物理教学改革浅见

新世纪社会的发展需要全面的高素质人才，而今天的物理教学仍采用原有的教学模式，已表现出跟不上素质教育的要求，需要对其改进，本中笔根据自己的教学体会及有关资料，对物理教学的改革提出两点建议。     

超导体中的双体模型

在戈德（Gorter．C．J）和卡西米尔（Casimir．H．B．G）的二流体模型的基础上，建立了适合于高温超导体的新模型──双体模型，通过论证，双体模型是合理的．     

Mitigating the Effects of Poverty and Crime: the Long-Term Effects of an Early Intervention Programme for Children who were Developmentally Delayed and Prenatally Exposed to Cocaine

This study explores the long-term impact on participation in the Linda Ray Intervention Program (LRIP) for children (n = 54) who were developmentally delayed and prenatally exposed to cocaine. By identifying a group of programme graduates from a high crime/high poverty neighbourhood in Miami-Dade County using ArcGIS 10.2 software, a quasi-experimental design was used to compare children living in this area who participated in the centre-based modality (5 h a day; 5 days a week) to children living in this area who participated in the home-based modality (3 h per week) on their Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) reading and math scale scores in public school. The children who participated in the centre-based modality reported stronger outcomes in both math and reading FCAT scale scores at the p < .05 level and also out-performed their school-age peers on both math and reading FCAT scores at the p < .05 level.     

研究性学习在高职美术教学中的实践

本文针对高职教育美术教学的现状,探讨了研究性学习在美术教学中的实施策略和操作方法,证明了研究性学习在美术教学中具有增强学生合作精神、促进学生自主性学习、培养学生创新精神和实践能力等实际功效。     

Core competencies and high leverage practices of the beginning teacher: a synthesis of the literature

Teacher competency frameworks comprise a number of competencies that enable a teacher to develop effective teaching practices. However, their conception, value, use and recognition vary widely. Equally, assessment and measurement of such competencies differ across contexts. More recently, a body of research has emerged which focuses the lens of teacher preparation on the inclusion of high leverage practices. The focus of this study is to report a synthesis of the literature pertaining to the ‘core competencies’ and ‘high leverage practices’ selected for inclusion in teacher preparation. A systematic review of the literature was conducted in order to synthesis available evidence. Results are presented in two sections; competency-based approaches; and high leverage practice approaches in teacher preparation. Findings are discussed from the perspective of epistemological and methodological questions emerging from the research and the implications for teacher preparation.     

高技能人才短缺：一个专用性人力资本的分析框架

高技能人才的人力资本特性更多表现为专用性人力资本。我国高技能人才短缺的主要原因是高技能人才的市场价值存在＂偏离＂,从而使投资风险加大;在高技能人才培养上的错位和一些体制性障碍也加剧了高技能人才的短缺。根据高技能人才的人力资本特征建立合理的技能人才人力资本评价体系,并合理配置政府、各类教育机构、企业和个人的资源,形成高技能人才人力资本投资的多元分担模式,进而构建高技能人才人力资本投资风险防范体系是缓解我国高技能人才短缺的可行途径。

高温条件下劳动者权益的保护问题研究——基于对《防暑降温措施暂行办法》的分析

随着全球气候变暖,高温极端天气在世界频现,劳动者在高温条件下工作,严重危及的身体健康和生命安全,而我国现行的法律对于高温条件下劳动者权益的保护比较模糊,缺乏可操作性。对我国高温条件下劳动者权益保护的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出应完善我国高温条件下劳动者权益保护的具体措施,以适应社会发展的需要。     

句子音高级别定位和音高层标注——《英语语调模式及声学实现》中“音高水平”引发的思考

《英语语调模式及声学实现》一文中“pitch level”被翻译成“音高水平”,这种表达法在学习者语调分析中容易产生歧义;另外,体现“音高水平”具体内涵的“高域”、“中域”和“低域”等概念界限模糊,且在学习者口语音高标注及分析中可操作性不高。笔者首先针对这些问题进行分析;然后从句子音高级别定位人手,以实例说明音高层标注...
