中职专任教师职业稳定的影响因素研究

加强中职学校师资队伍的建设中,专任教师的稳定性是一个值得关注的问题.基于大连中等职业学校专任教师的实证调查数据,构建了影响职业稳定的logistic模型.研究发现,职业兴趣、工作成就感、学校对教师进修培训的支持力度、预期收入差距、职业教育事业的认同程度对专任教师的职业稳定具有显著影响.     

一类椭圆型变系数方程的差分格式

研究了一类二阶椭圆型变系数方程的初边值问题的求解方法,建立了一种差分格式,并且运用能量方法证明了这种格式的解的存在唯一性、收敛性和稳定性,所得结果是对相关文献中结果的一个补充。     

体育全球化的文化反思

体育全球化的实质是欧美化。奥林匹克是当今体育思想、组织制度、内容形式的集大成者，欧美中心主义表现得淋漓尽致．其特征是“输出”意识强烈、排他性、强化认同。欧美中心主义的体育全球化与人类的理想是相冲突的。在新的世纪，体育全球化是不可阻挡的潮流，但体育全球化必须以文化的差异为基点，充分认识世界体育发展主体的多元性。中西方体育文化的融合是体育发展的选择。     

石膏/蚯蚓粪肥对赤泥团聚体结构稳定性的影响

赤泥是氧化铝工业生产过程中排放的高碱性固体废弃物,迄今尚无经济有效的处置方法。以华中地区某堆场赤泥为研究对象,通过土培实验研究改良剂（石膏、蚯蚓粪肥、石膏+蚯蚓粪肥）对赤泥团聚体稳定性的影响。结果表明：石膏的添加能显著降低赤泥pH,而蚯蚓粪肥能显著增加赤泥有机碳含量。土培60 d时,石膏添加后赤泥pH由10.54降到8.75,蚯蚓粪肥添加后赤泥有机碳含量由3.54 g·kg^-1增加至14.31 g·kg^-1。土培180 d时,石膏、蚯蚓粪肥、石膏+蚯蚓粪肥添加后赤泥水稳性团聚体含量由12.04%分别增加到23.49%、29.24%、33.94%;团聚体平均重量直径由0.15 mm分别增加到0.26、0.30、0.34 mm;可蚀性因子由0.36分别降低到0.31、0.30、0.29。石膏和蚯蚓粪肥的添加促进水稳性团聚体形成,提高赤泥团聚体稳定性。基质改良对赤泥团聚体稳定性的影响效果依次为：石膏+蚯蚓粪肥 > 蚯蚓粪肥 > 石膏。研究结果对赤泥土壤化处置和规模化消纳研究有科学参考意义。     

Postural balance and rifle stability in a standing shooting position after specific physical effort in biathletes

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of maximal specific physical effort on postural balance and rifle stability in biathletes in a standing shooting position. The study included 10 junior elite biathletes. The measurements were taken with the Vicon system and AMTI force platform. Postural balance and rifle stability characteristics were determined at rest as well as 1 and 5 min post maximal specific physical effort which was performed on a ski ergometer and continued until exhaustion. Maximal physical effort exerted a significant effect on all examined postural sway and rifle sway characteristics. The duration of the post-exercise changes was longer than 5 minutes. Higher post-effort rifle sway was observed in the vertical direction than in the across the shooting line direction. Post-effort postural balance impairment in the shooting line was much greater than in the across the shooting line direction. Moreover, a strong correlation was found between postural balance and rifle stability. Maximal physical effort influenced postural balance and rifle stability during aiming. Rifle sway during aiming in a standing shooting position seems to be coordinated with the postural sway of the biathlete’s body. Thus, an increase in postural sway contributes to greater sway and lesser stability of the rifle.     

我国体育用品制造业国际转移的趋势及动力机制——基于全球生产网络视角

我国体育用品制造业国际转移呈现出网络化、多元化、集群化、主动化的新趋势,其动力来源有三点,一是寻求我国体育用品制造业价值链的重构,二是试图跨越后发国家可能面临的价值链固化的"网络陷阱",三是追逐包括竞争优势和网络权力等隐形收益在内的综合利益最大化。但是,这种自觉行动和主动作为可能受到价值链上端发达国家的阻击。因此,我国体育用品制造业要利用研发设计和品牌营销价值链的发育突破门限效应,积极开展跨境并购和逆向投资活动弥补比较劣势,并逐步回归到研发本土化,利用国内中小体育用品企业构建由自己主导的价值链,以全球布局应对潜在的贸易风险。     

乒乓球运动员以预防损伤为主的功能训练

功能训练的理念来源于康复领域,现已逐步应用到运动训练中。由于乒乓球运动的项目特征,乒乓球运动员肩关节、腰椎关节、膝关节、踝关节、腕关节等部位容易出现运动损伤。通过对乒乓球运动员常出现的功能问题进行分析,寻找存在的常见问题,进而提出相应的功能训练建议。乒乓球运动员可根据情况,增加改善肩关节、胸椎关节、髋关节、踝关节的活动范围的训练,提高肩胛骨、核心和下肢稳定性的训练,以及改善肩袖、躯干肌力不平衡的训练,通过针对性的功能训练有效减少乒乓球运动员损伤的发生。

结合上海建设体育科技创新平台和国际一流赛事之都的时代背景,展开对上海建设具有全球影响力的体育资源配置中心的内涵研究。文章运用文献资料法、实地调研等定性与定量的研究方法,通过科学界定体育资源配置中心的内涵,构建上海建设具有全球影响力的体育资源配置中心的技术指标,分析上海体育资源配置的现状与存在的问题,探讨上海建设具有全球影响力的体育资源配置中心的契机,设计上海建设具有全球影响力的体育资源配置中心的步骤与目标,提出上海建设具有全球影响力的体育资源配置中心的政策建议与保障机制。     

Korean-Wave celebrities between global capital and regional nationalisms

This article examines conflicts over the transnationalization of South Korean celebrities in the wake of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) in the twenty-first century. I consider a number of celebrity controversies to argue that the demands placed upon Hallyu celebrities by domestic observers, foreign audiences, and global capital are fundamentally irreconcilable. South Korean nationalist appropriation of Hallyu, as well as the local celebrity culture, demand that Hallyu stars firstly be exemplary Korean patriots, whereas international audiences expect sympathy for their own causes. Local nationalist agendas have proven particularly troublesome because of postcolonial sensibilities and ongoing territorial disagreements between South Korea and its neighbors. Finally, as circulating commodities and commercial assets, Hallyu stars are also pledged to global capital. Their value is highest when they appeal to as broad an audience as possible and alienate no one with their politics. An apolitical neutrality on regionally controversial issues, however, is an untenable position when antagonistic geopolitical interests are concerned and nationalist passions flare. I situate this argument within critical scholarship on cultural globalization flows within Asia, while engaging celebrity studies to frame Hallyu stars as transnational commodities.     

Relationship Understanding Between Emotional Stability,Self-Disclosure and Social Adjustment

This paper discusses a survey, carried out by the authors, of 211 employees’ employed in public and private manufacturing organizations in North India to determine if emotional stability acts as a mediator between self-disclosure and social adjustment. Capitalization theory has been used as theoretical framework to examine the proposed relationships. Results indicate that high self-disclosure has positive association with social adjustment. Results also suggest that emotional stability partially mediates self-disclosure and social adjustment relationship. Implications for future research include further examination through additional mediators and other dimensions of self-disclosure from capitalization theory in understudied non-U.S. cultures like India.
