规模化培养条件下高校研究生党建工作探讨

研究生党建是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。随着全国研究生招生规模的不断扩大，在校研究生党员的数量也不断增多，加强和改进研究生党建工作必须采取以下措施：建立健全研究生党建领导体系和工作机制；针对研究生的特殊性，科学设置研究生党支部；加强研究生专职党务干部队伍建设；创新研究生党支部活动的组织形式；充分发挥导师在研究生党建工作中的作用；做好研究生入党积极分子培养工作规划。     

Assessing the impact of the Graduate Certificate in Anatomical Sciences Instruction: A post‐degree survey

There are few graduate programs available for pursuing a doctorate in anatomy where students gain specific training in gross anatomy dissection and the responsibilities of a medical educator. In light of this fact, the University of Kentucky created a Graduate Certificate in Anatomical Sciences Instruction in 2006. This 12‐credit hour curriculum includes detailed training in gross anatomy and/or neuroscience courses, practicum experiences, a seminar class in pedagogical literature, and a course in educational strategies for the anatomical sciences. The award of certificate completion affirms that the candidate has demonstrated faculty‐supervised proficiency in anatomy dissection, instruction in anatomy topics, and teaching strategies for anatomy. Seventeen graduate students have earned the certificate since its inception; nine students accepted teaching positions in anatomy following their graduate training and currently nine certificate graduates have assistant (six) or associate (three) professor positions in academia. In 2016, an anonymous survey including Likert‐style and open‐ended questions was emailed to all certificate graduates. Graduates favorably responded (each question averaged 4.4 or greater out of 5) that the certificate increased their awareness of teaching‐faculty responsibilities, adequately prepared them for teaching‐related duties, and positively contributed toward their first employment. Graduates indicated that the lecturing and dissection experience, awareness of faculty responsibilities, and job preparation (e.g., teaching philosophy development) were the most helpful aspects of the certificate. These results indicate that the Graduate Certificate in Anatomical Sciences Instruction is viewed by its graduates and their employers as a valuable teaching credential that can be attained alongside a basic science degree. 研究生招生规模的扩大带来了研究生就业的压力,反映了我国研究生教育数量的扩张与研究生教育质量及市场对人才的需求不匹配。从经济学原理的角度分析,加强应用型研究生培养既有助于研究生个人的就业,也有利于学校和用人单位等利益方实现收益最大化,因此探索应用型研究生培养模式应是研究生教育体制改革的重要内容。

医学研究生教育是医学模式中的高层次教育,担负着培养高素质医学人才和发展医学科学技术的双重任务,医学研究生的教学质量直接影响到医学事业发展。医学学术型研究生培养的侧重点在于学术理论、实验研究和科研能力训练。随着科学技术的快速发展和不断进步,学术型研究生培养在课程、培养平台以及培养方法等方面面临着新的挑战。针对当前学术型研究生创新教育的改革形势,滨州医学院以提升创新能力为核心,采用科研驱动式培养模式,将科研意识、科研能力和科研精神培养贯穿于研究生培养全过程。在医学学术型硕士研究生教育中,推行模块式课程体系与科研化教学模式;组建跨学科导师团队;建立多元化综合性考核评价体系。将参与科研训练与传授理论知识相结合,通过参与系统化、规范化培养模式,使研究生的科研水平得到显著提高。     

欠发达地区硕士生创新能力的测度与评价

欠发达地区高校硕士生创新能力主要受科研项目总数、科研经费的筹集以及科研氛围的培养等因素影响,文章根据欠发达地区高校发展的特点,如何加强硕士生管理、加强科研经费的运转和营造良好的创新文化氛围等提出了相应的对策。

从科技期刊属性分析科技期刊编辑的社会责任,主要包括:弘扬科学精神,杜绝学术不端行为,倡导学术争鸣;关注国家大事,及时报道相关事件;规范使用文字和科学符号,维护中文的严肃性;关心科研成果的应用,服务产业发展;注重科研成果和技术保密,保护知识产权。提出了科技期刊编辑社会责任的实现途径。     

第三方物流企业核心竞争力的属性论方法评估

运用属性论方法构建第三方物流企业核心竞争力评估模型,模拟205家第三方物流企业核心竞争力水平的数据库,编写程序进行运算,给出205家企业核心竞争力状况的排序结果.该结果也可以根据不同评判者的心理权重变化进行调整,反映出不同评价者的心理偏好对评价结果的影响程度,为第三方物流企业核心竞争力的评估开辟新途径.

Design,implementation, and evaluation of a multi-disciplinary professional development program for research mentors

ABSTRACT

Undergraduate research experience has been shown to enhance student learning and improve persistence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Researchers studying undergraduate research experiences have largely focused on student outcomes and have seldom investigated the outcomes of graduate and postdoctoral mentors. Here, we report a non-credit, year-long mentor professional development program designed for graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and research staff in STEM. Mentors attended a series of six interactive and discussion-based workshops and mentored first-year undergraduate students in independent summer research projects. We report evaluation findings for three mentor cohorts using a combination of qualitative analysis of mentoring philosophies and quantitative assessment of pre- and post-surveys about mentoring objectives and skills. Results indicate that mentors gained self-efficacy in some objectives and skills. However, many other objectives and skills remained unchanged. We explore possible explanations for the lack of more broad-scale gains across survey items and present ideas for program improvement.
