程序法治意识作为一种特殊的社会意识,同法律意识、公民意识既有联系又有区别。它是由一系列各具内在价值性规定的理念、理性原则构筑起来的思想体系。培养和塑造程序法治意识是一个不断积累而渐进的过程,应把握以下环节：大力发展市场经济和推进民主政治建设;全面开展法律教育和法学研究;把程序法治意识作为领导干部的必备思想素质。

审判流程管理是一个系统工程,不仅涉及到相关制度的完善和改革的推进,还有赖于相关理论基础研究的深入展开,更取决于司法主体法治理念的更新和民众法律感情的培养。在综合运用比较分析、实证分析、价值分析等研究方法,以程序正义为视角揭示审判流程管理制度的理论基础和内在价值的基础上,明确实行审判流程制度的核心在于权力的分离与整合。     

浅析高校非党员高知群体理想信念教育

对高校非党员高知群体进行理想信念教育非常重要,有利于党的政策贯彻落实、高校学生理想信念坚定和新时代人才培养。但当前高校非党员高知群体理想信念教育方面仍存在一些问题,要完善理想信念教育评价考核体制机制,加强对高校非党员高知群体关怀,丰富理想信念教育内容,拓展理想信念教育途径,发挥优秀党员的先锋模范作用。     

一种考查高被引论文的h型指数

从h指数和整数分割思路出发,构建"线性增长"赋分模型,在此基础上提出了一种具有高被引指向性的h型指数--hl-g,并通过与hT、hm的比较,得出hl-g更加切合实际、更加完善的结论。以8种综合性农业核心期刊的hl-g比较和分析为例,阐述了hl-g在期刊评价中具有着重考查高被引区域表现和完整反映被引频次分布情况两大优势。据此推测,hl-g可作为期刊评价赋分指标,弥补现行期刊评价方法在这两方面的不足。     

Emerging Educational Institutional Decision-Making Matrix

The ＂emerging educational institutional decision-making matrix＂ is developed to allow educational institutions to adopt a rigorous and consistent methodology of determining which of the myriad of emerging educational technologies will be the most compelling for the institution, particularly ensuring that it is the educational or pedagogical but not the technological imperative that drives the technology integration agenda. The matrix is designed to be used after some initial research into an emerging technology. Once a technology is put through the matrix, a member of options are available： （1） shelving the technology; （2） putting the technology on hold and maintaining a watching brief until the technology matures in the market; and （3） researching the product further by conducting a trial or placing in testing sandpit. After further research, the technology can be tested as a pilot to determine how well or otherwise, the technology works within the institution. If an emerging technology has more than one product associated with it, a second and third step in the matrix has been developed, and the second step assigns a rating to each of the categories within the matrix. With many products containing similar features, a third step has been developed to compare products on a feature level.     

沉默权的程序正义价值探究

沉默权制度自萌芽到成熟历经几个世纪,它的发展经历了从开始确立到有所限制的两个阶段.对于沉默权制度我国学界是众说纷纭,从一开始的是否引进沉默权的论争到现在已经演变成了如何引进沉默权的问题.虽然近来新修定的刑事诉讼法中仍然没有确立沉默权制度,但其程序正义价值毋庸怀疑.现代刑事诉讼法基本原则之一的无罪推定原则,要求赋予犯罪嫌疑人、被告人以沉默权.沉默权制度的确立有助于保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的基本人权,从而加强辩护方的防御力量,实现诉讼中的控辩平衡,它是贯彻正当法律程序原则和实现程序正义的基本保障.     

大斜度井注水泥顶替模拟室内实验装置

根据大斜度井注水泥过程中的流动受力特点,建立了注水泥顶替模拟的室内实验装置,完善并配套了实验装置的各功能部件,确定了注水泥顶替过程中模拟实验的操作方法和步骤。利用加工成型的该套实验装置,进行了不同井斜角、偏心度及宾汉模式下水泥浆动切力和塑性黏度等对注水泥顶替过程的实验研究,并将实验结果与目前成熟的数值模拟研究结果进行对比。结果表明:随着井斜角增大,注水泥顶替界面逐渐伸长;在大斜度井环空正密度差顶替时,随着偏心度的增大,顶替界面逐渐变短;增大水泥浆的动切力和塑性黏度,顶替界面变短,其整体顶替效率增加。实验研究所得到的结果与数值模拟所得到的结果基本一致,证明了该套模拟实验装置进行注水泥实验研究的合理性。     

案例教学法在诉讼法教学中的应用

诉讼法教学是法学教学的重要组成部分 ,由于诉讼法本身具有极强的操作性 ,所以诉讼法教学必须与实际密切结合。在具体实践中我们发现 ,运用案例教学法会使诉讼法教学更生动、更具体、更富于实践性。     

Teacher support,instructional practices,student motivation,and mathematics achievement in high school

The authors examined the relationships among teacher classroom practices, student motivation, and mathematics achievement in high school. The data for this study was drawn from the base-year data of High School Longitudinal Study of 2009. Structural equation modeling method was used to estimate the relationships among variables. The results indicate that conceptual teaching positively affected student mathematics achievement, whereas procedural emphasis in mathematics instruction had a negative effect. Teacher support influenced student mathematics achievement indirectly through students' mathematics self-efficacy, and also influenced students' interest in mathematics courses. Finally, students with higher levels of family socioeconomic status and prior achievement were more likely to have teachers who use conceptual teaching strategies. Students with higher prior achievement were also more likely to perceive higher levels of teacher support. The findings have theoretical and practical implications.
