三峡库区外迁移民体育锻炼现状及对策研究

运用问卷调查、文献研究、实地访谈和数理统计等方法,对三峡库区外迁移民参与体育锻炼的动机、内容、消费等方面的情况进行了研究。结果显示,三峡库区外迁移民对体育锻炼认识不够,锻炼场所缺乏,体育人口仅为19．3％,体育消费处于较低水平,健身指导员不足,对此提出若干解决对策。

超冗余度机械手自律分散控制算法

介绍了一种超冗余度机械手的控制算法,它采用自律分散控制方法来指导冗余度机械手末端执行器的运动,实现做功最小,从而避免采用需复杂计算的求逆解的方法,大大简化了机械手的算法和控制,具有高度的鲁棒性和容错性.,The control method of highly redundant robot manipulators is introduced. A decentralized autonomous control scheme is used to guide the movement of robot manipulators so that the work done by manipulators is minimized. The method of computing pseudoinverse which needs too many complicated calculation can be avoided. Then the calculation and control of robots are simplified. At the same time system robustness/fault tolerance is achieved.

"知识失业":经济学思考及其对策

“知识失业”,世界各国普遍存在。理论上,“知识失业”的主要原因是：（1）劳动力市场供求不平衡;（2）“职业搜寻”成本过高;（3）劳动力市场二元分割;（4）“知识劳动力”把失业当作一项“投资”。从我国现实来看：既有高教体制自身的原因;也有“当事人”的“非理性选择”因素;以及职业规划缺失等方面的原因。其危害巨大：给个人和社会带来很大的福利和效率损失;对人力资本投资产生负面激励。     

Second chance education matters! Income trajectories of poorly educated non-Nordics in Sweden

In this study we examine the long-term impact of second chance education (SCE) on incomes of poorly educated individuals who live in Sweden but were not born in a Nordic country, using data on income changes from 1992 to 2003 compiled by Statistics Sweden. Ordinary Least Squares regression analyses show that participation in SCE increased the work income of non-Nordics by a higher percentage than that of Nordics. The results also indicate that much of the effects of SCE on non-Nordics are related to increases in “Sweden-specific” human capital, rather than increases in their educational level per se, which seems to provide a form of ‘endowment insurance’ that improves their labour market position in Sweden. Relying on the theoretical framework of the Capability Approach, we conclude that such effects are related to the instrumental economic value of individuals’ capability to be educated, as well as the value of material well-being.     

The making of the ‘precarious’: examining Indian immigrant IT workers in Canada and their transnational networks with body shops in India

Since the 1990s, temporary staffing agencies have been playing a key role in managing and supplying a ready pool of skilled workers to the global IT market. Yet, such agencies often regulate their workforce to maintain flexible, low-cost and accommodating workers. Due to continuing racial and gendered barriers, many immigrant Indian IT professionals living in Canada are increasingly depending on many such India-based staffing agencies (body shops) to get into IT employment globally. Such associations I argue are turning the workers into a self-regulated and precarious workforce subjected to severe regulations and flexible work patterns of the agencies.
