把有关裕固族音乐方面的研究置身于裕固族文化研究的背景之中去思考,在音乐人类学的视阈下,重新审视裕固族音乐研究中我们所持的学术观念和研究视角,是当下裕固族音乐研究所面临的现实问题和重要课题。从裕固族音乐的历史渊源、生存环境、裕固族文化中的音乐文化、裕固族音乐继承与发展四个方面,对裕固族音乐进行研究层次和研究方法的梳理,为裕固族音乐文化的研究寻找思路与视角。

ARL Cataloger Librarian Roles and Responsibilities Now and In the Future

This article details the results of a 2011 study of cataloger librarians’ changing roles and responsibilities at academic Association of Research Libraries. The study participants, cataloging department heads, report that cataloger librarian roles are expanding to include cataloging more electronic resources and local hidden collections in addition to print materials. They are also creating non-MARC metadata. The increased usage of vendor products and services is also affecting the roles of cataloger librarians at some institutions. The article explores what skills cataloger librarians will need in the future and how libraries are providing training for that future.

Bryan Alexander described the digital environment that we live in, giving an extensive overview of the current state of interactive devices, particularly mobile devices, which are moving us beyond the personal computer. He covered recent major developments that have transformed the world in surprising ways in a rather short period of time. The world of apps is further expanding what these devices can do, also bringing with them more challenges to individual privacy. Gaming and augmented reality are becoming deeply embedded in much of what we do. Alexander laid out four possible futures that these contemporary developments could lead to.

Truants on truancy – a badness or a valuable indicator of unmet special educational needs?

Neil Southwell states that he was, himself, a persistent truant from school. He returned to education as a mature student via an access course and he now lectures in education studies at the University of Northampton. He is currently researching into truancy, its causes and its management and brings to his work an unusual but highly illuminating 'truantist perspective'.
In this article, Neil Southwell reviews the literature on truancy and reveals a complex and contradictory picture. Policy and practice to date have, however, tended to be united in locating responsibility for truancy with truants and their families. Drawing on his own experience and his research into the perspectives of truants, Neil Southwell makes a case for a radically different approach. He argues that truancy can be seen as a key indicator of unmet educational needs and that the issue of truancy will not be addressed effectively until policy makers, practitioners and researchers learn to listen to the voices of truants themselves.

近年来可持续发展已成为全球共同推动的发展方针,而体育促进可持续发展的价值与作用也逐渐被国际社会所重视。以国内外相关研究成果为理论基础,对新时代背景下中国体育促进可持续发展工作的时代机遇、价值理念与策略行动进行探究。研究表明:以联合国、奥委会为代表的国际社会开展的体育促进可持续发展的实践工作,以及我国政府对可持续发展的重视和体育领域不断深化改革的需求,为我国体育促进可持续发展工作的持续开展提供了机遇和条件。结合联合国可持续发展议程与人类命运共同体的视角进行分析,体育促进可持续发展的价值理念可以在性别、环境、社区发展、伙伴关系、机构治理等多个方面得到具体呈现,丰富了对体育社会价值的认识。回顾历史上体育促进可持续发展的工作经验、更新体育促进社会发展的价值认识,将为具体工作的开展奠定基础。而在我国内部体育治理和对外体育交往的各项工作中融入、践行可持续发展的理念与方针,将切实推动该领域工作的价值实现。     

我国名人图书馆的发展模式研究

针对我国名人图书馆迅速发展的现状,按照建馆方式,现有名人图书馆的发展模式可以划分出慈善组织和知名人士捐助建馆、依托普通图书馆的"馆中之馆"和经政府批准为著名人物建立的纪念图书馆等3种基本类型。在对各种模式进行分析的基础上进一步指出基于社会的强烈需求,未来名人图书馆不仅在数量上,而且在质量上也会有很大的提高。
