小儿急性肠套叠的诊断与治疗

目的探讨小儿肠套叠的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析2005-2010年大同市第一人发医院收治的86例小儿急性肠套叠的诊断与治疗资料。结果空气灌肠复位成功75例,余均手术治疗。手术治疗11例中,4例行肠切除肠吻合术,1例肠切除肠吻合术后肠瘘放弃治疗,1例术后证实为阑尾粪石伴穿孔并包裹。结论早期诊断与治疗是小儿急性肠套叠空气灌肠复位成功的关键。彩超检查诊断肠套叠是简单而有价值的方法之一。     

合肥市低碳经济发展问题研究

发展低碳经济是合肥应对资源环境挑战、抢占发展先机的必然选择。面对现有产业结构、能源消费结构、技术支撑、政策等多重因素的约束,合肥必须内外统筹,因势利导,从产业结构低碳化、能源低碳化、城市低碳化、技术创新、政策引导等方面入手,加大工作力度,优化体制机制,走出一条具有合肥特色的发展低碳经济之路。     

环境管制政策与企业行为——来自高耗能企业的证据

环境管制政策通常分为行政管制和市场导向型管制。行政管制政策具有强制执行性特征,企业没有自主选择权;市场导向型管制政策通过经济激励措施,鼓励企业自主选择节能减排行为。选取钢铁企业和电力企业,基于结构方程模型实证分析了不同类型环境管制对企业行为影响差异。研究发现:市场导向环境管制对企业战略影响远大于行政性管制;而行政性环境管制对企业技术进步影响远大于市场导向管制;由于企业战略直接影响到企业其他行为调整,因此,总体上看,市场导向管制对企业行为影响大于行政性管制;此外,企业行业垄断特征越明显,越不愿意进行战略和生产决策调整。     

洞庭湖江豚数量锐减原因调查及其对策

笔者为期20个月的调查结果显示：环境污染、无序采砂、繁忙的航运、非法捕捞和水利工程建设导致的水位降低,是造成江豚数量锐减的主要原因,保护洞庭湖中的江豚已势在必行.该文提出的一系列保护措施可以为人类保护江豚这一濒危物种提供参考.     

《电力生产自动化》精品课程开发中的探索与思考

通过比较和分析精品课程开发的手段与方法,以《电力生产自动化》精品课程的实际开发案例为依托,提出了兼顾时效性与生产实际相结合的课程开发思路。以企业用人要求为最根本出发点,合理设置课程内容的详略。对实际工作进行场景还原,按照现场工作的要求按步骤分阶段解析并完成工作任务,使学生掌握实际的工作技能。     

Multicultural visions in early reading classrooms: Implications for early childhood teacher educators

Abstract

Teachers and teacher educators are faced with an urgent responsibility to support the learning of an increasingly diverse population of young children. Based on the sociocultural perspective of reading, a literature‐based approach is outlined for early reading teachers. The implications of this approach to teacher education programs are further discussed from the author's own experiences of transmitting multicultural visions to preservice teachers in a multicultural course and a literacy method course she taught. The author maintains that teacher educators are in a unique position to help early childhood teacher candidates nurture multicultural visions in their teacher education programs today, and carry these visions to their future early reading classrooms tomorrow. © 2005 Elsevier Inc. The effect of hands-on ‘energy-saving house’ learning activities on elementary school students’ knowledge,attitudes, and behavior regarding energy saving and carbon-emissions reduction

Energy saving and carbon-emissions reduction (ESCER) are widely regarded as important issues for progress towards ensuring sustainable forms of economic development. This Taiwanese study focuses on the effects of a series of educational activities about ESCER on students’ knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Sixty fifth-grade students from two elementary school classes were assigned to an experimental group, and 59 from two others to the control. Covariance and qualitative data analysis were conducted after 14 lessons on the topic in both ‘treatments.’ The following key findings emerged. First, hands-on ‘energy-saving house’ learning activities seemed to have positive effects on students’ knowledge, attitudes, and behavior toward ESCER, even as the design of authentic learning activities was recognized as not being as closely aligned to the students’ daily lives as they could have been for achieving behavior-related outcomes. Second, students demonstrated slight gains in conceptual knowledge and procedural knowledge via the hands-on activities, but some ESCER misconceptions persisted. We conclude that students’ learning processes, prior learning and authentic contexts for ESCER-related work should not be ignored in the attempt to link knowledge to action in teaching and learning activities.     

橡胶浮置板轨道对城市高架箱梁减振特性数值分析

为了研究橡胶浮置板轨道对城市高架箱梁结构的减振特性,建立了高架橡胶浮置板轨道结构三雏有限元模型,分析了当减振器刚度和轨道板长度变化对高架桥系统动力响应影响。研究结果表明。减振器刚度的改变对浮置板前10阶振动频率分布影响较大,对累积质量分数分布特性几乎没有影响,相同阶数条件下浮置板的振动主频随减振器刚度减小而减小;列车通过时浮置板轨道以增大自身的振动来达到减小对桥梁结构振动能量输入的目的,在减振频率范围内,浮置板的减振效果随减振器刚度增大而减小,随浮置板长度的减小而减小。

Summary

Working with clients with both substance abuse and other Axis I mental health concerns is becoming more and more common on a college campus as well as in the general population. By utilizing both brief therapy techniques and a harm reduction approach, the therapist engages the client where the client is ready to begin in an attempt to motivate the client toward healthier choices. This case study examines the inter-relationship among alcohol abuse, attention-deficit disorder, anxiety, and depression.
