基于模糊C 均值聚类的体育教学分组

运用模糊C均值聚类等研究方法,对体育教学分组方法进行分析,提出基于模糊C均值聚类的教学分组方法。结论认为:该方法通过采用模糊划分,考虑了教学分组中的模糊现象;通过提取学生的身体素质指标,即50m跑、1000m跑、立定跳远、引体向上和铅球作为聚类的特征量,从而实现了按照学生身体素质的相似程度来进行合理的教学分组,以适应因材施教的教学要求。并且运用Matlab6.5编制出教学分组的计算机程序,该程序具有语言简单、运行速度快的特点。     

Principles for archival information services in the public domain

In 2010, in response to the Australian Government’s November 2009 apology to Forgotten Australians and former child migrants, a scoping study was undertaken by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) to assess the options for a national ‘Find and Connect’ service to allow people to locate and access relevant records and have recourse to support services. The scoping study noted that Pathways, a web-based public knowledge space and a product of the Victorian ‘Who Am I?’ research project, was a community-based information resource without equal in the out-of-home care sector in Australia or indeed internationally. The scoping team made the observation that Pathways, due to its quality of content and coherent structure, appeared to be based on a set of principles and wondered what they were. In response the research team set about articulating the principles that underpinned their approach to archival documentation and the use of digital technologies – principles that had emerged through more than two decades of public domain, archive-focussed projects. This paper presents those ten principles and discusses them within the context of Pathways and the ‘Who Am I?’ project. The principles played a key role in FaCHSIA adopting Pathways as the model for the national Find and Connect database and web resource, launched on 15 November 2011. The principles underpin community knowledge building in the fourth or pluralised dimension of the Records Continuum. The paper ultimately argues that all stakeholders (all people and organisations connected with records) should have the ability to contribute to the utilisation of those records through the improvement of documentation and that some archival systems do have a duty of care to ensure they can inter-operate with community-generated knowledge.

PERFORMATIVITY,CORPOREALITY AND THE POLITICS OF SHIP DISPOSAL

This paper provides a posthumanist performative reading of spaces of disposal as sites of economic activity. Its empirical focus is ship breaking, as practices and political techniques. Drawing on the work of Donald Mackenzie, Karen Barad and Jane Bennett, it frames ship disposal as a boundary-making intervention in the world and as part of the demolition assemblage. The paper challenges the oppositional politics that characterise international debate about ship disposal. Through an articulation of the academic register and literary narrative, the paper develops a material politics of ship disposal which draws connections, rather than making distinctions, between labouring bodies in different parts of the world. It reconfigures ship disposal through a material politics that centres the proximate intimacy of human bodies, demolition technologies and vital inorganic materials, highlighting the importance of shared corporeal vulnerabilities, a biopolitics of occupational health and a material politics of globalisation where the long distance associations are temporal, of a ‘now’ and future-past ‘then’.     

动态视角下企业技术集成能力评价研究——基于AHP-模糊TOPSIS法

技术集成能力是技术集成的内生动力,其能力水平将直接影响集成实施的效果。作为新时期企业形成集成创新竞争优势的主要来源,技术集成能力已逐步引起企业决策者及管理层的高度重视。本研究在深入分析技术集成能力内涵及特征的基础上,从动态视角出发构建企业技术集成能力的综合评价指标体系,采用AHP法确定评价指标的权重,运用模糊TOPSIS法对企业的技术集成能力进行综合评价,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性,分析了造成评价效果差异化的原因,为后续研究提供参考。     

高校体育工作评价监测系统研制——基于模糊数学与人工智能思想

运用计算机技术,根据模糊数学的原理及人工智能思想,提出了一种基于模糊综合评判推理机制的评价模型,开发了大学体育评价计算机辅助系统,为大学体育评价工作提供了方便、灵活而统一的软件平台。系统采用了基于模糊综合评判推理机制的评价模型,从而克服了以往评价时用最大、最小合成法的模糊综合评判所造成的缺陷。     

三峡库区消落带土地利用系统结构合理性分析——以重庆开县消落带为例

开县是三峡库区消落带分布面积最大的区县,利用开县2003～2009年的土地利用数据和遥感影像数据得到基本的数据资料,并在基础资料收集和野外调查的基础上对三峡库区消落带土地利用系统进行概括,运用土地利用结构信息熵模型进行成库后消落带土地利用结构的假设模拟,最后运用模糊综合评价法对土地利用系统结构的合理性进行探讨。结果表明:开县消落带土地利用系统范围界定在150m～195m之间的水陆混合区域;湿地保护利用模式的模拟状况最优,也印证了进行人工湿地维护,加强库区消落带湿地保护的重要性。无论是湿地保护利用模式还是耕地、林地利用模式的模拟,开县消落带土地利用系统结构合理性等级都只有中等偏下,高等级的合理性结构实现难度较大,而实际的"库中库"模式比耕地利用模式、林地利用模式更为优越,说明开县对于土地及水利规划的结果相对合理。     

一类加权最小二乘模糊线性回归

讨论了输入、输出及回归系数都是LR-型模糊数的模糊线性回归模型参数估计的加权最小二乘法.该方法根据决策者对训练数据的置信度对观测数据设置不同的权重,从而得到能有效抵御异常值干扰的预测模型.

基于模糊层次综合评价模型的农业安全施肥评价

为综合评价农业安全施肥状况,选取9个评价指标,按照5级评价标准,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重,构建农业安全施肥模糊层次综合评价模型. 结果表明,研究区农业安全施肥等级从2006到2011年逐年好转,预测到2015和2020年将达到较安全状态. 评价结果符合区域实际情况.
