究和探讨动感单车的实际健身效果,以三明市奥力健身俱乐部的20名25-30岁的新进会员为研究对象,对他们进行为期16周,每周3-4次,每次50 min 的动感单车训练。通过哈佛式台阶试验、静息心率测量、肺活量测量,对参与训练者的心肺功能指标进行测量和评价,并用 SPSS15软件对测量结果进行统计和分析,结果显示实验前后练习者的心肺指标都有明显提升,说明动感单车练习对提高心肺功能,发展人体的有氧运动能力有显著的效果。     

Personal Activity Trackers and the Quantified Self

ABSTRACT

Personal activity trackers are an inexpensive and easy way for people to record their physical activity and simple biometric data. As these devices have increased in availability and sophistication, their use in daily life and in medicine has grown. This column will briefly explore what these devices are, what types of data they can track, and how that data can be used. It will also discuss potential problems with trackers and how librarians can help patients and physicians manage and protect activity data. A brief list of currently available activity trackers is also included.     

我国体育公园支持政策的现存问题、域外经验与优化策略

体育公园是实现全民健身绿色发展的新空间、新载体,体育公园建设是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的重要举措。运用文献资料调查法、实地调研法等方法综合分析了我国体育公园现行支持政策执行存在的问题。研究发现,现行支持政策易引导地方盲目扩大建设规模,复合用地建设难以办理相关规划许可手续,现行资助方式易加剧区域不平衡,缺乏体育公园规划指引和建设标准,体育公园用地难以有效保障以及委托运营易导致过度商业化。借鉴日本运动公园创新支持政策的经验,提出扩大中央预算内投资支持范围、适当控制体育公园建设规模;细化复合用地建设体育公园的规划许可手续;优化中央预算内资助方式,引导社会力量积极参与;制定体育公园建设标准,以群众需求为导向设置健身项目,保障体育公园用地供给,鼓励“见缝插针”式增加体育用地;加大政府购买公共体育服务力度、规范体育公园委托运营等政策建议。     

Vision in an Age of Accountability

A case is presented against a data collection system that is intended to provide increased accountability of teachers, professors and the profession. The utilization of some current data collection systems may in fact jeopardize the integrity of the profession's mission and goals. The cause of concern is the use of the easiest form of data collection (e.g., fitness, skills, math, and science scores) rather than evidence viewing the student as a complex organism that would require a more appropriate and complex assessment system (i.e., “life skills” activity participation and social skills rather than a fitness test). I also note that a focus on increased accountability and simplified data collection provides the impetus that research in higher education needs to consider a paradigm shift to be more collaborative and holistic. In presenting these issues, I note that the vision of Delphine Hanna was similar, specifically more collaborative, more holistic, and more humanistic in making scholarly and professional decisions.     

Pupil Cheating: Study of Dishonesty in a School

Health and fitness are important issues for high school administrators, teachers, and students. Obesity is a growing concern for all ages, and it is particularly relevant for adolescents because they are at a stage in which they may be establishing habits that will last a lifetime. It is also a critical problem at this level because there is frequently limited time for physical education in the high schools. High school faculty can have an important impact by serving as role models for students, reinforcing good health habits, integrating movement into their courses, collaborating with parents and professionals, and sharing ideas about community resources and activities with their students.     

Developing primary science through IT-INSET

The purpose of the research study was to find out if the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) could improve the planning, performing and evaluating process within a sequence of six gymnastics lessons, and whether this would then improve the children's technique. The research consisted of a questionnaire given to the 30 children in the class at the end of the six consecutive lessons, an interview with the class teacher prior to the implementation of ICT and again afterwards, and observations. The findings showed that ICT improved the plan, perform and evaluate stages, within gymnastics, and consequently, the children's technique improved.     

对第40届体操世锦赛我国体操队成绩的分析及建议

根据录像统计和资料研究对第40届世界体操锦标赛进行评述,并对世界竞技体操运动的发展态势、男女团体、全能和各单项的比赛成绩进行了比较和分析,旨在为中国体操队备战08年北京奥运会提供参考。     

苏州市老城区居民体育健身认知与行为的调查研究

运用问卷调查、实地考察等研究方法,对江苏省苏州市老城区居民体育健身认知与行为现状进行研究。结果显示：大多数居民对全民健身和体育锻炼具有较高的认识,健身目的具有多种认知特征;体育人口约占37.1%,在年龄层分布上呈现“两头大、中间小”的现象;体育健身的时间和项目具有年龄特征,居民体育健身外部环境良好,但体育消费意识较弱。针对现状提出了建议,以期为制定当地群众体育发展规划提供科学的依据。
