运动因子影响大学生体质状况的统计分析

为了探询大学生体质现状以及运动因子对其的影响.通过实验法,问卷法取得原始数据,采用CROSSTAB统计法对数据进行统计分析.结果表明:巢湖学院大学生体质健康水平总体情况良好.有运动规律、运动频率多于3次/每周、每次运动时间30～60 min、合适的运动项目对大学生体质健康水平有较为积极的影响.     

积极心理学视域下医学生心理健康制约因素及对策研究--以湖南省内医学院为例

我国医学生由于学习任务重、学制长,长期处于超负荷的高压状态。而我国的传统教育模式侧重专业知识教育,忽视心理素质教育,因此医学生的心理健康令人堪忧。本文对湖南省内医学院的医学生心理健康进行问卷调查,分析制约医学生心理健康的因素,并以积极心理学为理论基础探讨其对策。调查发现：湖南省内农村医学生、女生、性格孤僻、单亲家庭以及贫困生心理危机发生率较高,积极心理课程的开设、大学生快乐体验活动的开展、心理教育的加强等措施将对大学生心理健康水平的提升有显著效果。     

An ecological analysis of infant neglect by adolescent mothers

To inform efforts to prevent child neglect, we investigated a wide range of risk factors that have been largely unexamined in relation to infant neglect, the most commonly occurring form of child maltreatment. Using an ecological model of child neglect, we assessed the influence of characteristics at the level of the child, the mother, the family, and broader childrearing contexts on adolescent mothers’ likelihood of being a perpetrator in a substantiated case of neglect against their firstborn infants (n = 383, M = 12 months). Several factors were associated with infant neglect by young mothers: median block income, low infant birth weight, maternal smoking, maternal childhood history of neglect and of positive care, intimate partner violence (IPV) perpetrated by either the mother or her partner, and maternal use of mental health services. In multivariate models, income, a maternal childhood history of positive care, IPV by either a mother or her partner, and mental health service usage made significant contributions to the odds that a mother neglected her infant. Our findings suggest that these factors have particular salience to policymakers’ and practitioners’ efforts to identify high risk families and to intervene during the earliest months of life to prevent child neglect.     

酒店女性管理者职业生涯规划的影响因素分析——以广州市高星级酒店为例

现代女性越来越多投身于个人职业发展中,其职业生涯规划意义重大。国内外有关女性职业发展的研究已有丰富的理论基础,但理论分析较多,实证研究成果相对匮乏。高星级酒店的女性管理者职业生涯规划的影响因素分析具有较为重要的理论意义和实践价值。首先,通过文献研究和问卷调查确定女性职业生涯规划的影响因素,并选取某高星级酒店作为案例,通过深度访谈具体分析各影响因子的具体表现。结果显示：影响酒店女性管理者职业生涯规划的因素主要有社会因素、个人因素、家庭因素和组织因素。社会因素是一种宏观背景;个人因素贯穿女性管理者职业生涯规划的始终,是职业生涯规划的基础;家庭因素对酒店女性管理者婚后和生育后的职业生涯规划产生重要影响,其中家庭责任的影响具有两面性,而来自长辈和丈夫的家庭支持能促进其职业生涯规划的可持续发展;组织因素属于外部客观的影响因素,酒店和谐的工作环境和完善的福利制度,对其职业生涯规划起到积极的推动作用。     

农村职业教育经费投入制约因素分析——以安徽省为例

近年来,安徽省农村职业教育经费总量持续增长,但与普通高等教育仍然差距较大,不能满足实际发展需求.对农村职业教育发展效应的认识不足、制度供给不利、社会资本参与有限等因素是造成这些问题的根本原因.为此,可采取如下政策措施:充分履行政府职能,完善转移支付制度;加大财政投入力度,构建长效支持机制;积极拓宽融资渠道.     

论情感在独立学院英语专业《综合英语》教学中的运用

建立和谐的教与学关系基于积极的情感因素。情感因素与语言教学是一种双边的互动的关系。独立学院是我国高等教育体系中不可缺少的一个组成部分。通过对独立学院英语专业新生进行问卷调查并分析所回收的问卷调查,文章论述情感因素在英语专业新生《综合英语》教学中的运用。

恩格斯的"历史合力论"作为唯物史观的重要组成部分,不仅具有丰富的理论内涵,而且在实践方面,对于社会主义革命运动的开展和社会主义建设的推进有着积极的指导意义。"历史合力论"强调经济因素的决定性,又不忽视经济因素与其他诸多要素的多元互动的观点表明:当前,我国在社会主义初级阶段推进生态文明建设,现代化的工业文明是生态文明建设的基本物质前提,经济建设仍是重中之重,同时经济因素之外的其他非经济因素是实现生态文明的重要辅助条件,其中广大人民群众作为历史的创造者是生态文明建设的主体力量,这几方面因素相互协调补充,缺一不可。     

个体、群组、组织间知识转移影响因素的实证研究

基于现有知识管理理论,以个体、群体和组织为中心,提出知识转移的因素模型。通过多家企业的问卷调查,采用结构方程(SEM)的分析方法,对该因素模型进行了验证和修订。揭示了信任、人际关系、激励、决策者态度、知识管理系统、知识吸收能力六因素及其相互间的量化关系,为企业知识管理的实施和改进提供指导。     

Assessing Determinants of Perceived Ease of Use of Institutional Repositories by Lecturers in Nigerian Universities

Abstract

Institutional repositories (IRs) present platform to disseminate research findings to complement the traditional scholarly communication model. The use of IRs is beneficial to authors, host institutions, libraries and society at large. Despite the numerous benefits of IRs, there is low deposit of scholarly works by lecturers and the investment on IRs seems to be a waste. This study examined determinants of perceived ease of use (PEOU) of IRs by lecturers in Nigerian universities. A survey of lecturers received 857 respondents. Awareness, anchor and adjustment factors were found to be determinants of PEOU of Institutional repositories by lecturers in Nigerian Universities.
