以滑移色谱机理弥补塔板理论的不足，滑移色谱机理的色谱流出曲线函数可更真实地表达实际色谱流出曲线。在计算色谱柱塔板数时，应区分色谱柱塔板数和色谱峰塔板数（是由实际色谱峰形得到的，在色谱过程中实际发生的），因色谱柱塔板数与色谱峰塔板数是不同的概念。推导出色谱拄塔板数与色谱峰塔板数之间的关系式。该关系式成功地解释了通常色谱峰显著拖尾的原因。丙酮在GDX-101上的吸附焓△H=-3.6k．J／mol.     

Organochlorine pesticides BHC and DDE in human blood in and around Madurai, India

In this study blood samples are taken from two groups of people, one that has direct exposure to pesticides (agriculturists & public health workers) the second group, which has indirect exposure to pesticides through food chain. The objective of our investigation is to analyze the blood of the patients with minimum health complaints and skin diseases for the residue of the banned organochlorine pesticides DDE and BHC using Gas Chromatography. High concentrations of both BHC&DDE were observed in the serum samples of the people who had direct exposure to the pesticides, namely agriculturalists and public health workers with few exceptions. The pesticide residue concentration in serum ranges from 0.006 to 0.130 ppm for BHC and 0.002 to 0.033 ppm for DDE. Significance of this study reveals that the presence of these banned pesticides in human serum.

薄层色谱分离—紫外光度法测定稻瘟灵主成份

本文研究了以硅胶G为吸附剂的薄层色谱法从农药稻瘟灵原油或乳油中分离出主成份1,3—二硫戊环—2—叉—丙二酸二异丙酯(DIDM)的最佳条件,拟定了用紫外分光光度法测定样品中DIDM含量的实用的新方法.     

气相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰

面粉中的过氧化苯甲酰经乙醚提取浓缩后,被碘化钾还原反应生成苯甲酸,利用气相色谱法对其进行分离测定,并与标准品比较定性、定量.该方法的最低检出含量为0.3 mg/kg,加标回收率在90%～99%之间.该方法分离效率高,样品用量少,检测灵敏度高.     

A novel long-chain acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate prepared and purified from green tea polyphenols

Lipophilic tea polyphenols (LTP) were prepared by catalytic esterification of green tea polyphenols (GTP) with hexadecanoyl chloride. A novel long-chain acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-o-gallate (EGCG) was first isolated from purification of LTP by high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) using a solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1∶1∶1∶1, v/v). The molecular structure of the acyl-derivative, Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate-4′-O-hexadecanate, was elucidated by means of elemental analysis, IR,¹H-NMR and MS spectra. SE-12m毛细柱在馏分含萘测定中的应用

本文选用长12米的毛细柱对煤焦油馏分中萘的测定进行了研究,实验结果表明,采用该毛细管柱具有分离效果好,结果准确,重现性好,分析时间短等特点,可替换填充柱,同时也为短毛细柱在分析中的应用提供了参考。     

交联PVP凝胶吸附茶多酚的研究

研究了自制交联PVP（聚乙烯吡咯烷酮）凝胶对绿茶茶水浸取液中的茶多酚的吸附。结果表明：在室温下，对2mLTP试液，用4mL交联PVP凝胶，吸附60min，茶多酚的除去率达到50％以上。其吸附机理为：交联剂的活性吸附中心与茶多酚上的酚羟基形成氢键。     

用于提取锆的高吸附活性硅胶的制备

以水玻璃和盐酸为原料 ,通过添加表面活性剂制备出高比表面、对高放射性废液中的锆具有高吸附容量的硅胶 .表面活性剂对初级溶胶粒子产生修饰作用 ,限制溶胶粒子的生长 ,但却促使溶胶粒子的连接 .因此 ,表面活性剂起到了无机结构导向剂的作用 ,并且促使溶胶粒子连接成网络结构 .该硅胶的比表面积可达 998m2 /g ,对锆的静态吸附量可达32 .6mg/g ,吸附分配系数为 5 6 .1mL/g .     

高效液相色谱法测定防腐剂的含量

食品中防腐剂是为了让食品保藏比较长的时间.由于苯甲酸具有毒性小的特点,所以常用来作食品的防腐材料.研究了以高效液相色谱法快速测定食品中苯甲酸含量的方法,其检出量低,操作简单.用于对酱油等食品中防腐剂含量的测定,结果满意.
