Deconstructing the Deconstruction Theory in Translation Study

Deconstruction is a philosophical or literary theory gradually formed and developed in 1960s.It is viewed as a philosophical trend against structuralism’s logocentrism.Although deconstruction theory brings us a new way of thinking toward translation,there exists some "fragments" of deconstruction theories which have caused an enormous amount of controversy.The author will list these "fragments" as to deconstruct deconstruction theory.

Numerical prediction of statistical masonry wall fragment distribution induced by blast loading

The hazard caused by the fragments of damaged structures is usually significant in acci-dental explosions or hostile blast events.A reliable and efficient method to estimate probable fragment size,velocity and launch distance will be useful to assess and design countermeasures to mitigate the possible fragment hazards.This paper presents a numerical method for predicting the size and launch distance of the fragments caused by explosive damage of masonry wall.Numerical simulations with different scaled distances are carried out,and the statistical distribution functions of the fragment size and launch distance in terms of the scaled distance are derived.     

Analysis of genetic diversity in banana cultivars (Musa cvs.) from the South of Oman using AFLP markers and classification by phylogenetic, hierarchical clustering and principal component analyses

Banana is an important crop grown in Oman and there is a dearth of information on its genetic diversity to assist in crop breeding and improvement programs.This study employed amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) to investigate the genetic variation in local banana cultivars from the southern region of Oman.Using 12 primer combinations,a total of 1094 bands were scored,of which 1012 were polymorphic.Eighty-two unique markers were identified,which revealed the distinct separation of the seven cultiva...     

Association of Estrogen Receptor-α Gene &; Metallothionein-1 Gene Polymorphisms in Type 2 Diabetic Women of Andhra Pradesh

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) is a multifactorial disease where both genetic and environmental factors contribute to its pathogenesis. Estrogen plays an important role in type 2 DM pathogenesis. A number of polymorphisms have been reported in the estrogen receptor (ESR1), including the XbaI and PvuII restriction enzyme polymorphisms of ESR1,which may be involved in disease pathogenesis. Metallothioneins (MT) act as potent antioxidants against various oxidative damages. Very few studies have indicated the association between Estrogen Receptor-α, MT1 gene polymorphisms with type2 DM. A total of 100 type 2 diabetic women and 100 age, sex matched controls were recruited. Using the PCR based RFLP method, the PvuII and XbaI polymorphisms of ESR1 and in MT1A (rs8052394 and rs11076161) gene polymorphisms were analysed. The genotype distribution and frequency of mutated allele showed no significant differences between diabetic and non-diabetic groups in PvuII (χ2 = 2.443; P = 0.1181) or XbaI (χ2 = 1.789; P = 0.1812) and rs8052394 (χ2 = 1.154; P = 0.2840) or rs11076161 (χ2 = 0.4141; P = 0.5199), polymorphisms. This is the first Indian study to conclude that ESR1 and MT1 gene polymorphisms are not associated with increased susceptibility to type 2 diabetes in Indian women.

ORACLE系统结构复杂,性能受多方面因素影响,性能的调整是一项系统工程。文章从ORACLE的系统结构着手,对数据库优化自由结构OFA、数据库系统全局区SGA、规范化与反规范、数据库碎片、回滚段、索引、SQL语句等几方面性能需求给出了优化策略。     

基于碎片化UGC的知识元抽取研究

[目的/意义]在大数据环境下,从海量的碎片化用户生成内容中抽取具有完整语义的知识单元。[方法/过程]文章提出一种基于碎片化UGC的知识元抽取方法,该方法首先借助BTM主题分割方法从UGC中抽取知识要素,而后基于融合TextRank和Glove词向量的K-means方法实现知识要素聚类,最后根据知识要素相关属性和知识要素聚类结果生成对应UGC知识元。[结果/结论]实验结果显示基于碎片化UGC的知识元抽取方法具有一定科学性和有效性。     

我国门户网站体育信息传播中存在的问题及对策

体育信息的传播在互联网中已经得到了广泛的发展,但在当前我国的主要门户网站中体育信息的传播和应用仍旧存在着诸多问题,针对这些问题提出了促进我国门户网站体育信息良性传播的对策:实施差异化战略,树立品牌意识,拓宽体育信息传播内容,增建大众体育数据库,重视对体育信息资源的深度开发、资源重组,以及汇编、检索,提高网络媒体从业人员素质,增强其职业道德和社会责任心,处理好商业化和舆论导向性的关系.     

桔梗皂甙V与去芹糖桔梗甙D的鉴定

目的：通过实验研究改进桔梗皂甙类成分的分离及鉴定方法,为桔梗质量标准的制定提供科学依据．方法：利用大孔吸附树脂脱糖脱色及薄层硅胶作柱层析介质,并首次利用电喷雾质谱技术结合理化分析对桔梗皂甙类成分进行分析鉴定．结果：两个单体化合物分别被鉴定为桔梗皂甙Ｖ和去芹糖桔梗皂甙Ｄ,结论：运用电喷雾质谱新技术,大大简化了皂甙类的结构鉴定过程．     

善用课堂零碎时间提高初中低年级学生的计算能力

计算能力是最重要的数学技能之一。当前,许多初中学生的计算能力较差,如何提高初中低年级学生的计算能力成为一个急待解决的问题。笔者认为利用课堂上的零碎时间,通过形式多变的训练,可以达到既不影响教学进度又能训练学生的计算能力的良好效果。
