文章以高校教育质量管理过程为依据,借鉴软件开发过程能力成熟度模型(CMM),构建了高校教育质量管理成熟度模型,研究模型框架结构、等级特征及相应的关键过程域、关键实践,运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价理论建立了量化的成熟度等级测度方法.以国内东部某高校为例,根据其教育质量管理现状进行了成熟度等级的测度,结果表明方法合理、有效,可为提升和改善高校教育质量管理、促进高校内部质量保障体系的建立与完善提供参考. 相似文献

Motion simulator usually appears the phenomenon of false cues and the workspace is limited in the process of washout. The proposed washout algorithm combines fuzzy logic control with the vestibular system to design the tilt coordination fuzzy adaptive filter, in order to minimize the vestibular sensory error below the human perception threshold. Owing to tilt coordination angular velocity limiter, the loss of low-pass acceleration must be compensated by the acceleration transform model. The translational channel decreases the possibility of the workspace beyond limitation and expands the scope of motion platform simulating input acceleration by using third-order filter. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively overcome the phase retardation of classical washout algorithm, and then prevent the produce of false cues, decrease the displacement of motion platform simultaneously; in addition, white Gaussian noise simulates large variations in acceleration. The proposed washout algorithm can have maximal extreme value of acceleration and accurate simulating performance in general. It also proves that the proposed washout algorithm has a strong adaptability and reliability, which can effectively improve the dynamic fidelity for motion simulator. 相似文献

高校实验室综合评估是高校对实验室建设、管理、实验教学等工作优劣评价的重要手段。结合地方财经类高校人才培养模式的特点以及教学实验室的现状和新特点,初步建立了一套完整的针对地方财经类高校教学实验室的综合评估指标体系;针对目前地方财经类高校实验室评估工作的现状和存在的问题,提出基于熵权模糊物元模型的财经类高校实验室综合评估方法,该方法不仅能够快速确定各待评实验室的等级,且能较好地对待评实验室进行排序。通过应用实例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法在高校实验室评估中具有较好的可行性和实用性。 相似文献

Recent studies on active learning classrooms (ACLs) have demonstrated their positive influence on student learning. However, most of the research evidence is derived from a few subject-specific courses or limited student enrolment. Empirical studies on this topic involving large student populations are rare. The present work involved a large-scale two-year study that examined the effects of ACL on student perceptions of their learning experience and the relationship with academic performance in a General Education programme. An institutional survey was used to gather more than 35,000 units of student perception data from all 306 courses in the programme. Our empirical findings show that students thought courses that adopted an ACL as the key learning environment were significantly better designed and more encouraging of student creativity and innovation than courses which used regular classrooms; thus, student perceptions were improved. We are also the first to report that this positive effect on creativity and innovation is statistically unaffected by academic performance, with high, middle and low achievers all benefiting from the use of the facility. The results suggest that ACLs are better environments for nurturing innovation for all students, regardless of their academic ability. 相似文献

AbstractPractices such as formal focused professional dialogue groups, coaching conversations, mentoring conversations and professional learning staff meetings have been taken up in schools and pre-schools as part of long-term action research and development activities to improve the learning and teaching practices. The development of relational trust has long been described in the literature as pivotal for the ongoing ‘success’ of such research and development in sites. In this article, we attempt to re-characterise relational trust as it is accounted for by participants in action research. We present data from a cross-nation study of middle leaders from Australian primary schools and Swedish pre-schools. Middle leaders are those teachers who ‘lead across’; they have both an acknowledged position of leadership or responsibility for the practice development of colleagues and a significant teaching role. The larger study examined the practices of middle leaders; and in this article we draw on interview data from one of the case-study sites that illustrate how colleagues in schools recognise the role middle leaders have for facilitating action research and teaching development. This article specifically presents excerpts from semi-structured interviews with 25 teachers, three principals, three executive teachers and three district consultants. Interviewees described how nourishing a culture of relational trust and mutual respect are critical features in the change endeavour. For them, the practices of the middle leader who facilitated the action research were instrumental in developing trust for teacher development. Analysis of participant accounts revealed five dimensions of trust: interpersonal trust, interactional trust, intersubjective trust, intellectual trust, and pragmatic trust. 相似文献
