比例代表制的技术安排及其政治后果初探

不同选举制度的主要区别在于席位分配方式、选区划分以及选票结构的不同技术安排上。本以比例代表制为具体分析对象,深入探讨各种不同席位分配方式的技术原理及后果,以期对比例代表制的技术安排与政治后果之间的相关性有一初步了解。     

我国情报学研究的历史回顾(Ⅰ)

情报学在我国有半个多世纪的发展历史,并取得了一系列的研究成果。本文首先简要回顾了我国情报学发展的阶段和历程,并应用文献统计方法对学科发展特征及变化进行了分析,而后从理论体系和研究对象两个方面,对国内情报学研究所取得的成果作了系统的总结和评述。     

Validity and reliability of a novel optoelectronic device to measure movement velocity,force and power during the back squat exercise

This study analysed the validity and reliability of a new optoelectronic device (Velowin) for the measurement of vertical displacement and velocity as well as to estimate force and mechanical power. Eleven trained males with Mean (SD) age = 27.4 (4.8) years, completed an incremental squat exercise test with 5 different loads (<30–90% of their 1?repetition maximum) while displacement and vertical velocity of the barbell were simultaneously measured using an integrated 3D system (3D motion capture system + force platform) and Velowin. Substantial to almost perfect correlation (concordance correlation coefficient = 0.75–0.96), root mean square error as coefficient of variation ±90% confidence interval ≤10% and good to excellent intraclass correlation coefficient = 0.84–0.99 were determined for all the variables. Passing and Bablock regression methods revealed no differences for average velocity. However, significant but consistent bias were determined for average or peak force and power while systematic and not proportional bias was found for displacement. In conclusion, Velowin, in holds of some potential advantages over traditionally used accelerometer or linear transducers, represents a valid and reliable alternative to monitor vertical displacement and velocity as well as to estimate average force and mechanical power during the squat exercise.

通过文献资料法、逻辑思维法对体育教学方法分类体系进行分析，并重建了体育教学方法体系：主要包含体育健康知识和运动技术理论教学方法，运动技术教学方法，发展学生身体体能方法，激励与评价“运动参与”方法，发展学生心理方法(包括社会适应能力)五个方面。     

一类高振荡随机哈密顿系统的李代数方法

为一类高振荡随机哈密顿系统提出一种李代数数值方法。对一个具体的高振荡随机哈密顿系统,给出两个基于李代数方法的数值格式,并证明它们近似保辛结构。通过数值实验展示这两种格式的根均方收敛阶,以及它们在数值求解该高振荡随机哈密顿系统中的有效性和优越性。     

How players exploit variability and regularity of game actions in female volleyball teams

Variability analysis has been used to understand how competitive constraints shape different behaviours in team sports. In this study, we analysed and compared variability of tactical performance indices in players within complex I at two different competitive levels in volleyball. We also examined whether variability was influenced by set type and period. Eight matches from the 2012 Olympics competition and from the Portuguese national league in the 2014–2015 season were analysed (1496 rallies). Variability of setting conditions, attack zone, attack tempo and block opposition was assessed using Shannon entropy measures. Magnitude-based inferences were used to analyse the practical significance of compared values of selected variables. Results showed differences between elite and national teams for all variables, which were co-adapted to the competitive constraints of set type and set periods. Elite teams exploited system stability in setting conditions and block opposition, but greater unpredictability in zone and tempo of attack. These findings suggest that uncertainty in attacking actions was a key factor that could only be achieved with greater performance stability in other game actions. Data suggested how coaches could help setters develop the capacity to play at faster tempos, diversifying attack zones, especially at critical moments in competition.     

Development as biopolitics: food security and the contemporary Indian experience

Development is concerned with the biological security and well-being of people, and so all development theory and practice are biopolitical in a fundamental sense. The paper argues that for development to be made meaningful, it needs to legitimate itself through the production of healthy bodies, which can be realized through food security, immunization drives, and housing schemes among others. A postcolonial democratic state like India makes an effort to protect its people from hunger and draws its legitimacy from the same. Yet at the same time, the supposed development of the nation implies a concurrent elision of the weak and the vulnerable. Drawing upon India’s experiment with food security, public distribution systems, and other similar schemes, the paper advances an idea of development that is not only inherently biopolitical, but also a compromise between the commitment to protect people from hunger and the need for working around international agencies. While doing so, the paper borrows from the theoretical vocabulary of Foucault, Agamben, and others to historicize the modernist idea of protecting citizens as well as the reality of deaths from hunger and development-induced displacement.     

An empirical study on the educational effects of a course in Method Engineering for Information systems

Method Engineering (ME)¹facilitates the use of situation-specific methods for information systems development (ISD). We have studied the educational effects of ME by monitoring the process of students experiencing ME. First we describe the course of the Open University of The Netherlands that introduces ME. We then elaborate on the specifics of ME and present results related to the learning process of a population of over 70 students having professional experience in ISD already. In this paper we concentrate on some entry and exit level characteristics of the students and the feasibility and reproducibility of ME in a practical case study done by the students.
