四川省男子举重后备人才培养现状和对策研究

通过文献资料法、观察法、调查法、数理统计和逻辑方法等,对四川省男子举重后备人才的培养现状进行了多年系统研究,并得出以下结论：后备人才培养质量不高,参加业余训练的人数不多,分布不均衡;训练条件不够完善;基层教练员岗位培训机会不多,科学训练意识不够强,选材科学化水平尚待提高;运动员学训矛盾尚待解决;少年举重运动员参加全国比赛机会极少,奖励机制不够完善。并对四川省男子举重后备人才未来发展提出以下几点对策：加强基层教练员培养,形成高水平的教练员群体;多渠道筹集资金,改善基层训练条件;多组织和参加全国比赛,进一步完善教练员和运动员奖励制度;畅通运动员进出口机制。     

Teachers' perspectives on environmental education in multicultural contexts: Towards culturally-responsive environmental education

This inquiry explores teachers' perspectives on enacting environmental education in a Québec urban locale with high student diversity. Participating in focus groups and interviews, teachers from three schools discussed their experiences incorporating environmental education into their multiculturally-diverse classrooms. Challenges included value clashes, a lack of common lived experiences, and reconciling contradictory educational perspectives and political policies, which often placed teachers in paradoxical positions. Findings suggest moving toward practices of culturally-responsive environmental education that demand more than awareness but include interactive dialogue. Teachers need support from beyond the classroom and the capacity to develop curriculum facilitating the inclusion of students' culture.

Envisioning the Academic Library: A Reflection on Roles,Relevancy and Relationships

The focus of this article is to reflect on current and near future issues and trends concerning academic libraries. This includes an overview of the literature on embedded librarianship and a focus on the need for more participatory and collaborative approaches to library services.

The core argument is that academic libraries need to continue to adapt their roles and develop stronger relationships across the university in order to maintain and promote their relevancy to all stakeholders. Embedded roles in research and teaching, and an embedded existence through collaboration and outreach will strengthen the academic library's presence within its parent institution.     

多元视角下的译者角色与文本诠释

翻译作为一种传达信息的交流形式必须回归于原著。当原著以外的元素被过度渲染时,译者就会丧失对文本的潜心理解,这不仅会违背原著的意图,也会使翻译变成一种既不像译作也不像创作的模糊文本,进而导致翻译文类走向紊乱。因此,译者在翻译过程中应规整自己的阐释行为,竭力再现原著独特的思想与艺术。     

Neoliberalism,global poverty policy and early childhood education and care: a critique of local uptake in England

The global rise of a neoliberal ‘new politics of parenting’ discursively constructs parents in poverty as the reason for, and remedy to, child poverty. This allows for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to become a key policy lever by using human technologies to intervene in and regulate the lives of parents and children in poverty. The article explores the uptake of this policy locally through interviews with 30 ECEC practitioners in three locations across England. The interviews suggested that the neoliberal discursive formation of child poverty as a problem of the poor themselves had symbolic power and was a view shared by most of the interviewees. This appeared to restrict their thinking and action, shaping a limited engagement with parents in poverty. Delivering curricular requirements was seen to further delimit practitioners’ practices with children in poverty by reducing their poverty sensitivity. Although this is a small study, its findings may be of value in questioning neoliberal logics, and their implications are considered critically.
