农产品安全问题研究述评

近年来,食品安全问题突显,成为公众与政府均十分关注的重要社会问题。而农产品安全问题,是食品安全问题中的重要构成部分。政府如何采取有效策略,防止食品安全问题的发生,保障公众饮食安全,成为学术界的关注重点。学术界对此问题的关注,集中于农产品安全的界定、农产品安全问题产生的原因分析、农产品的质量监控以及对策等多个层面。     

一维粘弹性问题的广义差分法

讨论了一维粘弹性问题的广义差分法．对这类问题的有限元方法的研究已有部分工作．本文将应用广义差分法离散一堆粘弹性问题，得到最优的W^1,p和L^p(2≤P≤∞)模误差估计及广义差分解uk与广义的Ritz-Volterra投影Vku之间的超收敛的W^1,P(2≤p≤∞)模估计。     

An inverse quasi-static steady-state thermal stresses in a thick circular plate

The present paper deals with the determination of unknown temperature and thermal stresses on the upper surface of a thick circular plate. A thick circular plate is subjected to arbitrary known interior temperature under steady state. The fixed circular edge and lower surface of the circular plate are thermally insulated. The governing heat conduction equation has been solved by using Hankel transform methods. The results are obtained in series form in terms of Bessel's functions. The results for displacement and stresses have been computed numerically and illustrated graphically.     

Reviewer assignment algorithms for peer review automation: A survey

Assigning paper to suitable reviewers is of great significance to ensure the accuracy and fairness of peer review results. In the past three decades, many researchers have made a wealth of achievements on the reviewer assignment problem (RAP). In this survey, we provide a comprehensive review of the primary research achievements on reviewer assignment algorithm from 1992 to 2022. Specially, this survey first discusses the background and necessity of automatic reviewer assignment, and then systematically summarize the existing research work from three aspects, i.e., construction of candidate reviewer database, computation of matching degree between reviewers and papers, and reviewer assignment optimization algorithm, with objective comments on the advantages and disadvantages of the current algorithms. Afterwards, the evaluation metrics and datasets of reviewer assignment algorithm are summarized. To conclude, we prospect the potential research directions of RAP. Since there are few comprehensive survey papers on reviewer assignment algorithm in the past ten years, this survey can serve as a valuable reference for the related researchers and peer review organizers.     

探究大学体育教学中礼仪教育原则

礼仪是社会文明进步的重要标志之一,虽然它更多地表现为外在的行为规范,但却在协调人际关系、维护民族尊严、促进世界和平、推动社会发展等方面,发挥了不可估量的积极作用,尤其是体育教学中的礼仪更为重要。因此笔者从四方面探究大学体育教学中礼仪教育原则,供同仁参考。     

中国石化行业二氧化碳排放的影响因素分解——基于广义迪氏指数分解法

采用广义迪氏指数分解法对我国石化行业2000—2016年的二氧化碳排放演变进行分解,进行阶段性及累计效应分析,考察投资、产出、能源消费以及相应的碳强度、能源强度和投资效率的变化对二氧化碳排放变化的贡献情况。结果表明,投资、产出及能源消费规模是促进二氧化碳排放增长的主要因素;投资碳强度和产出碳强度是主要的促降因素;能源碳强度、投资效率和能源强度作用较弱,具有很大的改善空间,是未来石化行业减碳政策制定的主要着手点。     

混凝土结构工程施工工艺研究

当前,预应力混凝土是一门新的技术、新的工艺,其大大提升了混凝土构件的抗裂度与刚度。然而,在混凝土施工过程当中,施工工艺总是存在施工工艺和工法问题、部分企业对其施工技术标准的适用性论证不足、现采用的检测方法没有得到各方完全认知等诸多问题,使得施工质量严重受到影响,为此,文章针对混凝土结构工程施工工艺存在的问题,提出了相应的应对措施,希望对工程建设有所帮助。

我国中小企业集群创新对策初探

集群创新使中小企业获得较强的技术创新能力和竞争优势,但我国的中小企业在集群创新过程中还存在着地方政府职能的缺位、集群技术创新基础能力不足、创新模式单一以及集群内部创新文化的缺失等一系列问题。因此,应积极探讨相应对策．采取有效措施,推动我国中小企业集群过程中的技术创新。     

基于决策者偏好的正负靶心灰靶决策方法

基于已有的研究,在多属性灰靶决策中将决策者对某些属性指标取值的理想偏好和选择偏好所决定的正靶心扩展到负靶心。分析不同的属性值偏好对决策方案指标的影响,并采用广义灰靶决策的方法处理决策者的偏好。基于未一致规范化决策方案样本值矩阵确定正负靶心后,再将决策者偏好的属性值置换求得融入决策者属性值偏好的正负靶心指标值。然后求得各个决策方案的正负靶心距,并以各个方案到正负靶心综合靶心距离的贴近度作为方案的评价依据。算例分析表明,该方法能够有效地处理决策者对某些属性的指标值有不同偏好的情况,且使得决策结果客观。
