研究生党支部组织力提升途径研究

研究生党支部在高校学生党支部中占比较大,如何发挥好研究生党支部的组织力是新时代赋予高校党建工作的重要命题。本文从政治领导力、组织覆盖力、组织凝聚力、发展推动力四个方面来分析研究生党支部组织力现状和提升途径,为研究生党支部建设提供经验参考。     

加强本科生文献检索能力的培养提高毕业设计(论文)的质量

文献检索能力是大学生毕业（设计）论文写作的一个不可缺少的重要环节。本文分析了目前大学生进入毕业（设计）论文写作阶段关于文献检索能力方面存在的问题，阐述了加强大学生文献检索能力培养的重要性，提出了在毕业设计（论文）各环节“文献检索”能力培养应采取的强化措施。     

Librarians collaborate successfully with nursing faculty and a writing centre to support nursing students doing professional doctorates

This study explores how a three‐way collaboration between a University library, writing centre and faculty created avenues of training and support for students within a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in an American University. The role of each partner involved in the collaboration is discussed alongside the profile of the DNP students. Lesson planning and classroom techniques for DNP information literacy classes are described and feedback from the partners and the students are discussed. The study confirms that collaboration is effective in improving research and writing skills. D.I.     

泰国研究生培养模式及其特点述略

泰国研究生教育在入学方式、培养模式和研究生教育的支持体系等方面都有自己的特色,其重视国际合作办学及学术交流、重视英语和计算机学习、重视科学研究和与社会合作、"短、平、快"办学等策略对我国研究生教育发展具有借鉴意义.     

责任伦理观的引入与自然辩证法教学改革

在社会生活和科学技术不断变化的新形势下,在自然辩证法教学中引入责任伦理观十分必要,可以进一步突显其科学？人文素质教育的双重功能。根据责任伦理观的内涵和现实国情,我们要积极培养理工科研究生对科学技术事业健全发展、社会进步和自然界的责任意识。为此,需要把责任伦理观融合到自然辩证法教学实践中,通过增补自然辩证法教学内容来体现责任伦理观;通过任课教师的教学理念来落实责任伦理观;通过案例教学来强化责任伦理观。     

辅导员对新建地方本科院校学生考研的引导作用

学生考研比率日益成为评价高校教学质量的重要指标之一。辅导员在新建本科院校学生考研工作中可以充分发挥角色优势,从学生考研意识、学习方法、心理疏导及信息服务等多方面起引导作用。     

School psychology graduate education retention research characteristics: Implications for diversity initiatives in the profession

Lack of racial and ethnic diversity in the school psychology workforce has been a concern since the profession's inception. One solution is to graduate more racially and ethnically diverse individuals from school psychology programs. This structured review explored the characteristics of studies published from 1994 to 2017 that investigated graduate student retention and school psychology. An electronic search that included specified databases, subject terms, and study inclusion criteria along with a manual search of 10 school psychology journals yielded two published, peer‐reviewed studies focused primarily on graduate student retention and school psychology over the 23‐year span. Two researchers coded the studies using a rigorous coding process with high inter‐rater reliability. Findings suggest that mostly Black and White individuals served as participants, undergraduate students represented the largest group sampled, and key school psychology stakeholders’ views were missing. Additionally, programs interested in retaining racially and ethnically diverse students should have a commitment to multicultural issues, expose students to diverse professional networks and mentorship, and cultivate an inclusive program environment. Implications point to a need for more studies focused on school psychology graduate student retention in general and in specific relation to retaining racial and ethnic minoritized students.     

高校体育专业研究生管理初探

研究生管理工作是学校学生管理工作的一部分,但是由于研究生和普通本科学生在学历、经历及为人处世方面相对比较成熟,所以研究生管理工作和本科管理工作存在一定的差异性,笔者就高校体育专业研究生的管理工作谈谈自己的认识。     

研究生生命教育中的高校视角分析

分析了生命教育的内涵及现状,认为目前我国研究生学习阶段生命教育缺失是导致有些研究生心理素质较差,生命意识和社会责任感不强的重要原因,提出了明确＂以人为本＂的教育目的,拓展教学内容,充分发挥研究生导师的作用,重视实践教学等加强研究生生命教育的具体策略。     

一种改进的基于加权属性的SLOF离群点挖掘算法

SLOF算法采用了空间对象的空间属性和空间关系确定空间邻域,并结合非空间属性的权值来计算对象在其邻域内的离群度,但在计算属性权值时,仍然由邻域专家决定,存在人为因素。文中采用计算每个对象的每个非空间属性的去一划分信息熵增量,并通过这个值来反映各个属性对对象离群的贡献程度,给出一种改进的SLOF算法。实验结果表明,算法具有计算效率高和对用户依赖性小的优点。
