The effects of differential and variable training on the quality parameters of a handball throw

The aim of this study was to undertake a comprehensive temporal, effective, and practical training study (variable and differential learning) that would offer athletes the opportunity to increase their performance, and to analyse the effects by measuring kinematics and quality parameters. Two participants of differing standards – a player of the first Austrian League and an Olympic and World Champion – but of similar anthropometric characteristics were recruited. One of the participants (Austrian League) was tested on five different occasions (pre-test and four retests) to measure the effects of four different training phases using kinematic analysis. The results of the study indicate an increase in ball velocity within the differential training phases (first, second, and fourth phases), different proximal-to-distal sequences of the participants, and a change of movement pattern during training measured by the segment velocities and the angle–time courses.

基于分组轮换式循环练习法的背向旋转掷铁饼教学研究

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与数理统计法,对背向旋转掷铁饼的普修教学进行了分组轮换式循环练习法的实验研究。通过对实验组和对照组实验结果的对比分析,研究结果表明：该方法在普修课基本技术教学中的运用是可行的,且效果显著（其P值〈0.05）,能迅速提高教学质量。     

对我国优秀女子铁饼选手最后用力技术的运动学分析

掷铁饼技术的最后用力是整个技术过程的关键环节。采用高速同步摄影与影片三妥析的方法,对我国部分优秀女子铁饼选手的投掷技术进行测试,取得所需技术参数原始数据,运用解析的最后用力技术单腿支撑和双腿支撑阶段时间、人体与器械质心速度变化,以及器械质心高、低点出现时机等多种技术参数,揭示掷铁饼最后用力技术中人体－器械系统的运动学特征,并提出相关结论和建议,为教学、训练和科学提供定量化参考依据。     

中外优秀女子标枪运动员出手初始条件的比较分析

从决定标枪飞行远度的初始条件的角度，对我国与世界优秀女子标枪运动员进行对比分析，找出我国女子标枪成绩落后的根源所在，以期为教练员和运动员训练提供更具准确性和可靠性的理论依据。     

田径专修男生标枪技评量化标准与方法的初步研究

通过对几所高校体育系田径专修男生 6 1人标枪助跑投掷与原地投掷成绩差的利用率 ,即助跑贡献率在标枪技术评定方面的统计分析 ,旨在寻求一种科学化、定量化的技评方法 ,制定客观准确的评分标准。实验和专家评定结果表明 ,评分表的设计比较科学合理 ,且简便易行 ,方便实用 ,为教师改进教学方法 ,提高教学质量提供了参考依据     

Biomechanics of increased spin velocity of flying discs during forehand throws by skilled and unskilled throwers

We aimed to assess the relationship between throwing distance and kinematic release parameters of the flying disc in unskilled throwers, and to assess the relationship between kinetic variables acting on flying discs and the change in spin velocity during long forehand throws by skilled and unskilled throwers. Ten skilled and eleven unskilled throwers performed throws at maximum effort. Reflective marker positions on the disc and body were recorded with a 3D motion capture system during the throws to derive kinematic variables of a disc and kinetic variables acting on the disc. The analysis interval was from maximum external shoulder rotation to disc release. Significant correlations were observed between the throwing distance and spin velocity in skilled (r = 0.722, P < 0.05) and unskilled throwers (r = 0.794, P < 0.01), between the change in spin velocity and the angular impulse of moments of force, in unskilled throwers (r = 0.703, P < 0.05), and between the change in spin velocity and the angular impulse of torque among skilled throwers (r = 0.680, P < 0.01). Therefore, a strategy for increasing spin velocity in unskilled throwers could be used to generate a larger torque, similar to that observed in skilled throwers.
