创新档号编码方式适应现代化干部档案管理模式

随着档案管理现代化程度的不断提高，特别是数字档案的产生，使得档案在分类检索的方法上越来越合理，也更为实用．干部人事档案作为其中一个门类，它的检索手段也不断的得到改进和发展，针对时下对干部人事档案管理的新要求，本文对干部人事档案的编号规则进行了探讨，认为音序编码方式可以适应快速发展的信息管理．

为了激励学生走向成功,要学习和研究新课程标准和教改实验区的先进经验,确立新的正确评价理念,引导家长改变子女成材观,重视形成性的评价作用,尝试评价内容的多元化,以及开展多主体评价和建立学生档案柜等。     

Puzzling history – the personal file in residential care: a source for life history and historical research

Since the turn of the century large groups of former institutionalised children have exercised their right to see their ‘personal files’, and this has drawn widespread attention to these documents and their potential in scholarly research. This article explores the meanings of personal files from the period 1945–1984 as sources for both historical researchers and adult care leavers themselves, in the context of the orphanages in Ghent, Belgium. Based on the experiences of those who have consulted their files, we come to the conclusion that the personal files of the Ghent orphans provide some new information but, at the same time, leave a lot of issues unresolved. Although the files offered significant insights for researchers studying the most recent period in the history of the Ghent orphanages, it is difficult to see them as ‘keys to the past’ for former orphans who are trying to (re)construct their own, individual life histories.     

基于IDEA算法的文件加密系统研究

选择IDEA算法作为基础加解密算法,研究和设计了一套基于该算法的文件加密系统,给出了该系统的设计方案,详细描述了系统的工作原理和流程,实现了设计方案的各功能模块,测试了该系统的功能、性能、稳定性,并对测试结果进行了分析。     

电子图书文件格式标准化现状及其思考

电子图书的标准化问题已经成为制约电子图书产业发展的重要障碍。文章分析了电子图书文件格式的现状及影响，提出了制定电子图书标准化格式过程中应注意解决的几个问题。     

地质超前预报方法在某隧道中的综合应用

本文通过对高速公路某连拱隧道的工程地质分析，综合运用隧道地质超前预报及监控量测的手段，详细分析了隧道支护体系在设计上的合理性以及在施工上是否得到了合理的保证。通过对掌予面的地质描述发现前方围岩可能出现的问题做出及时准确的预报。     

沉积微相约束条件下的随机地质建模方法及应用研究

以地质建模为主要研究对象,根据油田开发地质研究需要完善的方法技术,以建模方法研究为基础,进行了沉积微相约束地质建模综合研究.在分析目前国内外研究现状的基础上,针对我国开发地质研究工作的特点,提出根据测井解释成果,应用随机模拟的方法定量地开展沉积微相研究.应用沉积微相研究成果约束测井储层参数的分布,形成油藏数值模拟研究所需要的准确的储层三维地质模型,解决了常规油田开发地质研究过程中沉积相研究成果与储层参数分布无法有效结合的缺陷.应用与该方法相适应的IRMS软件成功实现了山东胜利油区孤东油田第七开发区西部上第三系馆陶组油藏精确的沉积微相模型,由此微相约束形成的油藏储层三维地质模型数据体直接应用于油藏数值模拟研究,应用效果及现场实施的效果良好.     

Unique-order interpolative coding for fast querying and space-efficient indexing in information retrieval systems

This paper presents a size reduction method for the inverted file, the most suitable indexing structure for an information retrieval system (IRS). We notice that in an inverted file the document identifiers for a given word are usually clustered. While this clustering property can be used in reducing the size of the inverted file, good compression as well as fast decompression must both be available. In this paper, we present a method that can facilitate coding and decoding processes for interpolative coding using recursion elimination and loop unwinding. We call this method the unique-order interpolative coding. It can calculate the lower and upper bounds of every document identifier for a binary code without using a recursive process, hence the decompression time can be greatly reduced. Moreover, it also can exploit document identifier clustering to compress the inverted file efficiently. Compared with the other well-known compression methods, our method provides fast decoding speed and excellent compression. This method can also be used to support a self-indexing strategy. Therefore our research work in this paper provides a feasible way to build a fast and space-economical IRS.     

涉嫌犯罪人身份的确立

犯罪嫌疑人与被怀疑有犯罪嫌疑的人之间存在区别。对于犯罪的"初查对象"现行法律未给予相应的名称规定,犯罪嫌疑人的身份在实务中也有扩大化的趋势,造成立案的随意,使"犯罪嫌疑人"的权益得不到应有的保障。"强制措施"的滥用,造成了犯罪嫌疑人身份的错用。犯罪嫌疑人的称呼与现阶段刑事案件的立案审批相配套,涉嫌犯罪人身份的确立对刑事诉讼法的修订具有参考价值。改称涉嫌犯罪人有利于保障涉嫌刑事追诉程序中的人的权益,具有时代意义,是无罪推定原则精神之体现。     

地质类专业野外实习教学中学生角色的转换——以2011年秭归教学实习为例

本文以2011年秭归专业教学实习为例,提出地质类专业野外实习教学中角色转换教学方法,突出学生在专业教学实习中的重要地位,以学生为主角,以问题为导向,充分发挥学生的主动性和创造性,取得良好的教学效果。
