人类命运共同体研究的发展进路与思考--基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化计量分析

借助文献计量工具对人类命运共同体研究进行可视化分析发现,围绕这一主题的研究进路可分为初始起步、快速发展和深化拓展三个阶段,以思想理念溯源、逻辑框架分析、价值意义阐释、实践路径探索为主要研究内容,以国际传播和话语权、中国特色大国外交实践整合、国际秩序和全球治理变革互动以及实践挑战和现实路径为前沿动向,并逐渐形成以马克思主义为主,涵盖政治学、社会学、法学等多学科参与的学术综合体。在人类命运共同体理念的重要性、必要性和紧迫性凸显的大变局时代,应进一步厘清基本概念、拓展研究视角和研究方法、加强研究力量整合和支持、加强对不同国家的认知和态度研究,深化理论研究和实践拓展。     

Teacher perspectives on partnerships on families of children with autism

The success of students with disabilities in school and community largely relies on productive family professional partnerships (FPPs). The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA, 2004) recognises the importance of family collaboration to student success by mandating that parents be involved in the Individualised Education Plan (IEP) process as full team members. While several previous studies examined the perspectives of parents of children with disabilities on partnerships with educators, less research exists on teacher perspectives on family professional collaborations. Additionally, there are even fewer studies that focus on teacher perspectives on partnerships with parents of children with autism, a disability category which continues to increase in prevalence. The present study contributes to the literature by examining teacher perspectives on factors that build and hinder positive partnerships with families of children with autism. Researchers surveyed 25 Special Education teachers and conducted additional individual interviews and open-ended questionnaires to examine teachers' first-hand experiences. Findings identified four common themes that educators felt helped and hindered collaborative relationships with families. Study results may lead to the development of specific family professional collaboration strategies that can be implemented and discussed in school districts, teacher trainings, pre-service teacher education programs and family workshops.

The UK 14–19 education reforms: perspectives from a special school

The pilot research reported in this article is part of the Centre Research Study (CReSt) which evaluates the impact of the educational reform programme on schools, colleges and other centres in England. The article reports findings from one special school, based on interviews with teachers (including the headteacher), students and a parent. The aim of the article is to identify factors that appear to be having an impact on this special school, and these are presented under four headings: curriculum choice and flexibility; partnership challenges; concerns about Foundation Learning; and curriculum opportunities. This is a small‐scale study, and the conclusions are tentative – future research will reveal whether the findings apply over time and to other special schools.

运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对建国以来不同历史时期学校体育教育价值取向及未来走向进行分析.研究发现,在不同历史阶段里学校体育呈现出重社会需要轻个人发展需要的教育价值取向.随着社会和教育的发展,面向未来社会发展对人才培养的新需要,在注重体质、心理等全面发展的基础上形成学生不同的个性和创新能力将成为今后我国学校体育教育价值取向的未来走向.     

Graduate learning outcomes in science: variation in perceptions of single- and dual-degree students

The development of transferrable skillsets, articulated in statements of graduate learning outcomes, is emphasised in undergraduate science degree programmes. Science students enrolled in dual (double) degrees comprise a significant minority of Australian science undergraduates. Research comparing perceptions of single and dual degree students on their science learning outcomes has rarely been explored. The Science Students Skills Inventory was used to compare the perceptions of single (n = 640) and dual (n = 266) degree undergraduate science students. The instrument explored science graduate learning outcomes across six indicators: importance; the extent to which outcomes were included; the extent to which they were assessed; improvement; confidence; and likely future use. Analysis of findings, employing the planned–enacted–experienced curricula framework, offers insight into potential avenues towards coherence of the experienced curriculum by arguing the need for shared perceptions of graduate learning outcomes for single and dual degree science students. The key contribution of this study is a shift towards progressive curriculum development that draws on both single and dual degree student perspectives to achieve graduate learning outcomes. Recommendations include: whole-of-programmes curricular pathways premised on progressive development of learning outcomes that are inclusive of dual degree students, explicit interdisciplinary learning opportunities, and adoption of dual/single status as a demographic variable reported in future research.     

中国非营利组织行为的研究现状与未来趋势

文章对中国理论界的非营利组织形成与发展的动因、非营利组织的内涵与外延、非营利组织的本质功能及其扭曲与矫正、非营利组织的基本特征、非营利组织生存与发展的挑战以及非营利组织发展案例评估研究等6个方面的非营利组织行为理论进行了简要的介绍与评析；文章从比较研究角度提出了中国非营利组织行为研究的未来发展趋势，即非营利组织的治理结构研究、经济绩效及其评价研究、管理与控制体制研究、比较研究与应用研究等。     

台湾节日文化变迁与未来发展趋势

节日是相对于平常之日而言的,台湾传统节日文化源于中国传统文化,由于主政者的更迭和社会力量的推动,台湾节日文化的内容有一些改变,但在两岸和谐共处的大前提下,从有利于两岸沟通交流的角度出发,有必要努力建构一个开放的、自由的节日公共领域,在提升传统节日的文化认同感、增强节日的娱乐休闲功能及开发节日的经济社会效能三个方面注意其未来发展趋势。     

中国参与周边区域经济合作的实践与策略

党的十七大报告明确提出我国要"实施自由贸易区战略"。研究认为:首先发展与周边国家和地区的区域经济合作,并以此为基础,逐渐建立中国的区域经济合作网,是中国自由贸易区战略的核心。文中首先分析中国参与周边区域经济合作的进程与特点,然后以《内地与香港建立更紧密经贸关系安排》(CEPA)和《中国—东盟自由贸易区》(CAFTA)为例,深入探讨了中国参与周边区域经济合作的实践效应及现存问题,最后通过GTAP模型测算,提出中国自由贸易区战略核心——周边整合的具体策略。
